These people belonged to the influential groups, they were around to see if anyone would buy the property or try to get a quest because these things no one had. They also knew that a new player had bought the Broken Village.

These players saw Liu Yang approaching while riding in Little White when Liu Yang talked to the NPCs, the spies realized that he had gotten some information from them, as they had never seen anyone get anything from the NPCs, let alone someone being taken to an abandoned house.

The scene in which only the NPC left the house and Liu Yang stayed inside, proved that he had gotten a quest. However, when they used invisibility skills to enter the house, spies saw that it was empty.
