how we determine someone as evil?

who is evil?

is evil even someone nor something?

if evil is all bad in our lives then we should rejoice because without evil we couldnt know "good".

even we want to reduce all evil from our lives. we are not able

blindful people or corrupted hearts

how can someone become evil or should I rather say how can anyone do evil things?

being evil or doing evil things?

the interpretation make difference and thus a

person could not be the bad one within its existence.

to solve that we need tools and actuall skill and of course an actuall problem.

for every person can same thing became different.

it could be due to point of view or their mistake (not focused) or just their thoughts.

the another factor is behavior.
