Tragedy

Alex was engrossed in his book when he noticed something strange happening. The school's silence engulfed the surroundings, and any sounds that echoed inspired fear in the listener.

"What was that?" thought Alex, heading to the door of his room. He thought he heard a scream. Could it be true? Alex couldn't comprehend why someone would scream as if being attacked. Eldoria Magic School was one of the safest places, and the city itself was well-protected. What on earth was happening?

With a thirst for knowledge and, above all, curiosity, Alex left his room and went to the origin of the scream. On the way, he noticed others doing the same. Jhin wasn't among them; he was too tired to have heard the scream.

"Does anyone know what happened?" a young student asked.
