64 Badass Starisk!

All the powerhouses in the city were waiting in front of the 33-Floor building. They rushed to the building like it was the last girl in the world, and they had only one hour to spend time with her. Dignitary women and men were running, pushing each other and quarreling over who was first in the line.

"Ladies and Gentlemen. Please, keep the line steady." Starisk shouted from the top of the stairs that opening to Information Trove.

"Why have you changed the price at the last minute?" One of the influential women in the line asked. She had a beautiful face with pointy ears. She was an elf, but she was taller than a regular elf. Starisk admired her graceful body before answering.

"Master Altair visited our Trove yesternight and decided the price for Body Tempering Potion Formula is too expensive for the standards of Outer Space. Young Master Miles agreed with his insights and reduced the price." Starisk answered calmly. Without blushing because of the stark naked lie.

"We just sent a servant to exchange with your organization, but we cannot reach him. Are you keeping our man away?" An arrogant voice came from behind. Powerhouses turned around to see who was the person accusing Information Trove of kidnapping and seizing.

"Young Master Morgante, there must be a misunderstanding." Starisk looked at the youth with a smirk. Who didn't know Young Master Morgante's famous name? He was a genius from childhood and as arrogant as a peacock. Starisk encountered him many times while he was serving as Guard. Morgante looked down on him many times, and it was a nice change of environment to look at him from above.

"As you know, our business involves sensitive information that has to be kept safe. When a customer arrives with valuable information, we invite them to an isolated room. You should know better than me that the Epic Tier Skill manual is too valuable." Starisk, on purpose, disclosed the item Plus Church brought to exchange.

"An Epic Tier Skill Manual?" One of the leaders in the city looked at the arrogant youth and older man beside him. "Morgan, aren't you ambitious. Were you planning to get your hands on the formula before everybody else?"

"Hmph." Morgana, Leader of the Plus Church, snorted and disdained to answer.

"Now, now. We should all calm down and get over with transactions since the price is affordable by all of us now." Leader of the Fox Race said seductively. They were allies with Filverel of Alchemy Association and Desmond. She wanted them to fight more, so she tried to calm old men down. Old men hate being told they need to calm down.

"You of the Fox Race has no place in here." Morgante was furious because of the reprimand Leader gave him. Now he had seen a lesser race was standing in front of them, he attacked without mercy.

"Young Master Morgante must have forgotten where he is standing!" Starisk said with a killing intent strong enough to make Morgante's back cold. He was hardly standing when a presence appeared in front of him.

"Take your killing intent back, slave!" Morgan, Old Leader of the Plus Church, looked at Starisk with hatred.

"There are no slaves in Information Trove, and no one is superior to others. You all will behave or rollover from here." Starisk didn't take a step back. He didn't have to hide his powers anymore since he had seen with Desmond on many occasions. He didn't care at first because he wasn't sporting the idea of his sudden rise. But since he had seen with the golden boy of the city, he couldn't stay as a guard and accepted Desmond's offer to work for him. Now he had his cover blown, he didn't have to hide his power.

"Level 31 Arch-Knight!" Morgan looked at Starisk with awe and trepidation. They were strong, but Arch-Knights were the strongest in the world. Each one of them was able to raze a city. "I didn't know our city had another Arch-Knight." He said respectfully and took a step back. He forced Morgante's head to bow down towards to Starisk.

"I don't like to show off my power. But it doesn't mean I am afraid to use it." Starisk warned subtly and turned to other guests once again. They were all more respectful now and waiting calmly in the line.

Starisk was a Knight at level 29 a few weeks ago. He couldn't level up no matter what because of his rare elements. When his Master was still alive, he could get many manuals and cores related to his elements to help his breakthrough, but since his Master demise, he stuck at his level and couldn't take a step.

When Desmond started to earn enough gold to buy materials, he helped Starisk to breakthrough. He had his apprehensions towards to this mysteriously helpful guy, but he still trusted on his instincts. Whatever Starisk was hiding wasn't dangering his or his girls' lives.

With Filverel's notes on his breakthrough and his experiences in alchemy, it wasn't that hard to help Starisk to Level Up to 31.

After everyone was present, Starisk invited them to inside and exchanged the formula with each of them. With it, the great mystery of the Bath Water concluded. From the next day onward, Body Tempering Potion filled the markets, and its price reduces to comical numbers. But it was still much sought after and sold like hotcakes.

As all these were happening, Desmond was on his way to the city with the mature beauty in tow. They walked unhurriedly and talked about many things. Whenever they were resting, Dalia taught Desmond how to form runes, and Desmond absorbed information like a sponge. After a few days of teaching, he could already form runes.
