5 – A Golem... That's Stronger Than A Dragon?

It was bright. Sunny. With no chance for meatballs day. Kiyome was enjoying sitting around near the trees of Kuoh's central and she conversed with Enkidu on various topics.

"Ah. I have cravings for souffle, care to make some for me later, Master Chef Gil? Heh." Kiyome teased as she poked Enkidu who was beside her in his doll form.

Enkidu nodded. Kiyome has been with him long enough that she was used to his rather quiet– like a loitering flower– personality. Sometimes, she would just spot Enkidu sitting on their garden like a doll. Surrounded by animals and a small smile on his face.

Most of the time, she had to recheck her sexuality. That is why she was a bit glad, knowing that she has managed to form a small crush with the perverted boy on Rias's peerage. She doesn't know herself how, but she didn't care.

But, as punny as it was. Speak of the devil. (Hah) Rias approached her.

"Abe-san" Rias started with a small curtsy.

"Gremory-san" Kiyome replied cordially

Rias then took a seat next to Kiyome and smiled.

"Do you mind if I ask the great Abe family's mistress a favor?" Rias continued. Making her intentions clear.

"It depends. I refuse to do anything with the underworld" Kiyome replied. Her tone was of a bit nervousness when the word came out of her mouth.

It wasn't that well known, but Kiyome was afraid of the Underworld. Not the individuals, but it as a whole. As her mother died due to it. She was afraid that by being tangled with the Underworld as a little, fragile human would eventually kill her. She was connecting the Underworld with death and that made her rather nervous with any topics relating to it.

Though, she wasn't angry at them, no. The one who killed her mother was an exorcist who mistook her as a Devil. The church initially denied the allegations, but since it was really bad for them along the way, they gave up and had the exorcist excommunicated and paid a hefty sum.

Kiyome's father was enraged. His wife was killed and only money to pay him back, however, he couldn't much about it.

Kiyome grew up disliking the church, part of the reason she was friendly with the Devils. She hated the church. But, afraid of the Underworld. Despite all her elegance and bearings. Kiyome was simply a human girl who was scared of things out of her level.

Anyways. Rias knew most of this and quickly cleared up her doubts.

"No, no. I simply wanted to ask for a favor since my assignment needs me to deal with monsters and youkais, I thought that asking an expert for help would do me well" Rias said, placating the nervousness of Kiyome.

Kiyome did a minor sigh of relief.

"What exactly would you need me to do?" She asked. Finally confident again.

"Ah. Just watch over some monsters that wandered to Kuoh and wait as we contact whoever is responsible for them" Rias said. Her smile still intact.

"I'd have to refuse. I cannot keep monster here at school." Kiyome argued.

"Oh... Is there anyway I can make you agree?" Rias asked. Her tone a bit disappointed but shifted to hope during the question.

Kiyome went through several calculations. It's true that she can't keep monsters at school, but her house is another story. So, losing a bet wouldn't really be bad for her. However...

A mental image of Issei came to mind.

She would gain something if she managed to borrow her minor crush for a day.

"A bet." Kiyome started.

"Bet?" Rias asked, a bit curious.

"Yes. If you win, I'll agree to your favor. But. If I win. I get to borrow Hyoudou Issei for a day. Hm?" Kiyome finished with a challenging tone at the end.

Rias had a small nerve appear near her temple.

"Hahaha. Sure then. May I ask what shall we do for the bet?" Rias agreed. She really doesn't see any reason to refuse an absolute win. If it was a match, hah. If it was anything else, she was still confident in winning.

In canon. Enkidu wouldn't exist so the only thing Kiyome would have against Rias would be tennis. Now though. Enkidu was enough to give a massive confidence when it came to bouts.

"A duel between my beasts and your peerage" Kiyome replied. Confident that Enkidu would crush the competition.

...

Rias did her best not to laugh. She nearly forgot the girl just barely knew about the Underworld, thus she wouldn't really know how impressive Rias and her peerage was as of now. Issei was trained by Tannin and now that his limit with his boosted gear was gone, she doesn't really believe how and where Kiyome got her confidence from.

Thus, they settle the time and place.

After school at Kiyome's mansion.

\MRDC/

The peerage of Rias Gremory all entered the Abe mansion. Most importantly was Issei who quickly started to oggle the maids and especially Kiyome who started to walk beside him. Classic Issei tried his best not to stare as much at the gigantic mounds near him.

Eventually, they reached the monster training grounds.

"Fufufu. Abe-san. Are you sure you don't want to maybe try a 1 vs 1 first? It won't do well for you to underestimate our peerage as a whole" Akeno quipped. She was pretty close with Kiyome overall.

Kiyome gave them a smile.

"No. I'll have only one of my cute little beasts face you" She replied.

And then all hell broke loose.

Rias' peerage couldn't really believe what they just heard. Instead, they looked around and found absolutely nothing that they couldn't really decimate 10 of. Kiyome brought out a doll from her breasts. Much to Issei's seething envy.

"Gil~" She called out to the doll. A yellowish lightning discharge came from the doll until it eventually became a human. Kiyome quickly dressed Enkidu up in his personal uniform.

Needless to say, the onlookers– the ones not used to it– were positively befuddled when the doll that Kiyome always carried became a beautiful girl. Issei had his entire mouth open and agape. Kiba was bit flushed as well.

"You'll be fighting HIM" Kiyome emphasized the last word.

1...

2...

3...

"EHHHHHHH!?" The whole peerage exclaimed

The group glanced at Gasper. Then to Enkidu. Then to Gasper. Then to Kiyome.

"ANOTHER TRAP! UAAAAAAH!" Issei screamed crouching to the ground on all four.

Issei punched the ground hard. Crying at how his sexuality was momentarily endangered. Kiyome chuckled at Issei's antics.

Much to most other's jealousy.

Still. No one was particularly bothered by the appearance of Enkidu. They didn't know him that well.

Eventually each side got ready. On one end was the peerage of Rias fully armed and ready.

On the other was a maid uniform wearing Enkidu with a passive expression.

"Gil, don't kill anyone. Okay?" Kiyome asked, more to tease Rias and her peerage than an actual warning.

"Start!"

The first to move was Koneko and Kiba, both going on left and right side for a pincer attack. Issei gathered some [Boost] but gave his piece of the pie by attack from the front. Akeno was prepared to strike at the direction Enkidu was going to flee in while Asia, Gasper and Rias stood in the backlines.

Rias had a smug smile. Kiyome had an even smugger smile.

Why?

Because Enkidu backslapped Koneko and sent her outside of the premises.

...

A vicious pause. A pin drop silence. Everyone had to make sure Koneko did not die after that. Meanwhile, Enkidu tilted his head in confusion.

\MRDC/

What? Master told me to not consider them as normal opponents, that they were strong and were capable of hurting me.

So, I thought that when the white one came from my right, I should put my full powered strike at it.

[Mana - A > B]

[Luck - A > C]

[Strength - A > A+++]

I maxed my Strength using [Transfiguraton] but, I know the feeling of hitting something that could take my strikes. Or my memories did.

I glanced over to where the white one was and a shriek reverberated all the way to where I stood.

"K-Koneko-chan! She's seriously injured! My Twilight Healing could heal her but she nearly died."

With her words– the female blonde one– the brown one and the male blonde one gave me raged looks.

The black one and red one lifted to the air and I assume that they were about to use high tier magic.

Without thinking much of it, I gave a point to my [Magic Resistance]

[Strength - A+++ > A++]

[Magic Resistance - A+]

I did not sense any dangerous fluctuations of mana so I deemed it enough to block whatever attack it was and focused on the 2 melee combatants. The blonde one reached me first and swung a sword at me, therefore I retaliated by making a sword from my palms using [Age of Babylon]

But, the blonde one's sword broke and my palm sword went through him along with my strength. A deep chest wound and sent flying to the other side opposite of the white one was what he gained.

I looked in front of me and saw a lighting bolt, low level.

Ignored. I focused on the red dangerous energy... high level, [Perfect Form] would regenerate whatever is damaged.

Increasing [Magic Resistance]

[Luck - C > D]

[Magic Resistance - A+ > A++]

The lightning bolt did not even reach a me and dissipated a few meters away. The black one widened her eyes. Deemed as harmless, ignored.

The red one's spell hit and gave a red gash, but was harmless as well, [Perfect Form] heals the damage.

I faced the brown one... too weak. Ignored. I gaze at the vampire blonde one. Weak. My remaining target was the blue one who was slow on the uptake. I dashed towards her, cracking the ground as I stepped and appeared behind her.

The brown, vampire blonde, red and black one's eyes widened in pure disbelief. The blue wasn't aware of her situation yet.

I sprung forth several chains and wrapped them around the blue one before tossing her. Currently, the melee ones took 3 out of 4 of the cardinal directions.

Hm.

Is this what master meant by enjoying toying the enemies? Hm. Doesn't this disrespect them? I feel like I've met someone gold with a similar attitude towards opponents.

I sprung forth several more chains and grabbed the red and black one in the air before dragging them down forcefully and summoning swords to pierce their stomach.

"AHHHH!"

The female blonde one saw what I did and came close... I looked to my master. She was... terrified?

Hm. The female blonde one is their healer.

Group battle rules conclude that making the healer go out of commission is important.

I summoned several chains and bound her. I then dashed to the vampire blonde one and dealt and uppercut at him. He flew fast above the roofs head stuck outside while the body hanged.

Brown one was the last one left.

...

[Boosted Gear: Scale Mail]

Hm? Brown one is suddenly stronger. Threat?

Mid tier servant level. Might hurt. Reset stats.

[Strength - A++ > A]

[Mana - B > A]

[Luck - D > A]

[Magic Resistance - A++ > A]

I jumped away and ducked the oncoming right hook, the dragon one was a bit sloppy, but his strength was about D to C+. I saw an opening and made a palm sword to stab at the dragon one's chest but the armor blocked it.

I pumped it with a bit more mana.

[Luck - A > C]

[Agility - A > B]

[Mana - A > A+++]

The sword pierced through, I brought it out a moment later. I sprung forth chains and took the momentary pause of the dragon one to bind both his arms and legs. I focused on my strength for a final attack.

[Endurace - A > D]

[Strength - A > A+++]

I overcharged my clay arms with mana. A yellowish lightning discharge coating it. With a full powered punch, the dragon one flew to the last cardinal direction where no one was occupying.

Reset stats.

I looked around me, then my eyes went to my master. She looked angry.

"G-Gil! WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!" She screamed in panic and fear.

I tilted my head.

"You told me to not hold back and that they were strong" I replied with an even tone.

She flinched.

"Y-Yeah... I did. Sorry. I-I... Please unbind their healer" She requested.

The chains surrounding the crying female blonde one disappeared.

She immediately went to the red one.

"H-Help her gather them" She added.

I nodded and took all of them in a neat arrangement and laid them in the center.

"Gil..." My master looked at me, a bit worried.

"Yes?" I asked back.

Is she perhaps worried about them? Were they friends? Hm. She could've just told me it was a spar.

"Y-You think the Underworld will hunt us for this?" She whispered into my ears.

Ah. I was mistaken. Master did not care for their injuries but rather the aftermath of the battle. I shrugged in response.

If this was the level of one of their youths. I don't really expect a valid threat to master. At least the dragon one was a bit decent. But, he was a dragon. It was to be expected.

At that time. I was largely unaware of how much my show of power would affect things.

I wasn't aware of an onlooker as it wasn't particularly something I would notice among all other things.

Maybe if I focused a bit, I could've heard it.

"A golem... that's stronger than the Red Dragon Emperor?" It said at it quickly flew away.
