1 Prologue ( kinda)
"Umm so... do I just make it up or is there a guidebook or something?"
Leon waited for an answer, but he seemed to be completely alone in the dark room. His only company appeared to be the large white blob in front of him, which for some unknown reason, he somehow knew what to do with.
"Ok then...I guess I'll start." Shrugging, Leon turned his attention to the blob.
Voop!
Marvelling at the blobs sudden transformation into a human, Leon pulled at the space beside him; immediately a seemingly endless list of options materialised.
"Oh well, it's not like I have anything else to do."
Time passed by in a blur as Leon scrolled through the countless options, but, after what could only be described as eons, he reached the final one.
"Who puts the create your own at the bottom???" Lamenting at the unholy amount of time he'd spent scrolling, Leon plucked the option out of the list and began writing.

To give some background on the list, you first had to understand the process of reincarnation.
For the sake of simplicity we shall separate it into two categories, Natural and Un-natural. Natural reincarnation refers to when a soul is given new life as a completely natural creature, such as a bird or a beetle, of course depending on what kind of world it was this could change to Earth Titan or Ancient Iron Scaled Raptor.
Un-natural reincarnation however was when the soul was given an ability/characteristic it shouldn't naturally have; these extra additions were named skills. It was usually the case that those born though Un-natural reincarnation would be stronger than those of Natural reincarnation, but as always there were exceptions. Having a strong skill alone did not necessarily mean the creature was more powerful, it merely meant it had a possible advantage. However Leon had well and truly broke the system by creating a totally unstoppable skill.
"That's that then, don't really need any more skills considering I can just make them up whenever I want, heck I don't even need the skill to do it!" Satisfied with his choice, Leon closed the list and set about perfecting his new body.
A couple moments later and he had once again defied all reason and created a literally perfect body. Though he hadn't used it, the system ( or whatever it was ) had given him a status.

[ Intelligence: *** ]
"Everything seems good, don't really know where creator came from though. Oh well, it's not like I'm planning on telling anyone what I am and I'm definitely too powerful for them to use inspect on me." Content with his choices, Leon clicked the [ Done ] bottom on top of the body.
Voop!
"Woah! This is so weird." Leon turned and twisted his new body, inspecting and re-inspecting every part.
"Let's try a punch!"
BANG!!!
"..."
Leon stared numbly at the literal rip in front of him; thanks to his boundless eyesight he was able to see his fist's image still travelling forth at incredible speed.
Thankfully he'd restrained his full strength...in fact he didn't actually have a full strength, it was endless after all. Nonetheless he'd limited his power to that of roughly a few hundred nuclear bombs.
"Well at least I don't have to do any more training." Smiling, Leon waved his hand and restored the space in front of him.
Voop!
Another menu appeared in front of him, but this time it was much smaller and far easier to navigate.
"Hmm, so this is what kind of world I want to go into...well random obviously!" Leon grinned and smashed the [ Random ] option.

...
"Uh...is anything going to happen?"
...
A couple hours passed and nothing had changed, he'd used his power to figure out why, but he still didn't want to admit it so quickly. He had eternity to do whatever he pleased, and since he wanted to wait, he was going to do just that!
"Is this what it feels like to be too overpowered?" Leon scowled, cursing his unbreakable body, because of it the system wasn't able to teleport him to a different world. No omnipotent being should have to teleport himself - it just wasn't the way!
"Fine! I'll do it myself!"
Shwop!
Leon winked out of existence.
