3 Day 1

'Ugghhh I just had the craziest dream. I became a Nargacuga and I had a mom that was one to.'

Waking up I was crushed by the reality of the situation. As soon as I tried to rub my eyes there were claws. Yup. No hands.

'It wasn't a dream was it. AAAGGGGGHHHH! What's happening?!'

I rolled around in frustration over the fact that I am now a Nargacuga.

'How is this pooosssssiiiiiibbbbllleeeeee!!!'

"Oof"

Smacking into a fluffy wall I look closer and I remember who else is in the nest.

'Aggghhhh! This is another problem! What am I supposed to do about this?! Screw it! No point fighting it now!"

Forced to deal with a completely unreasonable situation I could almost hear the crack forming in my mind.

'I am a monster and I'll live as one!'

I boldly declare deciding to not fight fate and just hop on for the ride.

With my mental resolution set and my state of mind worse for wear then when I started the Nargacuga who is apparently my mother started to stir.

"Lucius your up. What happened yesterday? Are you okay?"

Now that my mind wasn't in a panic she wasn't the scary monster trying to eat me. She was a caring mother Nargacuga who watches over her cub.

'Well I guess she is technically my mom so there's no point in trying to deny that she's not.'

-Chirp-

"What? Where's my voice?"

-Chirp!-

"Are you hungry Lucius? Stay here while I go get some food."

'Ohhh you kidding me I can't even talk. Seriously a grown man chirping like a baby. Well I guess I am not a grown man any more. AAAAGGGGHHHH! Whatever! I'll learn to speak later! Hopefully.'

Feeling a little depressed that I am a grown man in a cubs body but then again is it really that big of a deal?

'Oh well let's just see what happens from here on.'

Waiting in the nest for mother to come back I pray that my students relayed the message and the village is safe.
