2 Death.

Liam was furious when he found out that Selene ran away to go to the hospital.

He went to the hospital in a speed of light.

He was furious and saw Selene running out. He was about to stop her but he saw her eyes filled with death and emptiness it sent shivers down his spine.

He went inside to know what happened and learned that Selene's mother died due to his foolish pride.

He ran out and looked for Selene. luckily he still saw her from afar so he went to his car and tried to chase Selene but Selene is so fast.

Suddenly Selene ran to the nearby mountain so Liam had to go down his car and chase her.

"Selene..." He shouted. but Selene could not hear anything. Everytime Liam calls out of Selene's name the defeaning roar of thunder blocks him as if the deity himself does not allow him to go near her.

After reaching the highest peak of the mountain Selene stopped

"UAAAAHHHHHHHH!!!"Selene shouted in rage letting all her emotion go in a form of shout, hoping that the deities would feel her pain and give mercy to her.

"PLEASE TAKE ME AWAY!!!" Selene shouted to the sky followed by a deafening thunder as if the deity is answering her.

Liam stood behind Selene who is now kneeling in the edge of the mountain.

"Selene." He said, his voice is full of sadness.

Selene did not bother to look at him even though he heard him.

"I trusted you." Selene mumbled while crying.

Liam clenched his fist as he could not do anything. He felt shameful for letting Selene's mother die.

"You pushed my mother and almost made her die." Liam said and clenched his fist even tighter.

The rain poured heavier and heavier as if the sky is feeling heavy as they witness this scene.

"You're wrong." Selene said and looked at Liam with eyes full of tears.

She slowly got up.

"but you refused to believe me. In the end, you'll believe what you want to believe. I hope you're happy by the fact that you took everything away from me." Selene cried as the tears fell from her eyes continuously.

"It was not my fault that your mother died. It was all because of your incompetence. If you can support yourself and not relied to me you could've done something." Liam shouted in rage

"You're right it was my fault. If I did not trust your words. I would not end up like this. That's why I'm going to change everything." Selene cried her eyes are red because she cannot stop crying but she felt like the sky is crying with her she felt like she is not alone.

"I wish someday you'll know that you've wronged me."Selene said and finally stood up high.

"My life is full of regret ever since I knew you. I wish that you'll be the one living the hell you've made me live." She added.

Liam cannot do anything but clench his fist as he hears Selene's voice.

"Listen." Selene shouted

" I am innocent. I did not do anything wrong. You owe me a lot in this lifetime I'll make sure to let you live the guilt you are trying to put me on. Tell your mother to stop acting too. She made herself fall on purpose." Selene shouted to Liam

Liam got furious at her and shouted as well

"Selene!! You're too ruthless! You even refuse to admit your mistake! You really do not deserve to be call a human." Liam shouted.

"Liam, even a monster is better than you. Live a life with regret because in this life or next life. I would never forget how you've wronged me." Selene cried and let herself fall from the highest place in her city.

I.. I feel cold..

I never thought that this would be my end.

How funny.. In the end, I was defeated.

"How funny." -someone laughed.

Selene went back to her senses and realized she is still falling.

What was that voice.. Who is it.. I want to know.

I fell into the water and felt my body getting numb. I'm slowly fading.. I won't get to know who was it..
