7 Chapter:7- Magnitude 7.8

(Mint POV)

I was still having a dizzy vision 💫 in front of me. I can't judge myself I'm I still in my subconscious mind or does all this really happened in reality?

I was shocked when we got out of the cafe. the town has taken my interest in its condition. when I looked at it, the town has taken minor damages. but still, it made chaos. when I looked around the streets. my heart seemingly hurt while looking around my surrounding. we can see what that Magnitude has done to the town. the new building was made shocked proofed so it takes minimum no damages at all but the old buildings were totally destroyed. I asked myself while looking at all that chaotic scene before my eyes. is this one of the way of God to punish the earthlings for its sins? maybe true. what we humans have done and doing is also not appropriate to the mother earth and its children. what we do might not helpful to other beings except humans or individual. might be we are damaging our self with it. I can say it's a true fact. the machines we made, the fuel we use, and the overexploitation of resources we are doing are not only causing suffering to other beings but to ourselves. what we have done comes with a price. nature will take everything.

it quite makes sense though too. everything and every living organism are connected directly or indirectly with each other. if balanced might take an interruption it will take its time to manages everything back to normal before its too late. for that, whatever the cost it takes even cause destruction. it is not good or easy to say that we are acting as a parasite to this earth unwillingly.

I saw the news on the board of the other building next to the road.

they reported the impact of the magnitude was 7.8. I was shocked just by looking at it. but as soon as I noticed, I forget something important, I came back to my sense.

I was still having Han over my back, who was wounded. I looked left and right in search of the right place to take him safely and treat him. luckily there was a bench near over the cafe we were in. I make him sit there, and looked at his wound. he was still being I pain. his face was like it was so hard to open his own eyes. growling in pain caused by the bulbs. I quickly looked at the wound I carefully tore the cloth over the wound part to see how deep the pieces of glasses has entered. I even can't explain how bad his wounds were, but still, blood was nonstop bleeding from his wounded leg the glasses were tore and entered inside of his muscles, there were 3 pieces of broken glass, 2 big and 1 small glass piece. how can I get those out of his leg? I was asking this question myself. I looked around if I can find something to treat him.

I asked the owner of the cafe for the first aid kit if he has one. luckily he was having one which he was also used in treating others.

"Do you have a clip or something that can help in taking out the pieces of glasses."

I asked.

"yea, it's in here. are you hurt? 🤕"

"no, not me but my friend had several wounds over his leg."

"take these with you."

I borrow a clip and Bandages with some water to clean his wound and disinfectant. I go to Han and sit on the ground by bending my knees. I carefully take out those pieces of glasses and asked him to rest. then I take my phone out of my pocket and called my manager to ask about him, my family were being all right. and the status of the situation.

"Hello, manager. are all of you all right?"

"We, with your parents were all fine sir."

"Thank God,"

I huffed with the relief of knowing the condition of them. but before I can relax more, my manager stated something else too.

"Sir, we have some minor damages, once in your home. and the company building is still standing with a very minimal loss of the statue and there is very less amount of people get hurt in the company.

but, I can't say everything is alright. the situation is typical. the gate of the building has collapsed, and hence the fallen concrete has blocked the entrance."

"what? have you called for help?"

"I have already called help for removing the concrete. we will handle it by our self sir, you should take other aspects in the count."

"Are you sure?"

"entirely."

"Then, fine. after the removal of the concrete asked everyone to leave for their homes. Inspect any damages caused to the employes family. and report me about it afterwards."

"I'll do that sir."

I cut my call and cane fact to Han to take about his condition.

"The wound looks serious. we have to go to the hospital to aid. come on, hangover my back. ill take you to the car."

I offered my back to Hand and asked him to come along to the hospital. afterwards, I need to locate my other friend's locations.

"I'm fine."

"No your not."

I forced him to take with me to the car. but he was refusing. instead of that, he asked to make phone calls to our other friends. and he makes his call to his parents first. after he reported his parents were fine. I called Jasmine and Max first. but their network was not responding. the more I tried to call the more I can only get the answer.

"the person you are trying to reach is not Available please try after some time."

I was, huff!!!

"Is there no one is picking up their calls?"

"I couldn't reach them."

I was sad and at the same time afraid. Han does can see my stressed face and I can see his too. but he didn't mention much.

he just asked me last.

"Where are all of our friends?"
