I am currently in a hospital ward eating an apple slice with Vir and Van telling me what they had to go through to pass the Seeker Examination.

"Overall, the examinations weren't that hard. We also got a few rewards here and there and we were approached to be C-Tier Seekers. Muhahahaha! No one managed to stop me!"

"Stop it, with the bragging Van, our opponents were clearly weaker than us."

Vir said as he waved his hand and handed me what seemed to be a vajra.

With its thin middle and has four prongs on each end. Its dark and purple sheen gave it a rather primordial feel to it.

"What's this?" I asked, wanting to know what it was for.

"It's your prize for placing first in that illusory world. What you got is also very impressive. That's a Lightning Beckoner Vajra. According to the Association, it's made from the bones and core of a Lightning Destruction Serpent that's found near the borders of the Sanctuary. It's a Tier-7 Artifact…but it can grow stronger if you have the lightning element. Which, sadly you do not have."

I looked at the vajra and could feel the tremendous powers it possesses. Right now, I am already a Tier-4 Mage. But that's not enough.

I know that if I use this thing, I won't be able to control this and I might end up getting fried. Our conversation continued, but no one asked what I did in the illusory world.

They were acting considerate because despite the three of us being quite close, all of us knows that we can't simply ask our secrets. Because we all know that not a single one of us will tell the truth.

After all, when it comes down to it, if one us ends up in a perilous situation we know we'll only care for our own lives.

They said their goodbyes and in my UIR, which only I can access buzzed. I received a message from the Seeker Association, telling me that I would be needing to enter a, [Special Examination] to become a proper Seeker.

Van, Vir, and I continued to talk. We talked a lot but nothing was mentioned about Blue Crown.

They only came here to visit me and talk like normal and clear their names by acting "normal" around me while talking about "normal topics".

It's not that hard to do and when lunch came, both of them left.

This thing continued for three days until they suddenly came to say goodbye, saying, they had received a mission.

Four more days later, I would be discharged from all the examinations and the [Special Examination] was today.

And then, as I wore pants, a white shirt and a black hooded jacket and prepared to leave without any commotion, I encountered a blonde woman with a stiff expression as I do.

She showed basically no expression and as she stared at me and confirmed my identity, she lowered her head, saying, "My name is Anna Beluke, I will be your Overseer starting for today."
