"How the hell did you do that?"

After meditating for a while, Chase who finally recovered some of his strength asked. Just how the hell did this dumb looking Portal Rabbit pulled off such feat, Chase who seems to be pissed thought. He narrowed his eyes and glared towards the Portal Rabbit.

'Squeak?'

Chase's brow twitched.

"Don't squeak me!! Tell me how you did it?"

Chase who seems to have lost some screws and became crazy, shouted at the Portal Rabbit. If someone saw him talking to this Portal Rabbit, they would think that Chase may have finally lost it and have gone crazy.

"Sigh, what am I doing?"

Chase sighed as he realized that talking to this dumb looking Portal Rabbit makes him even dumber.

"Anyway, show me the way back, I have something important to do tomorrow. Since you haven't taken anything else aside from that Orb, I assume that's your reason coming here."

Chase who calmed down asked the Portal Rabbit to take him back, the entrance exam is tomorrow and he can't afford to miss it. Since the Portal Rabbit got the thing it wanted, maybe it'll take them back now.

'Squeeeak'

The Portal Rabbit shaked it's head side by side, it seems to have not finished it's business here so it still does not want to go back. The Portal Rabbit hopped off from the Throne Chair, it then created a round portal in an empty space and dived there.

"Wait, no, No, NOOO!!"

Chase panicked when he saw the Portal Rabbit dived inside a Portal it created. He tried to stop the Portal Rabbit from going inside but it was already too late when he moved.

"Damn it! Did that Dumb Portal Rabbit just leaved me here? How am I supposed to get out of here now?"

Chase who lost his only hope to get of here, shouted. If the Portal Rabbit really leaved then Chase whose trapped here won't be able to get out. This place is the only illuminated area in this cave, the rest of the cave they passed by earlier were all cramped and dark, it's impossible for Chase to see in those areas. Chase calmed his mind and thought of a way to get out, but immediately realized it's simply impossible, Chase then felt depressed.

'Squeak'

"Wait, is that?"

Chase who lost all his hope, heard something that he never thought he would be glad to hear. He turned his head and saw the Portal Rabbit hopping out from a Portal, Chase's eyes who was void with life started to shine, he opened his arms and ran towards the rabbit.

"You came back~ you... DUMB PORTAL RABBIT?? WHERE THE HELL DID GO?? WERE YOU TRYING TO LEAVE ME HERE??"

Chase who was supposed to embrace his hope, gripped it's neck and started shaking the Portal Rabbit, Damn you, how dare you leave me behind? Chase released his stress by choking the Portal Rabbit.

'Squeak! Squeak!'

The Portal Rabbit whose face has become pale, squeaked for forgiveness. It weakly lifted it's right paw then tapped Chase's hand which was gripping it's neck. Chase who was choking the Portal Rabbit felt something soft weakly touched his hand, he looked at the Portal Rabbit then though that maybe he had gone too far.

"So- sorry..."

Just as Chase was about to release his grip, he noticed that at the back of the Portal Rabbit a worn out scroll can be seen. He then unconciously tightened his grip again, and pulled the Scroll off from the Squeaking Portal Rabbit.

"This is?"

Chase who finally released the Portal Rabbit, opened the scroll he pulled from the Portal Rabbit's back.

"There are writings? Hmm...Let's see, the Ancient Orb is a Legendary Orb that has existed since the First Ruler of the --- ---lds...?

Chase suddenly paused as he read the writings in the scroll. Because the Scroll is already worn out, some contents are missing or cannot be read, holes and smeared ink are the cause. Since there's nothing Chase could do, he just continued reading the contents, not minding the missing ones.

"Ehem... The Ancient Leg--n of --------- -----ers contained within it came from the 12 ------. The First Ru--r is the first and ---- one that su--essfully integrated his soul with the -------rs within the Ancient Orb."

Chase who read the writings seems unsatisfied by the missing contents. And the words that cannot be read seems to be the most important ones, Chase thought as he sighed.

"The key words here are Ancient Orb, First Ruler, and something like soul integrating with what the Ancient Orb contains. It's a shame that some important words cannot be read."

Chase sighed again, he only got the vague meaning of some words and was able to find few connection between the key words.

"In short, the First Ruler of something is the first one to integrated his soul to the something that is inside the Ancient Orb. Gahhh! How am I supposed to understand this? And first of all, what is the Ancient Orb supposed to be anyway?"

Chase scratched his head, if he wants to understand the contents of this scroll aside from the unreadable words, he has to know at least what the keywords mean. As Chase try to guess the meaning of the keywords, he heard a sound from below.

'Squeak'

It was the Portal Rabbit that made a sound, it's face has become normal after catching up it's breath. It then showed the Orb it got from the skeleton's hand, lifting the Orb up it squeaked again.

'Squeak'

"That Orb, are you trying to say that the Ancient Orb mentioned in this scroll is that Orb?"

An orb that changes color, it is a pecular thing. It won't be strange if this Orb is the Ancient Orb mentioned in the scroll, being found in a Cave full of golds, silvers and jewels, being held by a skeleton that's sitting in an old Throne Chair with a white robe and a crown on it's head, many mystery just revolves around this orb. Chase picked up the Orb from the Portal Rabbits grasp, he looked at the orb much closer than before then he noticed that inside the orb, a mysterious mark can be seen and that's not all, as the orb changes it's color the mark inside the orb warps into a new one.

"Each color having a different mark each, this orb really is strange. It is possible that this Orb is the Ancient Orb mentioned in the scroll."

Chase thought that the possibility the orb in his hand being the Ancient Orb is high. After about two minutes, Chase averted his gaze from the orb and started to read the rest of the writings in the scroll.

"Let's see...Oh, it also mentioned here how the First Ruler integrated his soul with the something that's inside the Orb. Hmmm... The F-rst Rul-- wrote his n-me on the An--ent Orb's surface with his own bl-od, he then channelled the Spi--t Energy within him to his blood-written name. The F--rst R-ler took about 30 -----s to t--e the L--ion of L---nd-ry Mo--t--s and after that he successfully int-grated his sou- with the Anc--nt Orb. -- then became the most powerful being in the world. "

Chase who read the contents, vaugely guessed what the almost unreadable words mean. He looked at the scroll again but the writings ended there. Though short and has some unreadable words, the scroll has some unbelievable but incredible contents, Chase then looked seriously at the Portal Rabbit below him.

"This better be not some kind of joke, what this scroll say does have some unbelievable things. And I assume you want me to test if the contents of the scroll is true, though I feel uncertain on doing this, I do need power so I could fend for myself and of course, for my father."

Chase who have experienced being trampled down by others, have tasted despair no one will be able to relate. In a young age, Chase learned thay Power is the basis to decide who is superior to other's, power decide who shall rule the weak, power decide who's the chosen ones, and lastly those with power will be forgiven for whatever they do, that is the rule of the World.

"If the contents of this scroll is indeed real, then I shall embrace that power, for I tasted how painful this world has treated us, and for I know the rule of this world. With this power I shall dominate the powerful with much greater power and change the very rule of this world for I have the will to accomplish it."

Chase took the orb from the Portal Rabbit, bit his thumb, then with his pouring blood he wrote his name on the surface of the Orb, the name his adoptive father has given him. The Portal Rabbit watched Chase as he sit down to meditated, then like flowing water he lifted his hands seemingly creating an image of two fishes dancing with the waves of a river flowing endlessly non-stop that seems to represent the flow of life. Clap, Chase put both his palm together, directing his Spirit Energy to his right hand's index finger, he then channelled it to his blood-written name by touching it with his finger.

"This...should do it, right?"

Chase muttered, the ground then started to tremble, the golds silvers and jewels were sliding down slowly scattering everwhere on the ground. Chase looked at the Orb on his left hand, it is not changing color like before instead the inside of the orb were ripples of many kinds of color, swirling around endlessly, and as the colors swirl around inside, the orb started to produce cracking sounds.

Crack, crack

Consecutive sound of cracks were heard by Chase and the Portal Rabbit, lights of different colors then started to leak from the visible cracks of the Orbs surface, White, Green, Blue, Orange, and other kinds of colors started to illuminate the surroundings.

"So it really is... True."

Chase smiled with a glint of light visible in the corner of his narrowed eyes.
