31 Linge

After that, Noah had quickly made his way out of the cleansing chamber, skirted around the statue to where Liora and Caina were stood waiting for him. Mother Camilia having lingered by the statue to watch as he awkwardly chattered with the two women before making their ways out of the church and into the village.

When they were gone, Mother Camilia's eternal smile descended to a frown. Recalling the eye like birthmark atop Noah's shoulder. A sign of something much worse than a meagre monsters taint.

It was a sign of a goddess's taint. A sign of observation. The 'she', the mother of monsters, Typhania, had in interest in the man. He didn't seem to know it himself else he never would have come to the church. Narrowing her eyes, she pushed back into the cleansing chamber and paused when she glanced to the cleansing pool. It was rippling with no movement of the winds nor undulations of the moon. As she grew closer, it began to bubble and soon three arm thick tendrils shot out to assail her.

She kept calm and simply clicked her heel against the stone floor, sending a pulse of mystical powers coursing through the earth on a course to the basin itself. Filling several iron plates that glimmered with a red light. The shine grew stronger and heat began to exude from them, drawing the tendrils to a halt as they flailed about frantically alongside piercing wailing noises, the sound of a woman crying out in pain. The tendrils searched for the source of the heat. No matter what they did, they couldn't find it nor destroy it, and before long the water began to bubble and evaporate, forcing the tendrils to snap and break apart, coalescing back into the pool. When they did, Mother Camilia clicked her heel again and the heat began to decrease into bearable levels letting stillness retake the waters.

Walking to the edge, she gazed into the depths and met the visage of a young, translucent woman's eyes. "Still yet to learn your place. Beast." She huffed and turned to face the doorway. Seeing it open with an elderly man stood there with a Cheshire smile on his face. He dressed in blacks and whites with the odd silver accent across him.

Mother Camilia's eyes turned to slits, "Father Linge. You know this room is only for me and the Sisters." She harrumphed and met the elderly man halfway, preventing him from drawing any closer to the cleansing pool.

"Oh come now Camilia," her eyes darkened at the lacking of respect he held, "I simply wish to speak with you a bit." He stroked his beard, the sound of the hairs scratching against his fingers loud within the silent room.

"Then we can do it elsewhere." She indicated for Father linge to leave the chambers, to return from the doorway he had entered from.

"No, no, I won't take much of your time. Simply a small question Camilia." Her eyes portrayed the sentence 'well then, get on with it.' And he continued, "just now there was a woman, Liora I believe he name was. Not long ago she sinned and inflicted upon herself a grievous wound-"

Mother Camilia scowled and lifted her hand, palm facing the Father. "Stop right there Father. You know I want to know nothing about this. What Liora has spoken within the confessionals is of no interest to me. Nor do I have any business knowing." Sours portrayed her pursing lips, "nor should you Father. Eavesdropping on those consecrated confessionals is sacriledge." An almost beastial growl escaped her as the line of her lips lengthened, raising across her cheeks, curling up to reveal along the sides of her face various jagged teeth previously hidden within her gums.

Father Linge hummed and locked his hands behind his back, staring down the monstrous visage of Mother Camilia's form. "Calm now Camilia. I was simply passing by, I didn't mean to overhear."

He failed to calm her completely, but enough that the rumble growl descended and her lips reconnected hiding her fangs but keeping the frontal, human teeth revealed. "I'm sure you were Father. Now what is it you want."

The man was as trustworthy as a torn bag of sand was to not leak. He had come in from Parlight many months ago, sent by the heads the church across the sea to investigate a prophecy by the Grandmothers. The prophecy foretold of the arrival of demons, of monsters within Morea. That they would run free and none would be able to hold them at bay. It was a fearsome prophecy and one they would trust to no one bar the highest authorities within the church… and the fathers.

The Fathers themselves were an anomaly within the rungs of the church. Men consecrated by Artemia since birth, granted her blessing and raised to become the churches figureheads. They were abstinent, forbaden from intercourse bar singular special occurrences.

"This Liora, she requires Absolution. I wish to give her it, with your permission of course."

Those occurrences being just that, Absolution. The granting of the Father's seed to forgive the woman of her sins and cleanse her body in Artemia's light allowing her to raise and join her in her holy land of angels.

"No. Absolutely not. You can forget about assailing Liora, Father."

Mother Camilia had spent long enough within the church to know its ins and outs, the truth hidden beneath the surface. The Fathers, treated like kings partook upon the wine formed from the flowers of the mothers and sisters and the mass beneath them like they were wandering through orchards plucking apples from the tree's with nary a thought to its ripeness or whether it had already been taken. They were the most despicable, corrupt individuals within the church.

The Father's paused, a saddened look taking to him, "I see… a pity, a pity," he sighed, a helpless shrug taking him. "Then she shall live in sin," he spun around and with light strides, left the chambers and Mother Camilia alone, to stare at his back with hardened eyes.

"Worse then the monsters," Camilia spat, her voice a hiss as she skirted deeper into the church. Entering through a door opposite the room and entered into a regal bedchamber. Her personal one where she took those who required extensive cleansing to spend nights and even days expelling the monsters taint. On one corner of the room was a desk, she seated herself behind it and took a quill in hand, tapped a firestone to life and began to scribble down words onto a piece of parchment.

"We do not have the means to cleanse Typahnia's curse…" she mumbled laying the quill back into the inkpot and rubbed her eyes. "Oh all the places a cursed should arrive, why here?" she grumbled. The lithe, almost bony form of Noah reappearing as an illusory form before her. He needed more fat to him, that much she knew, but it wasn't as if he was terrible looking, dishevelled yes, but also passable within her eyes.

Licking her lips, a hungering urge welled within her neathers. A desire for the mans cock, for him to offer deliverance to her body. A moistness rapidly came to bare within her crotch, her pussy dripping with lusting fluids while it felt as if soft hand dug between her legs and pried them open had also gripped her wrist and pushed her hand between them to stroke against her slit. The sudden oblt of pleasure caused her to moan and jump. Eyes parting widely, she ripped her hand away, forcing the strange feeling away with sweat taking her skin to a faint glisten.

A sharp light took her attention, there on her table on the table, on the parchment was the rough scribble of the same eye atop Noah's shoulder. Typhania's symbol. It blinked.

"Damnable curse," Mother Camilia tore the paper from the table and folded it in on itself before stuffing it into an envelope to be sealed with golden wax and Artemia's symbol. "Get here soon," she laid the envelope against her forehead and prayed that the mainland get her message soon.

"Grrr…" Father Linge's face contorted to rage as he stepped out of the cleansing chambers. Mother Camilia's refusal to allow him the ablution was disgusting. "How dare she! Who does she think she is!? Some lowly mother thinking she can refuse my wishes?!" he hissed stomping through the halls of the church only to pause when a voice called to him.

"Father Linge?" the voice was soft and womanly. He spun his head around, the rage he had dissipated into a soft smile and friendly elderly mans face.

"Ah, sister Marlin." He nodded to the young sister, her silence broken.

The nunette squirmed, clasping her robes with balled fists as she asked, "did mother Camilia allow the Absolution?"

Internally the father scowled, angered she hadn't but the appearance did not break the surface of his skin. "No, I'm afraid not Sister," he gently brought himself before her and lifted his hands onto her shoulders.

"O-oh…" her head bobbed to a saddening degree, mist partaking her eyes threatening to tear and stain her dark veil.

"No need for sadness dear. Now come." He pulled the girl into his chest, head skirting side to side to see if any other sister were nearby to see his actions as his hands clasped onto her back, "let us partake in mother Artemia's holiness," his hands descended and roughly gripped the nun cheeks.

"Ahhn~" she cried out a moan, feeling intense pleasure as the Father mercilessly caressed her cheeks. "Yes, haahn~ father."

******************

Before anyone gets up in arms. NO I AM NOT DOING NTR. NOT IF NOAH'S GOING TO BE THE VICTIM OF LOSING HIS GIRLS. Maybe if he's taking someone elses girl but as I'll say every time this comes up, only if the man whose woman is being taken is a piece of shit, or dead.

Father Linge and this whole thingymajig is just plot and prep for future portions of book 1.

Oh yeah, also, I'm predicting MGR will go on for roundabout 3 books total. Maybe more but right now I've got three large things I want to do with Noah and monster girl ranching and those are all more books sized plots… mostly, I just know those and a few Monster girls he'll be ranching in the future.
