The purple glass inheritance core melted, and the melted parts began to transform into the ancient runes, which then moved toward the lunar glass core.

I watched with a bated breath as the purple runes touched the lunar glass core, and to my great relief, the core did not react. 

My heart that had started galloping begins to slow down as more ancient runes begin to climb on the lunar glass core while the inheritance core begins to shrink.

These runes are not only climbing the surface but also seeping inside it, and there was no reaction from the core; it is letting it do what it wants.

I don't know if what is happening is a good thing or bad; I was hoping something like this to happen but did not expect the inheritance core would use itself for the runes, and that complicated the things, as the hell could break loose at any moment and there is nothing I would be able to do myself.
