Wizarding World Here I Come

I shook my head to get rid of these unnecessary thoughts, the house you go to doesn't matter in the long run and for now, I should take stock of the situation. I went to the washroom to get ready for the day. I turned around and grabbed my toothbrush, toothpaste, and soap from my trunk the orphanage supplied to store any personal effects like toiletry and clothes. It's an efficient and cheap way to give kids a little bit of their own space.

After going to the washroom I turned I put toothpaste on my toothbrush and looked in the mirror and froze. That wasn't my face. I widened my eyes and remembered the character customization option I had bought. It seems instead of manually inputting what I wanted my body to look like God decided to streamline the process by automating this process.

I should have been complaining in my head but to be honest I hate the hours spent on customization to make the character look perfect so I was glad that God gave me the look I wanted without all the pain I would have gone to. I kind of looked like Cadis Etrama Di Raizel from Noblesse except with shining silver hair and gorgeous light grey eyes almost luminescent in quality.

"Perfect," I sighed taking everything in. It seems I was 5'2, I knew this because the matron had taken my height just last week. Something in me was also resonating that my height should end up being 6'2. Not too tall nor too short just perfect.

I shook my head and continued to finish brushing my teeth and getting ready for the rest of the day because I predicted it would get busy. I went back to my bed and checked if there was anything else other than the letter of acceptance.

So I found the list of required first-year materials. I wonder why they didn't send a professor to explain everything to me? Maybe they don't generally send professors to prospective pureblood students unless they don't reply. I wonder if I should wait for a professor to come or should I go to charing cross road myself. "You know what I am going by myself." I declared louder than I had intended. I looked around with wide eyes hoping nobody saw me talking to myself, luckily I was alone in the dorm.

I got dressed properly, cracked my neck and wrist then walked out of the dorm. I went toward the matron's office and knocked on the door. The door opened and out walked a heavyset woman probably in her late 50's with plenty of laugh lines and kind eyes. She looked at me and raised her right eye.

"Madam Rosetta umm... I am going to be out all day today but will come back before curfew." I said a little nervously. Before she could say anything I willed a weak compulsion on her to accept my 'request'. I was feeling guilty to do this to a kind older lady that looked after orphans but I needed to go the Diagon alley today and check my finances in Gringotts.

Her eyes glazed over for a second and then cleared, "Ok Poppit, be safe and come back as soon as possible." I smiled at her relieved that my first deliberate attempt at wandless magic was a success. I then took a deep breath and power walked out of the orphanage.

Wizarding World ready or not here I come.

This is harder then I thought it would be. Most of my first couple arcs are done in my head but putting it on paper is a lot harder than what I thought. I don't know if a chapter a day will become reality but I am going to try to write something every day so I can write a couple of chapters every week.
