A knock jolted her out of her reverie, it was a Saturday morning and she was thinking of the perfect dress to put on when she heard the doorbell.
Her feets screeched inches away from the door and she pulled it open. She popped her head out in an attempt to see who it was but strands of hair fell on her face, blocking her eyes.
"Hey, Cinderella." Jonas smiled at her. He was amused at the vision before him and how she was struggling to get the hair out of her face.
She managed to do that and peeked her eyes to look at him, a smile crowning her lips, "Good morning Jonas, please come in." She squeaked and opened the door widely, giving him a free passage.
"What brought you here this early," Myra asked as she passed him a glass of water. Jonas didn't reply immediately, he took his time sipping from his glass before proceeding to ask her.
