Chapter 1

It was Saturday. Which meant no school and just gaming. Except for when Aphmau was sick on Friday and had to make up for all that work...

"Ugh! This is too hard..." Aphmau muttered while circling an answer. "I wanna play games...!"

"Aphmau! Garroth's here!" Her mom yelled.

"Ah, alright, mom!" Aphmau quickly got up and ran out of the room, leaving her work on the desk.

She got downstairs and saw Garroth by the entrance.

"Oh, hey Garroth," Aphmau said. "What's up?"

"Well, I was wondering if you would like to go on a... date with me next Saturday."

"A d-date? Um... sure. Yeah, I have nothing planned."

"Great! See you then." Garroth said and walked out the door.

"What did he say?" Aphmau's mom asked.

"Oh, nothing. Can I go to a friend's house next Saturday?"

"Sure, is it one of the girls?"

"Um, yep!"

"Okay then." She walked away. Aphmau sighed in relief and walked upstairs to do her work.

Once she got to her room, she ran to her bed and face-planted down into it. She screamed. The sound was muffled by the sheets, so her mom didn't hear. She grabbed her pillow and hugged it tightly.

"I'm actually going on a date. Oooh, I'm so nervous." Aphmau muttered to herself.
