2 Chapter 1: The Origin of the Thief King

There was once a 10 year old orphan living in the slums of the kingdom named Claude. Claude was a poor child, he had no one to rely on other than himself.

Claude: *stomach grumbling, oooohhh I'm so hungry, I really need to eat.

Claude spots a nearby fruit stand

Claude: Finally! Food! But I dont have any money.

Out of severe hunger and desperation Claude slowly creeps near the fruit stand and tries to steal an apple, as he was about to grab an apple the merchant spots him.

Merchant: What are you doing?

Claude: I'm really hungry sir, I really want an apple

Merchant: That will be 3 bronze coins

Claude: *checks his pockets* *empty* Uhm, I really don't have any money right now

Merchant: Then scram! If you don't have any money why bother even talking to me.

Claude: So that's how it's gonna be huh? *points above* Look! its a dragon!

Merchat: What?! Where?! *looks around*

As the merchant proceeds to search for an imaginary dragon Claude swiftly grabs all the fruit he can grab and makes a run for it

Merchant: I dont see any dragons *Looks at claude* HEY! COME BACK HERE YOU THIEF!

As Claude while carrying a number of fruits runs away as fast and as far as possible towards a dark alley

Claude:*pants* I think I've lost him. FINALLY FOOD!

As Claude proceeds to feed on the fruit he stole a small monkey emerges from the shadow, the monkey proceeds to beg Claude for the food. Claude out of pity for the monkey gives the monkey one banana

Claude: Awee, you poor thing here you go *hands a banana"

Monkey: *accepts banana* oooh oohh ah ah

But the monkey seems unsatisfied with the food Claude gave proceeds to take 3 more bananas and makes a run for it.

Claude: HEY I ALREADY GAVE YOU A BANANA LITTLE GUY!

So Claude proceeds to chase the mischievous monkey all around the kingdom, but the monkey proceeds to enter a large mansion, soon Claude follows. As Claude follows the monkey, he is mesmerized by how big the mansion is. Up untill he stumbles upon a huge painting, he was shocked for the man in the painting was no other than The General of the Empire itself. Suddenly he hears footsteps coming his way, desperately trying to hide he blindly enters in one of the mansion's rooms, little did he know this was the room of The General's daughter.
