2 Reincarnation. (1)

As Lang Shen arrived at his cabin, he immediately brought the three tigers inside and tied them up inside his meat room. The room didn't allow many odors to escape out of it as it was blocked by the fur of skinned animals for the most part. Of course, there was a scent of blood from the tigers being dragged leading back to the cabin but his metal fences were high and strong enough to withstand attacks from most beasts. Any of them who got through was quickly taken care of by Lang Shen.

Lang Shen went to his room, grabbed some first aid equipment, and started taking care of his wounds. As he did so, he started reminiscing on his past experiences and how everything led up to this point. Lang Shen winced in pain from his injuries and sighed with a slight smile on his face as he thought about his life.

His parents had died in an accident not long after he was born so he became an orphan quite early in his life. The concept of parents was something that he didn't understand yet so most of his early days were spent looking quietly at those who were being adopted, wondering if the same would happen to him. He had no remaining family that wanted to take him in as they either were too poor or they just didn't want to look after an extra child. At the age of 2, an old man finally took it upon himself to adopt him and took him to a place called the Shaolin temple. The old man had said that he didn't choose Lang Shen because he was special or better than the rest of the kids, he chose him because he looked like he had given up any hope of finding a home and it broke his heart to see a young boy looking like that. At the age of 3, Lang Shen decided to repay the old man by joining the temple and training so that he could become strong, hoping to protect the old man in return.

Whenever Lang Shen trained or sparred, he did so with all of his being. No matter how many times his masters told him to slow down on the training, he wouldn't stop until the old man, who was one of the masters himself, told him to stop. His training regimens were always extremely rigid and brutal. If he was required to carry one large rock in a bucket on each of his arms for 10 miles, he would use 5 large rocks instead and do it for 20 miles. Initially, it caused severe pain and stress on his body, but slowly, he started becoming accustomed to it. He also took the appropriate amount of rest that was required so his body never became weaker from being overworked.

As he got older and started to learn Shaolin techniques, he quickly became skilled in it to an astonishing degree. Hand to hand combat and polearms were his forte. By the age of 15, even most masters couldn't even hope to scratch him. He never wanted to go to school either because he dedicated the time when he wasn't training to the old man. Of course, the old man wanted him to go but Lang Shen wouldn't hear any of it. The old man, known as Master Qiu, had gotten sick in recent years and had lost his ability to move. So Lang Shen took on the responsibility of doing everything for the man.

When he turned 16 the next year, the old man finally passed away from a heart attack, leaving Lang Shen to take care of himself. He had made a few friends over the years but nobody close enough for him to go to in times of need, especially financially, so he decided to leave the temple and go out in the world in search of a way to take care of himself. Of course, the masters weren't willing to let him go just like that and gave him a test that would prove if he was ready for the dangers of the outside world.

'Spar seriously with one of the masters.'

This was the task that he had to undertake. Lang Shen readily agreed and stood toe to toe against one of the strongest Masters in the temple. As soon as they started fighting, Lang Shen could already tell that the master was much weaker than him. The master hit hard and had an above-average striking speed, but that was all to it. Lang Shen just deflected his hits and countered with a powerful punch to the man's chest, knocking him away.

Lang Shen knew he won so he just started walking back towards his corner when the masters called out his name in fury. He looked back to see anger on their faces and tears in their eyes. The grandmaster got up from his chair and shouted furiously, "You just killed a master of the temple!! How could you?!"

The grandmaster in all of his fury rushed Lang Shen and started attacking him, hitting him multiple times in the body. Lang Shen was usually an abrasive young man to everyone but his dead 'father' but this was his first time killing someone and it was a mistake. How could he be in the right state of mind at this current time? Combine that with the fact that the grandmaster was attacking him continuously, one could guess that his emotions were severely out of order at the moment.

"Get off of me!", Lang Shen shouted at the grandmaster in pure anger. He dodged the old man's punch and delivered a quick jab to his chin, stunning him severely. As the old man started to fall to the ground, Lang Shen delivered a powerful uppercut, hitting his chin once again, knocking him unconscious. But Lang Shen still wasn't done, the old man had gotten pushed upwards back on his feet by the uppercut so he took the chance to deliver a strong roundhouse kick to his neck, causing a 'Crack!' to ring out as the grandmaster was pushed away.

This time, it was obvious that this man had died as his neck fell down in an unnatural position and blood was flowing out of his mouth endlessly. Lang Shen started to stutter in pain and sorrow as he didn't want to kill this man either. "Please...forgive me, I didn't...mean to...its just that he was attacking me and-", the rest of the Shaolin members had enough of his excuses. They all picked up their polearms and surrounded him as one of the other masters walked out in front of the crowd shouting; "Lang Shen, you've done enough! You've disappointed me, no, all of us! From this moment, you are exiled from the temple!"
