10 Stranger in my life

Alex jolt from his sleep for the nth time. He lost the count already. Very gently, he removed the feet that smacked his face just now. Still rubbing the jaw to ease some of his pain, he rises and walked around the bed and standing on Malina's side.

He rearranges Malina's body current position to 180 degrees so carefully in order not to wake her up. After readjusting the blanket to cover her body properly, only then, he returns to his side.

Glancing at the alarm clock on top of side table on his right side, it was already 2 o'clock in the morning. The game Monopoly was abandon midway after Malina screaming pain due to her leg cramp.

Hearing some jostling sound, with grimace expression, he turned his body to his left side, Malina already turns her position facing him and her right knee has been raised at the same time. Ales was quick with his reflex, catching her rising knees kick with his right palm.

If he acts two seconds late, that knee kick definitely hit his precious place. But the sleep attacks seems will not stop there. The sleeping Malina body shifted again, maybe she feels constricted and her body returns to her original position after Alex removes his hand.

Suddenly, Malina turns her body to the right side and this time her right leg was rise higher and landed on his upper thigh. Alex grunted in pain.

Alex knew that there is no way Malina was attacking him consciously since she has been started drooling before the very first attack earlier. Reaching from behind, he takes a few sheets of tissue from tissue box that was placed next to the alarm clock. He gently wipes the excess saliva from Maliana's mouth.

Alex body still was suffering from jet lag and was sleep deprived so he can clear all his schedule before he flies here to get married and have a one month break for the honeymoon.

But Malina's bad sleeping habit will make it harder for him to get his badly needed rest.

Leaving with no choice, he rearranges Malina's body so he can spoon Malina body from behind, and secure it with his leg draped over her leg. Alex waited for a few minutes to know Malina's reaction. Having no resistance from Malina, he went slept instantly.

Four hours later...

After taking a shower and fully clothes, Alex shakes Malina's shoulder to wake her up. Since his earlier attempt to wake her up by just calling her name a couple of times was a failure. Malina reluctantly opened her eyes and rise into a sitting position and still feel disoriented.

"Get yourself ready. We need to go to the Civil Affairs Bureau first thing in the morning to register our marriage before we go to the airport."

Once those sentences fully register on her foggy mind, Malina's eyes are fully open and her back broke a cold sweat.

Watching her reaction, Alex bites his inner right check to hide his grin because he can almost hear her brain turn gear to find a way to escape this crucial part.
