MMORPG: Rise Of The Strongest Heretic Priest

A Really Good hidden gem! The beginning seems generic at first, but that is the actual intention of the author, to subert your expectations later on. The plot is full of tension, action, and growth. The world building is superb even when there is a few chapters, the author has masterfully created a living, breathing world filled with conflicts and emotions seamlessly. The main character is well balanced between someone with a very strong will, and someone with his own flaws as well. He is not cringe, nor will he annoy you, but you will realize he has his shortcomings too. His abilities develop at a rapid pace, and they're very unique, he later on learns the power to revert the effects of his skills, becoming incredibly deadly with all his support skills. The plot and world seems much bigger as well, and the great ability of the author to combine action with narrative, and not make the story feel like a slugfest is commendable, there's always action and a plot ongoing, there are no useless breaks. I recomend it to everyone that likes LitRPG stories, this one mixes it well with Cultivation too.

This is my honest review as someone who doesn't often read this genre of novels. Writing Quality 5/5 - I have been reading this novel ever since Ch.1 and I have to admit the writing quality was incredible I didn't expect it to be this good. And so far the quality hasn't dropped and has instead improved as well. I hope the author continues to improve and learn as he continues to write. Update Stability 4.5/5 - The update has a stable schedule of 1 per day with there being 2 per day sometimes. I do wish the author releases more chapters. World Building 4.8/5 - The world build might not be apparent in the beginning few chapters but it starts picking up pace especially Ch.19 and on-wards. Currently the world build has become very interesting with many new things being introduced. Also there is no need to worry about huge blocks of useless info here as the amount of it is rather less. Characters 4.8/5 - The main character here isn't naive. He is very intelligent as well. His personality is quite likable and refreshing. I’m eagerly waiting for his past to be properly revealed. As for the side-characters I can't say much but the side-characters are all quite interesting. I love the dynamic between Hepius and the MC.Plot 4.9/5 - The plot doesn't seem like much in the beginning chapters, it might feel like something you see in every other novel but trust me it gets better and better as you read. There are many things shrouded in mysteries especially the truth/backstories of certain side-characters and even the MC's world isn't what it seems to be. The pace of the plot is decent, it's not fast and isn't fixed either. Fight Scenes 5/5 - Fights are what I consider to be one of the most important aspect in a novel for me and oh boy this novel didn't ruin my expectations. The fights in this novel are usually fast-paced but the details and quality are impressive. Ch.46 (or around there) was just fantastic, I was very thrilled when reading it. I recommend giving this one a go and at least read 30 or so chapters before planning to drop it.

Wow just wow this book has extremely impressed me compared to my initial thought I Had on it from the synopsis...I'll be dropping some coins on this later

You had me at heretic and i was not dissapointed realy like the ridiculus VRMMORPG Novels like the Rise of the pumpkinmancer and it seams this Will go in a similar direction

it's... okay I guess, the writing itself is good as in the grammar and structure. updates seem okay but honestly I don't care about update rate, world background is cliche at best. character design? where? Hepius is the best but a mentor/supporting character can only go so far. Noah is the stereotypical orphan uncaring intelligent Yada yada etc. first few chapters are... hard to get through almost painful it is chaotic with random major points comming from nowhere. I mean I congratulate the authors success but personally it is not for me.

The story is there but the transition of things in the story is the problem. Things keep happening and are really foggy for me. It's hard to follow anymore. 😩

honestly i was surprised i went in not expecting much and was pleasantly surprised. The plot so far just gets better the more u read it. The main character comes off as actually smart so u did that great. Information is not kept from us for too long so it ends up as a positive. My only worry is that u don't get repetitive with the way fights go. U also need to be wayyy more descriptive about characters in general makes no sense i only knew the MC had gold eyes and black hair at Ch 40 or so and never know what he's wearing or the state of his clothes. Overall good read here that i can see being great with improvement over time. 👍
