2 Chapter 2

They say that the unexpected happens to those who are bad. It's that's true then why does it happen to me.?

When we got back from the beach I went straight to my room around surrounded myself in books. I put my headphones on gently. Reading has always kept me in peace, as well as music. I think I should just ignore Zane and his stupid self, that dude has the feelings of a teenage girl. I should know too, being one that is. After an hour or so Grams calls me downstairs. "Yes, Grams" I look to see everyone sitting at the table Ouni, Lily, and Mia. "Come, child sit," she said in her quiet and quite stern voice. Not wanting to question her, I sit down a the table. "We need to talk about your past," she says scarily.

"When your parents gave birth to you, the water aligned around you. It was like no other thing existed. You were born at the same time as the aurora borealis, and it was magical. The last time someone was born at that moment was your ¹²great Grandma. She had untold powers that held great responsibility. She was the very first one to have the water element. For years it had passed on, all but her unknown powers. Each and every generation had most of her powers, some got new ones. ones like levitation, mostly on water but works on light and heavy objects too. Other powers such as water barriers and tide control were ones that were hard to do because they focused a lot of energy. Sachi you have great powers and although I cannot tell you where your parents are I can tell you that they WILL make sure your safe and are watching you."

I get up to stand, this is too much to take in. "And Sachi dearest," I look back at my grandmother swing tears in her eyes, I go to wipe them off her distraught face. "Please be careful with your emotions, they are dangerous and not to be played with," she says as she takes my hand and gently puts it on the table, "please, for the sake of lives". Instead of going to my room like I had originally planned I just simply smiled and headed to the door, "If my parents loved me so much, and wanted to protect me so much then why didn't they stay" I didn't realize how much hatred had formed up in me but all I know ISO don't like it. "They had to..." I leave before my grandmother can finish.

Unknown POV

I later find my self in a thick jungle next to the sea bay, they said that crossing the line between the two barriers would cause destruction and be futile, it's worth it though. For the next few hours, I just walked and walked while thinking about everything that I was told. How everything I was ever told was a lie. The rain pours it's weight onto me while I walk deeper and deeper into unknown lands. I hear a soft almost faint noise somewhere within this tangle. Since I have nothing to do I decide to follow it. The noise trail keeps on with its twists and turns until I hit an end. Also, that walking wasted on nothing but my imagination. I don't know what causes it but the next thing I saw was the ground. A large black wolf was on top of me, while the world was spinning I couldn't make out who it was. Instinctively I shift into my white with grey streak wolf. I take a moment to fill myself in pride as I see the giant black wolf check out my fur coat. After a while, I get tired of the stares and decide to activate this fight. I bare my teeth out, letting a low warning growl escape my muscle. My ears poke upwards when I hear another wolf coming. The black wolf looks to see something, I take this as an opportunity to attack. I flung myself at the wolf taking a big chunk out of his ear. The wolf whimpers as if he could ask for it back. He lunges himself at my legs but I quickly dodge it. Feeling bad for the wolf I allow water to fall on the wound cleaning it up. Wait for what, how am I doing this. I look next to see a pond with a toob of water coming from the pong to Wolf's ear. The wolf bows down to signal that he submits. I nudge him letting him off with a warning. Suddenly another wolf approaches us, this time the wolf is a beautiful ginger red color with little hints of gold spots.

The wolf and I circle each other tensely. He gives me a warning growl, I don't know what had happened but I felt her breaking through. I shift to my human-wolf form. The black wolf seems surprised but after checking my fur color he bows down and shifts into his human-wolf form. To no surprise, I find that this wolf is actually Zane. But that does not bother me because I already knew who the fire elemental wolf is. "Zane, what are you doing the other side of the territory," I ask sternly. Zane just stares at me for a while, I don't have time for this guy. "Well, I asked what you're doing here" A few wolves approached from the trees around us "I wouldn't do that if I were you, I do not have the patience like Sachi does so I would advise you to hurry up" I could tell my words had stabbed Zane. "What did you do with Sachi," he said raising his voice to a max. I slowly grab his neck with both of my fully clawed hands. "You do NOT raise your voice with me, maybe Sachi takes tolerance in you but we both know that she could do as much damage as she wants to" I slightly raise my voice. Zane whimpers as I drop him to the ground. "If you must know, I am Sachi. But not exactly, I'm in the body of Sachi but I am her wolf. One of the gifts of being the water elemental wolf is being able to become your wolf in a human body. I must go now, Sachi is coming back", I turn to leave but I feel a warm and soft hand slide into my hand. It felt good to feel that love, I look back to see a confused Zane "my name is Jazmine, and we will meet again". I slip from his hand and run into the woods when I reach the beach I fall straight to the ground.

Sachi POV

What happened, where am I, how long have I been out. I look up to the night sky while laying on the warm sand. I slowly stand up looking out into the ocean. Why would they lie to me? It doesn't matter though, we all have our secrets. Maybe it's time I told them mines. I head home just walking on the sand, clothes torn, no shoes, and completely no idea what I'll tell them. I just wanna be there.

I get into the house when I see cars full of people, did I cause this. great, just great. "Where the heck have you been, we were worried sick about you. And what are you wearing? GO TO YOUR ROOM" Grams said as her emotions change from worried to furious multiple times. Not wanting to upset her any more than I already have I head to my room. I close the door and head straight to the bathroom putting on my favorite music by New York singer A Savage Americans may be strange but they got some good music, at least, it's better than the stuff I had to listen to back home. I miss home. My thought cloud my head as I just sit there in the tub, pondering over everything I've faced so far.

Jazmine "Cheer up child, all problems have reasons"

I jump up at the words, I look around but see nothing.

Jazmine "In here child, I'm in your head, dummy"

That's it, I must be going crazy

Sachi "No, I am your inner wolf, you've just never heard me talking to you because I couldn't. You weren't old enough yet plus I needed to develop. I couldn't tell you until you knew about your self"

wow, this is yet another thing going on in my brain.

Sachi *What's your name*

Jazmine" my name is Jazmine, now get out the bath before we get all wrinkly and pruney ",

Sachi * ugh she is so bossy*

Jazmine " I heard that

I get out the shower and start heading to my room, I put on my favorite blue and pink shirt and green pants.

Sachi *Are you still there*

Jazmine "I'll always be there, I saw everything you've ever done. WE have been through everything together. Also, I think you should tell Grams about you and your career, she has to hear it from you before anyone else"

she says reassuringly

Sachi * can I call you Jaz*

I ask

Jazmine "How do I put this...uh, NO"

it's like she's her own person yelling in my ear

Sachi *Ok Jaz, so should we tell he tomorrow, I mean no reason to bother her today. it's not like it's gonna kill her to not know*

I hear Jaz sighs

Jazmine"look I'm only your wolf, you control you, I can only help you. Whatever you decide to do I will respect that"

Sachi *thanks Jazmine*.

Jazmine "It's Jaz to you miss, oh and also if she finds out and grounds us, I will give you a headache for a month. Now go to sleep child"

Sachi * Goodnight Jaz*

Jazmine "Good night child"
