Beast Taming?

The attack coming towards Alex was terrifying, powerful, and surely enough to end his life. It was as if it were the strongest attack of a boss, a special move. Alex acted as if this were his end from the beginning, so the dark mage was very confident.

Well, he was wrong to think he would easily finish off Alex! When the monstrous mouth of that creature was about to touch Alex, he used his hidden technique.

Everything around him froze and seemed to be covered by a black veil. His hair and clothes began to move—the wind in the realm of shadows was quite strong.
