Chapter 15: The Training Part 2

Right after resting our next training is to summon our very own mystical creature. There are two ways to summon it as we have to learn both. The first one is to have a mind link communication with our pet and then able to summon it physically to help us in combat. Then only I found out that all this while I have been communicating with my own pet without myself knowing which is Dragno himself. But I am only able to communicate with him in times of need and during my sleep, hence, I will need to practice harder to be able to summon him on my own free will.

For this training it gets harder as we have to learn to be able to summon out our pets as fast as possible as the enemy won't give us time to summon them when we are facing each other. Trying to summon them takes up our energy, focus and time. Therefore the quicker the better. After it seems like weeks of training, finally all of us are able to summon out mystical creatures only mentally as we need even more training to be able to summon it physically. The training for that is halted as we are not powerful enough to summon them out.

Next was physical combat training, and we won't be battling with each other instead we will be facing real life scenarios when facing the enemy. The wounds that we inflict will be for real compare to our normal simulation training where our wounds aren't real. The seven of us are given a situation where we are all surrounded by a familiar enemy, Tyn and his servants. We battle for days against his army and finally the seven of us are facing Tyn alone. It was difficult to defeat him as we are all beaten up and our powers exhausted. He was even more harder to fight compare to the real Tyn which is still locked up in The Abyss.

We were all covered in heavy wounds as the training was stopped halfway. "How will the seven of you face the real enemy when you can't even take down one men." said Mr. Principal. "It's not easy sir. Do you know how much power we spent on fighting." said Nick while gasping for air. "Well then what's called 'Teamwork' and also power management. The whole lot of your spend too much of your powers on unnecessary fights while facing only a mere servant." said Mr. Principal. That's right, all this while we only focus on fighting solo instead of in a team. With that we all get our wounds treated and then continue our training and this time with teamwork.

We manage to accomplish the first round of enemy. The next few rounds we encounter even more difficult ones where we barely recognise. We train for days and our teamwork skill seems to improve a lot. Our fights are synchronize with each other making it easy to defeat the enemy. After fighting together we learn how to fight solo as well just in case if one of us is down.

Training was harsh for the next one and the up coming ones. But still we were determine to learn more. Finally after all the training, the last thing we need to learn is to summon our mystical creatures physically before we can officially graduate. We all felt more powerful than we can ever be, doing a few more tries we all summon our respective pets. It seems that we can even wish it to be in any size we need. Of course, the bigger the size the more toll it takes on us and if we summon it's original size it will drain more on our powers unless we train more. But time is not on our side, right after being able to summon our pets we are officially witches and wizards that could fight in the outside world.

We all exited the portal and it seems that three days have passed since we last came out. With that we all were ordered by Mr. Principal to head back home to take some rest after all the training. The next day we went to school as normal and then head to The Orb to take up on a mission. Cassy seems to have went into hiding after not being able to find the seven of us anywhere for three days. We couldn't let our guard down as she might attack us or our family anytime when we are not looking. "Sir do you think that Cassy will come after us anytime since we are all out in the open now?" asked Jacob as we all entered into Mr. Principal's office to get some details on Cassy.

"I hope for the best Jacob as we wouldn't want any more missing people. Do you know how difficult it is to handle the situation when someone goes missing." Mr. Principal said while handing the file over to me to brief about the mission that we are assign to. "This guy here is one of Cassy's henchman, Illus Smith. He has been supplying food for an unknown company and we think that it might be Cassy and her servants. Capture him alive if we want to find out about Cassy's whereabouts and also the missing humans. So far as I know he is not that powerful when the seven of your powers combine, but he is a tricky person as he will try to separate the seven on you and take you down one by one. Don't overestimate this guy, he shows no mercy to anyone and will kill you instantly. Please be careful and make sure the seven of you come back safe and sound." said Mr. Principal before we are dismissed to start our plans on capturing Illus.
