The three continued talking but about a different topic. When it was time to leave Mrs Frank was reluctant to see them leave but she had no other choice.

"Eve, I will tell your father you both dropped by when he returns from his business trip," Mrs Frank said after seeing them to the door.

She went back inside the house after seeing their car drive off.

Inside the car, Evelyn turned to face Steve. Since it was only the two of them inside the car she deemed it the perfect time to talk.
