Have you ever felt so miserable to the point that you wondered why you were even born?

Have you ever found yourself cursing the world and everyone that lived on it? Yeah well that's everyday of my life.

I come from one of the most powerful families at the time who are the Reeds. They are known for having some of the powerful wizards today. From fame and fortune to high people in society my family has it all. If you had heard this your probably wondering why I would complain about something like this.

Let me give you some background info, see this world is called Plome. Here in plome technology I would have to say is pretty advanced, people can live stable lives, and

the world revolves around striving to be perfect. Imperfections aren't acceptable in this society.

If you feel like I'm hinting at something I'm getting there. Plome is a world that has magic and everyone uses magic in their daily lives even for the simplest things. To be born into a world and family that know for magic the greatest imperfection is to not have magic. If you haven't guessed well I'll tell you now. Out of all the people in the world I was the only one born without magic.

No matter who knew my family I was still teased and ridiculed for being magic less. The way people (and this doesn't exclude my family) treated me like I was less than human more like an ant. I was considered an embarrassment to society. Hence where I got the name Miss Not-So Perfect.
