4 Memories (3) First Encounter (2 in 1)

'Hmm, so that's what happened. I wonder how John-hyung and Sera-noona are doing right now. I also miss my only friend in school in Korea. I remember his name is Seol Jihu' I was thinking about things when Miu interrupted me.

"Mori, it's your turn to cook today right?" asked while we were walking home. Before Miu was the only one who cooks at home. But after cooking one time when I recovered my memories, they all decided that I should be the one who cooks but then Miu started throwing a tantrum saying things like 'You should cook by yourself if you don't like my cooking' or 'then Mori should cook, I'm not doing anything from now on.'

It took a while of coaxing and negotiations before she manages to calm down. It was then decided that I would cook only when I felt like it. When it was decided I heard her whisper 'it's not like I didn't like your cooking or anything'. I couldn't help but laugh when I heard her, she said the tsundere lines. Though that got me thinking that she acts extremely different compared to what I know in the manga. But I decided to drop it immediately, I might use the knowledge of events that might happen, but I'll never use the knowledge in manga or fiction to 'see' people in my world. This is my world, not some fiction that everything is predetermined.

Anyway, grandpa Jin and grandpa Furinji came back after 2 months from the day they left. Both of them have been covered with wounds though nothing life-threatening they said. 'A hole in the stomach is not life-threatening? Nonstop bleeding on the head is also not counted? These monsters.' I was about to ask them who won but before I could open my mouth Sakaki-san covered it and pulled me out of the room.

"Shh! Don't you dare ask those questions. We are as curious as you but you will start another fight if you ask them now. Let them recover for a while before asking" Sakaki-san whispered.

Realizing what he meant I could only nod my head. I then proceeded to move to the kitchen to prepare dinner. It was still funny remembering their reactions when they saw the food I made the first time.

(Flashback)

"There are no ingredients left! Sakaki-san did you eat all the meat with your beer again?" Miu shouted

I was helping Miu prepare dinner when we both heard someone panicking at the door after she shouted.

"Haaa… what do we do now? It would be too late if we bought ingredients now. Apachai would be hungry he might throw a tantrum" Miu said worriedly

I looked around the kitchen to find available ingredients. After looking around I turned and said to Miu

"Don't worry, I'll cook today just help me peel those potatoes"

She was surprised by my words but decided to help out.

'I can cook again after all this time! I don't know what level my cooking was since I was the only one who ate it in my past life'

After coming out from my thoughts I started chopping the mushrooms and the onions. Miu finished peeling the potatoes so I started to cut those too into quarter halves. Then I put the potatoes in the steamer. I asked Miu to take it out after 20 mins then I started pan frying the onions and the mushroom. Before I could proceed, I remembered I also needed wine and sake for the sauce so I asked them from Sakaki-san which to my surprise he doesn't have any. His reasoning is his more of a beer type of guy. Then he told me that grandpa Furinji has a hidden stash in his room so I went there.

When I got there, I didn't know where to search but I remembered where they tried to hide the magazines the other day so I just went and tried to open the compartment on the floor. Just when I was about to open it, I can feel my spider-sense tingling (JK). I immediately summoned Yongpyo to protect me. Around me I could see swords, knives even spears fell from the ceiling. I breathe a sigh of relief knowing I'm safe thanks to Yongpyo. I then opened the compartment and saw the magazines.

'Looks like grandpa Furinji likes them big' I nodded in approval when I saw the covers of the magazines. I didn't open them since I was rushing so I put aside the magazines and took a bottle of sake that was hidden underneath. As for wine, I didn't see any so I'll ask the others. I was on my way back to the kitchen when I saw the pet mouse of Shigure-nee, Tochumaru. I told him I'll give him cheese later if he could bring me wine for cooking. He tried to haggle me for a bigger cheese but then I said that Shigure-nee would get hungry if he continues to waste time so he immediately left.

When I entered the kitchen Miu was taking the potatoes out of the steamer. I then mashed all the potatoes in a bowl then mixed the onion and mushroom with the mashed potato. I added a pinch of salt to it then mixed it once again. Then I formed the shape of the mashed potato then wrapped it in bacon which luckily hasn't been eaten. I wrapped the bacon carefully to make sure that the potatoes would seep out when I try to tighten the wrapping. I then used kitchen twine to tie the bacon so it wouldn't fall off then I also intertwined the rosemary leaves with it. I then baked it in the oven until the bacon becomes crispy.

As Miu and I were waiting for the 'roast pork' Tochumaru came with a small bottle of cooking wine. I thanked him then took the bottle from him, I then get a cup of wine then boiled it. Once it was boiling, I melted the butter first before adding ¼ cups of sake and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce. Then I let it cook for 2 minutes. Once that was done, we only need to wait for the 'Roast Pork' to finish.

"When did you learn to cook?" Miu asked when she saw we were almost done

"I just counted with my fingers" I answered

'Damn always wanted to say that. Though it sounds better in my head than when I say it'

"What does that even mean?"

"Don't mind it" I just dismissed her since I can't really tell her anything yet

She was asking a lot of questions before Apachai entered the room

"Food?" asked a puppy-eyed Apachai

"It's almost done. Can you help us set the table?" Miu answered Apachai

"Hai!" he said as he quickly sprinted out of the room

Miu turned to question me again but the oven made a sound indicating that it was done.

I immediately take the 'roast pork' out then removed the cooking twine and the rosemary. Poured the sauce on top and that's it. When I see the food that I cooked I remembered one of my favorite animes. I immediately went out and took the 'roast pork' to the dining table to dodge Miu's questioning.

'Am I forgetting something?'

When I got into the room everything was prepared and most of them are already getting ready to eat. Apachai was holding his chopsticks with both hands like a kid. On the other side, Sakaki-san was still drinking beer at the table. Akisame-san was sitting neatly while reading a book. While Shigure-nee was chasing Kensei-san around trying to get his camera.

"Food's here!" I announced

All of them looked towards me then at the plate I was holding.

"That's it?" Sakaki-san said while looking at the dish

"Well, a certain someone ate most of our stock and didn't tell Miu and me so we couldn't go to the market earlier"

Hearing my words, Sakaki turned around and started whistling

"That's the main dish, Miu is preparing the side dishes. Don't finish it all okay!"

I went back to the kitchen to help Miu bring the other dishes, but when we came back, there was chaos in the room. Miu was shocked by what she was seeing but immediately got angry since they almost bumped into us and made the food fall.

"WHAT'S HAPPENING?" She shouted

Everyone stopped and looked towards us. Akisame-san coughed then asked.

"Who cooked that dish earlier?"

"It was Mori, why is it not good?" Miu asked Akisame-san with worry on her face

"No, that's not it. It was the opposite in fact. Mori can you talk with me for a second here" Akisame-san signaled me to follow him

"Oi, oi what are you doing Akisame?" Sakaki-san quickly interjected

"MORE!" Apachai looked at me with stars on his eyes

'So that can really happen. Or maybe I'm in an anime world that's why it's possible' I thought to myself when I saw Apachai's eyes. Then I felt a tug on my pants and saw Shigure-nee holding her plate to me. She had the same look as Apachai looking for more.

"Ehem, Mori this could be negotiated don't you think? If you cook for me again, I'll show you my secret collection" Kensei-san offered while looking at me all serious like

"Seriously, what's happening?" Miu asked now even more confused than earlier

"Taste it then you'll know," Akisame-san said

Miu then picked up her fork then got a small portion of it. As soon as she put it on her mouth her faced turned red then immediately turned to me. (AN: What are expecting food wars reaction? Nope.)

��This is good!" Miu exclaimed

"Right? Mori should cook every day so everything tastes this good" Sakaki-san quickly added. But as soon as he finished his words. Akisame-san face-palmed while Kensei-san tried to move away. Miu turned slowly looking at Sakaki-san.

"Are you saying that my cooking is not good?" Miu questioned Sakaki-san as her face turned dark. You would not be able to see the normal cheerful Miu's face but instead, it turned darker by the second and even the atmosphere got colder.

"N-no that's not what I meant" Sakaki-san could only stutter the words seeing the look on Miu's face. No one spoke for a while before a tear fell down on her face. Miu ran out of the room immediately while covering her face. Everyone was shocked by what happened and they all look at Sakaki-san with contempt.

"W-what did I do?"

"Hah" Akisame-san could only sigh

"That's why you couldn't find a wife" Kensei-san jabbed

"Is Miu okay?" Apachai asked with worry on his face. While Shigure-nee was signaling me with her head to follow Miu. I nodded and immediately went to her room.

I was at the door of her room when I heard sobbing noises. I slowly opened the door and saw Miu sitting on the floor while her head was in the bed. I walk quietly so I wouldn't disturb her. Then I sat beside her then started stroking her head gently. Her sobbing slowly stopped as she turns to look at me. Her face was all red, tears could still be seen on her face. I wiped the tears on her face carefully before speaking

"You okay?"

"Hmm"

"You don't have to care about what Sakaki-san said your food is totally better than mine"

"Hmm"

An awkward atmosphere permeated since I didn't know how to talk to her when she only nods at everything I say.

"Did you do your homework?"

"Hmm"

"You know the dude in class B? Spiky hair? With that stupid polishing quirk?"

"Hmm"

"He said he likes you. Asked if you were dating anyone"

"Hmm��

"Really? Who?"

This time she didn't nod, she looked me in the eye before throwing a punch. I manage to dodge by tilting my head but that made her angrier.

"You! What's wrong with you?" she shouted in my face

"W-what?" I was shocked by the sudden switch in her personality

"You asked me those questions? Really? Do you really not know you idiot?" as she was saying those words, she continued to throw punch and kicks in my direction, I was about to say something but she continued.

"What happened to you? You started keeping secrets suddenly. You don't tell me anything." I can feel her getting angrier from each word.

"Don't dodge! Just let me hit you" she said followed by a right backhand punch then a left straight to the face which I manage to dodge. Seeing me dodge made her madder she jumped as she directly sent a knee to my face. I couldn't dodge it in time so I could only block it. After I pushed back, I immediately tried to go for the door.

"You looked okay now so I'm leaving" I opened the door quickly but before I got out, I heard her cry once again. I turned around and saw her on the floor crying. She was saying something which I couldn't understand since it was in between wailing and crying

"*sniff* course you don't *sniff*. You *sniff* violent *sniff* me"

I stop in my tracks and decided to look at Miu again. I then notice something, earlier I attributed her red face when she ate to it being delicious. Now her redness extends to her neck, plus the sudden mood swings.

'Is she drunk? How?' I started to think, then I remember the sake in Grandpa Furinji's room

'How strong was that? Just one bite and she became a mess'

"Hah, I'm leaving Miu. You should sleep too. we still have classes tomorrow" I said but before I could exit the room she jumped from her position and pounced on me. I wasn't prepared so we both fell on the floor.

"Don't leave. Grandpa always leaves. Now you too." She said as she clung to me

I could only sigh in defeat.

"Fine, I won't leave until you sleep. Let me put you on your bed." I tried to get up from our position but Miu was clinging to my body and arms so hard I couldn't move.

"Miu, move let's go to your bed," I said but I couldn't hear any response from her.

"Miu, Miu?" I called out once again but it seems like she fell asleep. I tried to pry her again but every time I tried to move her grip tightens more.

"Fine! Let's sleep here. If you guys at least want to help feel free to." I shouted since I felt the presence of multiple people in the hallway.

(Flashback end)

'That day was a mess. That next morning the dining table was destroyed because of their fight on who gets the last bite.'

"What are you cooking today?" Miu asked

"Hmm, today? maybe something simple. How does Furikake Gohan sound like?"

"Hmm? You're not doing anything weird?"

"What do you mean weird? It still tastes good doesn't it?"

"You're not wrong."

"Anyway, do we still have eggs? I might need those later. But I saw Apachai and Shigure-nee playing in the kitchen yesterday so I don't know." I asked since she was the one mostly using the kitchen

"Hmm, then just buy some. I'll go home first and check the food stock. I'll message you if we still need to buy something else."

"Okay"

She then turned to an alley. 'Miu and her shortcuts. I prefer walking peacefully' I thought to myself

I got to the market, but as I was going to the shop, a crowd was blocking the way. I pushed through the crowd since the shop was in front of them. Then my phone rang as I continue to walk forward. It was the list that Miu wanted me to buy so I just noted them.

"Kid! What are you doing? Get back here"

I heard someone shout towards me. I turned around to see a hero with a panicked expression looking towards me.

"What an idiot! That's why you don't use your phone while walking" someone in front of me said

I could feel an attack coming from the front so I just jumped back to dodge it.

*Boom!*

The place that I was standing on exploded. Then I saw the one who attacked me. A huge liquid-like villain fused with a crying boy.

'I feel like I know this' but before I could continue my thoughts, the villain tried to slap me once again

"Stop running like a cockroach!" he shouted since I manage to dodge his attack again

'This is dumb. I'll just end this so I could get home early. I don't want to deal with a hungry Apachai'

I placed my right foot behind slightly farther than when I normally kick. The ground could visibly break as I prepare for my attack.

'Since this villain is in a liquid state, he won't get damaged by normal kicks, right? I'll try this then.' I breathe deeply before jumping towards the villain that launched himself towards me. I hit the villain as I released the force of the kick upward. The villain ignored my attack and was about to hit me in the back but then he felt something weird happen. A strong air current was suddenly generated from underneath him as he was slowly getting peeled away from the boy. Even the people behind felt the force of the kick, A strong gust of wind hit them making some of the closer people cover their faces. I went to save the boy in the vortex to make sure he didn't get blown away along with the villain.No one made a sound for a while but when someone started cheering everyone followed

"What the hell was that! That was awesome!" bystander 1

"Air pressure from a kick? How strong was he?" bystander 2

"Kyaaa! Oppa" bystander 3 (AN: this is a joke)

After I saw the villain flew away, I was about to walk past everything then someone grabbed my shoulders.

"Who are you kid? You know you can't use your quirk without a license, right?" A man with weird thick wrist guards said (Death arms)

"Wait" I replied as I tried to find something in my pockets and bag. It took me a while to find this small token but Akisame-san said to show this if I was in trouble with heroes.

"Here, Akisame-san said this might help" I tossed the token in this direction. He stumbles to catch it for a bit before managing to look carefully at the token. He inspected it for a while and when he saw the logo on it, he was shocked.

"This is a token from Ryozanpaku!"

The other heroes heard his voice and immediately went to look at the token.

"This is legit! I have never seen anyone that would fake this" the dude with wood-like skin (Kamui woods)

"I saw one of this in Akisame-sama's clinic," the chick wearing a skin-tight body suit said with a blush on her face (mt lady)

"Can I go now? I still need to buy eggs. Oh, and you still need to capture that villain, right? He might get away" I said as I grabbed the token from their hands

(3rd person POV)

'Even All Might said I need to be realistic' Midoriya was walking down the road after getting told to the face of the reality he was in.

As he was walking, he saw a commotion happening in one of the streets. Sounds of explosion and fire blazing around can be seen from his position. It was like a normal day where heroes are fighting villains again. But this time instead of being enthusiastic about watching what was happening he became even more depressed

'Stop, I shouldn't watch anymore. I'll only make myself feel like a loser' But his body betrayed him as he continued to approach the scene. From afar he saw a liquid-like villain rampaging.

'Is that the villain All Might captured?'

"Why are the heroes just standing around" bystander 6

"Seems like the villain grabbed a middle schooler" bystander 10

'G-grabbed? Then he's also experiencing that pain' He remembered his time earlier when the same villain tried to control his body

'It's all my fault! All Might can't do anything. I let him escape. The heroes need someone with an advantageous quirk to stop him.'

As Midoriya was blaming himself he looked towards the villain and saw the boy that was caught

'I'm sorry, hang in there. A hero's bound to come-' before he finished his thoughts, he saw that the boy that was caught was his childhood friend Bakugou. He saw the pleading look in his eyes and was about to run to him but before he could he saw another boy that walked straight towards the villain. The boy was using his phone without looking forward.

"Kid what are you doing get back here!" the hero Death Arms shouted towards the boy

'No! this is all my fault! Some hero wannabe I am. I made All might lose his captured villain and now because of me there would be another victim' Midoriya continued to think to himself he was covering his face in shame but when he looked towards the villain again. He saw the boy dodge the villain's attack. But the villain didn't stop and pounced towards the boy when he saw the boy put his left foot behind.

Midoriya didn't know what came over him, he immediately dashed towards the boy to push him out of the way. Maybe it was guilt, maybe it was something else but he wasn't thinking about anything. He just wanted the boy to be safe. But before Midoriya could reach the boy, he saw the boy jump as he met the villain in the air. He was about to close his eyes as he was scared to see what would happen to the boy but on the contrary instead of getting pounced on by the villain, a strong air pressure assaulted everyone in the area. Even the ones behind the barricade weren't spared. Midoriya was also almost blown away by the strong wind but thankfully he manages to grab on something on the ground. It took a few seconds before it was over and everyone went quiet. No one made a sound, the heroes, the spectators, Midoriya, even All Might that was about to jump towards the fray. Then one person cheered, it woke everyone up. Everyone started cheering for the boy who defeated the villain that many pro heroes couldn't approach

'Strong! Super strong' Midoriya thought. Then he heard Death Arms said something to the boy. He heard the heroes questioning the boy but he pulled out something from his bag and showed it to the heroes. The attitude of the heroes turned a 180 and all of them became respectful, mt Lady even has a blush on her face as she was talking to the boy.

Behind the crowd, a thin man that looks like about to be blown by the wind wasn't looking towards the boy who defeated the villain, but to the boy that tried to save him when he thought he was in danger. He has a weird glint in his eyes as he looks towards him in the distance.

The boy that was possessed by the villain was getting praised by some of the heroes due to his quirk. But no one knows how he was feeling at the moment.

(AN: I was trying to write this for hours goddamn! I wrote the first part and was about to post it but I felt weird that it hasn't accomplished anything to progress the story, so I continued. As you may have noticed, I made Ryozanpaku more relevant. Of course,it would be, it houses grandmaster level martial artist that are stronger than most Pro heroes. There's also the miracle like clinic of Akisame and Kensei. The Murim or martial arts world would be explored more in the future. Just know that there are very few martial arts grandmasters especially at the level of the people of Ryozanpaku.

I'm also torn right now if I should still give the One for All to Midoriya since he didn't totally try to save Bakugou he moved when he saw Mori about to get attacked which even I felt like forced. I just made it so I have options.

Do I give Midoriya One for All or just give it to Mirio? Opinions, thoughts, comments are highly appreciated!

Also,tell me what do you think about the little snippets of fight scenes. I'm not used to writing those so I didn't know how I did
