2 Carla's strange feeling

The English professor greeted them back and asked about how their vacation went. His name is Mr. Baron, and he is quite a pleasant and friendly professor.

He never punished any student unless it is required to discipline them. He is not the type of person who believes punishments get better behavior from students.

Since professor Baron's class is going to be the first-class for today, to begin with, the new students who were going to join with the already existing students will introduce in this English class.

Carla came out of her daze and felt like the day going to be very dull for her as today there won't be any severe classes, and she is not at all interested in knowing anyone particularly.

She thought to pretend as listening to the class or else go to the library to get some knowledge about this year's academics, which will help her to get into a good job.

After taking attendance, English professor Mr. Baron started introducing new students. There was a total of 3 students, one male, and two females.

The two females dressed like runway models, too exposed, whereas the boy dressed in decent clothes.

The boy called Kevin introduced himself in short and went sat on his chair beside a blonde boy.

On the other side, both girls named sassy and naira introduced themselves and sat on their seats. The girl named sassy became popular in the class as soon as she finished her introduction.

All the students introduced themselves to these three people and started getting familiar with everyone. Sassy got popular in the boys because of her looks.

Sassy noticed that a girl with red eyes was pretending to be listening to the introduction. Sassy is famous in dealing with this type of person when others ignore her.

The girl enjoys everyone's attention on her. She thinks she is the most beautiful girl and deserves all the admiration of both girls and boys.

After finishing the new comer's introduction, here comes a surprise for all the students from professor Baron.

Professor Baron is also the class teacher for this section.

"There will be a test for you people to test how much you remember from the last year. I have already advised you beforehand to gain some knowledge for this academic year on your vacation.

So all the professors will be testing your knowledge in total. You never know what happens on the campus," he finished.

As soon as he finished, all the students gave a loud sigh. All of them in unison shouted, "this not at all expected from the school, and they are dumbfounded and said in unison, this is not fair, and they are not at all prepared.

Professor Baron smiled and said, "the management already decided about conducting the exam, and he can't do anything now, but there is one option."

He stopped saying later. All the students urged him to continue and give them away to escape this test.

He informed them "the test is going to conduct for all the students on the whole campus and added if anyone is daring here, then that person can go and speak with the principal Romina" saying so he gave a cunning smile to all of them.

Everyone unitedly looked at Carla like they were hoping for her to take the initiative.

Every student in the whole campus knew how strict and unyielding principal Romina is. She will never let go of such a type of opportunity to test the students.

Carla knew this very well and didn't want to be the scapegoat. She looked at them confusedly and said, "what..? why are you all looking at me? Don't you all despise me for my relationship with the principal, madam..?

I am sorry, I am not at all useful for you. And on top of it, why should I help as I don't think this surprise test is terrible at all, Professor Baron, I am ready for the test "she finished looking at all the students. The students are gritting their teeth and unable to retort her.

The new girl, Sassy, took this opportunity to boast about her and said, "professor Baron, even though I don't think this test should in the first place but he shouldn't indirectly force them to take the test and should help them instead."

Everyone appreciated her idea and asked the professor Baron to give them another thought. To which professor helplessly said

"I don't have any idea the people don't want to take the test to keep it in mind there will be a big surprise for them" he finished his discussion and started distributing the question papers.

Sassy, who is sitting very near to Carla, took a look at her and observed that Carla is not bothered at all about the class and looking out somewhere profoundly.

Sassy slowly leaned towards her seat and whispered, "Oh, dear red-eyed girl. I have listened that you are quite talented, so get ready to be defeated by me".

Carla raised her left eyebrow, took a look at the sassy, and ignored her completely. Sassy clicked her tongue and commented, "how arrogant let wait and see whether you can keep this arrogance after the test."

Carla didn't even look at her at this time and shifted her sight into the classroom once again.

Professor Baron finished distributing the question papers and wished good luck. Even though the students are reluctant, they finally started taking the exam.

Sassy continued looking at Carla in between the exam, thinking she might be tense after listening to her words. Carla, not at all bothered and was taking her exam.

But suddenly, there's a feeling she got that something severe is going to happen on the campus, which she can't frame into words. She got this smell of fresh green leaves scent firmly from the forest behind their campus.

She is getting increasingly uneasy at the same time, thinking it may be only her illusion, like in her dreams, she brushed it off and focused on the exam.

She completed the exam before everyone and handed it to the professor. Seeing this, the sassy also rushed into finishing her exam.

As soon as she finished, she hurriedly handed the paper and went in the same footsteps of Carla. Soon she found Carla at her locker room and caught up with her.

She sized up Carla in a mocking way and gave a sarcastic smile.

"Hey, red-eyed girl, don't you think you are too selfish and full of yourself. Can't you spare a minute and think about those poor kids.

I have heard that you are relatively close to the principal. So tell me, are you working as a housemaid or something in the orphanage..?

Looking at your face and appearance, I don't think any better position than a maid. Moreover, you are too arrogant to feel good about you."

You should help all the students and get some good impressions from them, you see. Since you are hell-bent on acting like this, I will take better care of you.

Sassy is a girl who hates when others ignore her. She was like this in her previous school, which is also a reason she got transferred into this campus.

Sassy's father is a well-known businessman and pampers her a lot because of which she dares to mess with anyone she wants.

She doesn't care how unreasonable Sassy can become at times. Her father never failed in getting what she wanted.

Carla was getting a strange feeling more intensely this time when she was about to give a befitting reply.
