Chapter 14- Whip of lightning and redemption

"Chou, it's better for you to continue on your way." Lunox said.

"No, you need me, especially this time." Chou replied. "I'm disappointed on you, but I can't stop loving you."

Lunox looked at his eyes. "Chou.."

"How sweet, I'm touched." Alice said.

Alice ordered her demons to attack Lunox and Chou.

Chou and Lunox fight alongside each other, with Lunox' power, all of them won't able to get near.

"Be careful Chou, they're not similar as your previous opponents."

"Whether what they are, whether who they are, I'm not afraid of them."

As the battle goes on, Chou got beaten badly by some stronger demons.

One demon choke him and lift him upward.

"You're a good and skillfull fighter, but your nothing but a human." the demon choke him harder.

Alice notice the suffering of Chou and think of an idea. "Spare him and give him to me."

He throw Chou infront of Alice. Chou looked and saw her face.

Lunox stops as she saw that Chou is now in Alice's hands.

Lunox got hit by one of them and fall on her knees. "Chou!"

"L-leandra.."

The demons grab Lunox. "Let him go!"

Alice use her power and torment Chou. "I can't believe, the maiden who have the power of order and chaos fall in loved to a mortal?"

"No!"

"I think I need another life to maintain my beauty."  Alice prepare herself to vamparized Chou.

"Please let him go, I'll give you anything you want." Lunox stood up.

"What is it again?" Alice asked.

"I'll join you, just let him go!"

"It's good to hear that from you Lunox."

"Leandra no! Don't worry about me." Chou scream out of pain as Alice torment him.

"I'm willing to sacrifice myself for all I love Chou! I'm willing to sacrifice myself for you."

Alice walk forward and draw near to Lunox. "Well, I'm glad that you finally accept my offer. Welcome to your new world Lunox."

Chou try to break the grip of the demons that holding him, but their too strong for him.

Alice and Lunox having their negotiation. Lunox finally agreed, just for the redemption of the man she love. As the negotiation continues, a whip wrap around Chou and then pulled him.

A winged creature with golden armor is flying before them, with Chou in his hand. Chou finally gave up and closed his eyes.

"Your majesty, the Nazar is here, and they're countless. What will we do now?"

Alice turn to all her demons, order them to fight and bring war against all the Nazar.

The Nazar that was holding Chou give him to other Nazar. "Take him away from here!"

"Yes Kaja." Took Chou and left.

Lunox, full of wrath break the grip of the demons that was holding her. "All of you will pay for what you've done."

Kaja wield his weapon and order all the Nazar with him. "Attack!"

The war broke out this time. The Nazar successfully destroyed the demons. With the power of chaos, Lunox wiped out countless of them. Alice on the other hand manage to escape with the remaining demons with her.

Lunox approached Chou lying on the ground. Took him at her arms. "Chou, please don't give up."

Tears rain down from Lunox' eyes and pour unto Chou. She keep on waking him up and begging him not to leave.

The legion of Nazar turn around.

Kaja notice them. "What are you looking at?"

"Kaja, she's here."

A beautiful angel arrived.

"It's good to see you Raphaela." Kaja said.

She looked at the weeping Lunox. "I hear your cry from above Lunox."

Lunox turn around to see who's talking to her. And saw Raphaela.

"I'm here to heal your broken heart." She proceed to Chou.

Aftermath, Chou woke up. He looked around and found himself in his house. He check on everything, he's fine and don't even have any scratch at his skin.

"Leandra!" He look anywhere and found no one.

Chou go out. He saw a picture of him posted on a tree with a written word "missing"  at its bottom part.

Bruno found him in his position. "Chou?"

"Bruno?"

"It's you!" Bruno rushed on him and hug him so tight. "I'm glad too see you safe and sound man. I thought you're gone."

Other Eruditio guards arrived and approach Bruno but when they saw Chou, they do same as what Bruno did.

"Hey, don't squeeze me! I can't breath."

They asked Chou about Leandra if he found her, but Chou just said he don't.

"I think we will have a long story telling later on." Bruno said.

"Yeah, I love bedtime stories.." Tiago added.

They proceed and talked about so many things. Chou return to his job as a core guard.

One day, while Chou is busy, Bruno calls him and told him there's someone who wants to see him.

"Who?" Chou asked.

Leandra arrived and smiled. "Hi Chou.."

"Leandra?"

"Yes it's me.."

Chou ran to her and give her a hug. "Can we go to the place where only me and you?"

"Sure.." Leandra replied.

"I think I need to left you for awhile. See you later man." Bruno left.

"Thanks Bruno."

Leandra and Chou go into the outside part of the city, to a place where between they themselves only.

"What happened? Did they hurt you" Chou asked.

Leandra hold Chou's hand. "They never did, the Nazars came and helped us."

"Leandra, please tell me the truth."

Leandra reveal her true identity in a second time. Her real look and appearance. "Chou, my real name is Lunox. I'm just hiding my identity since Alice and all the demons want to get me."

"So, you're real?"

"Yes Chou.."

"I always heard about you in the old legends, I become so curious about the Lunox they always told and now, she's infront of me."

Lunox told Chou everything, her past and her power that was the reason why demons want to take her. She want to stay away from the world so that all around her won't be included in her problem.

"But I can fight, I will fight beside you if you want." Chou said.

"No Chou, this is no longer your battle.."

"Lunox.."

"Chou, it's hard for me to leave you, but I need to. I want to be by your side forever." Lunox said. "I want to stay with you, but I guess this is not yet the right time."

Kaja and the other Nazar arrived. "Lunox, we need to go now, it's not safe for you to stay here."

Chou was surprised as he saw such beings for a first time. "What kind of beings are you?"

"They are the Nazars Chou, they helped us and they take you home." Lunox said.

"Thank you for saving our life."

"You're welcome human." Kaja said.

"Chou, I think I need to go now."

"I rather choose this as long as your safe Lunox." Chou said.

Lunox touch Chou's face. "Don't worry my love, if all of this come to an end, I'll come back for you."

"I will wait for you forever Lunox." Chou kissed her in the lips for a long period of time.

Lunox and Chou made a promise to each other as they hold each other's hands.

Lunox say her final goodbye and left together with Kaja and the other Nazar. "Farewell my love, I'll come back for you someday."

"Farewell my love, I will wait for you even in a long time."

The destiny separated the two hearts who love each other, but even though the wide oceans put a boundary before them, their love made a string to connect each other from a far distance.
