4 Sierra Canyon School

MC POV

Today is the first day of our pre-school and the name of the school to which I am going to is Sierra Canyon School which is the school where I am going to spend my upcoming school years. You noticed that I said only me because only I got admission to this school based on the interview I had with the admissions officer.

It was very difficult to get the interview to happen in the first place, it took my grandpa a lot of connections to get the interview with the school, and in that interview, I knew that I was going to pass because of the wishes from ROB and my natural intelligence but Haley was not that lucky she could not pass the interview process and denied admission.

Mom was very angry at the school for only admitting me and not Haley, but dad got her to cool down to listen to reason and he also gave the reason that we can't afford both of us going to the private school, and after some more negotiating it was decided that Haley would go the public school 10 minutes away from our house and I get to go to hoity-toity(as mom described it) private school.

That happened and here I am going to the classroom where hopefully I get to meet my future BFF and or someone else because we don't know what might happen.

As I entered the classroom, I saw a bunch of kids playing in groups and some were playing by themselves. Then the teacher announced my arrival to the kids and asked me to introduce myself to other kids so that they can know about me.

So in front of the class, I started "Hey, I am Nathaniel Dunphy, I'm 3 years old and my favorite sport is basketball and I'm going to become a professional basketball player when I grow up.

After that school began, there was not much to do, as we were toddlers, the subjects included numbers, letters, etc. which I knew pretty well, so I didn't pay attention in class and when the teachers asked me questions I answered them correctly.

This went on for like two to three hours, we had a break in between in which the school provided us with a nutritious lunch and after that some playing time and nap time.

Then, the school was over, I met some new kids as well, but they were kids(literally) so I can not speak like them even if I tried and there was no progress about the BFF situation, but I did meet someone in my class, who I didn't know can even be in my class.

That was a future supermodel Kendall Jenner from the Kardashian/Jenner family but she was in her own friend circle, which was the rich and posh type of kids, but that was an interesting thing to note and a future task, that what changes are there in this world compared to my original world.

With that, my mom came to pick me up from school with her, in the backseat was Haley and Alex was at home with the babysitter for an hour so that mom can pick us up from school.

After getting in the car, mom started asking questions about the school and the teachers and I answered them like a kid would and with some maturity mixed in as well and then she asked about any new friends that I made to which I replied that I have the sent the feelers out and I'll get back to her when they answer, to which snorted and looked at me in the mirror with a face "Are you serious?".

Then the ride was done and we came back home, eat some snacks, and watched TV and dad also came back from work and he also asked about school and hearing my reply which I gave to mom as well, he laughed hard and started rolling on the floor and mom again chided him that it was not that funny, to which he said that he thanked the god that I didn't get my mom's sense of humor.

The next day, all the things happened the same, but today I saw someone that once again surprised me because she had to be at her home and not in the same class as I am and I am talking about another future supermodel who should not have been here, her name is Jelena Noura "Gigi" Hadid (for easier writing from now on she will be "Gigi").

She was my favorite supermodel in my last life, if there was no accident I would have asked her out sooner rather than later and now I have the opportunity to be her friend from childhood.

So, when I saw her, I knew I had to take a chance, so I did and I went to her desk and moved my hand forward and said "Hi, I am Nathaniel Dunphy, but you can call me Nate", then she looked up from her coloring book and smiled at me and my head was exploding inside but on my face was also a familiar smile and she said, "Hey, I am Jelena Hadid but you can call me Gigi". Then I said "Ok, Gigi, then let's be friends" and she also liked the idea and said the same thing. (So this is how kids I met your mother, hehehe wrong show)

But on the other hand, I had my first friend and I was happy that I knew other people besides my family and that felt good.

When I got back home, I told my mother about her as well and she was very happy because she thought I would not be able to make friends in that private school and but she did not say anything like that to me, but now she was genuinely happy and dad was also very happy and began teasing me that even he didn't have a girlfriend in pre-school, to which my reply was to run to my room fake crying and dad got scolded by mom and I was happy.

I was looking forward to this school life more and more besides basketball I have a new goal as well.
