Alex walked through the city of Crystal, attracting the attention of players who were curious about the identity of this 'NPC'.

For new players, this was a common occurrence, nothing out of the ordinary. But a new NPC in the area? That sparked excitement among the players, as it could mean new quests and the chance for great rewards such as items and EXP.

A few players attempted to approach Alex to strike up a conversation. It was rare for an NPC to completely ignore a player, even if they weren't offering quests. Therefore, all the players anticipated a friendly interaction from Alex, but he was not in the mood for it.

"Excuse me, do you need any help in the city? Perhaps information about the best tavern or places in the surrounding area to avoid?" a player asked Alex.

"No, I don't need it. Do I look lost? Get out of my way," Alex responded with a harsh tone.
