Kana Uzumaki was one of the Uzumaki residents who fled from the village under the protection of the elders. After the destruction of Uzushiogakure she and her fellow clan members were hunted down by either other shinobi villages or Rogue Shinobi's intending to cash in on their bounties.
Kana was one of those who fled to the Land of Grass and stayed anonymously in a small village there. She was inherently a kind person and she had unlocked one of the Kekkei Genkai of the Uzumaki to heal others or replenish their vitality by just biting them.
But this would be her downfall as she saved a Shinobi of Kusa who was seriously injured, she did it out of kindness. But the Shinobi captured her and took her back to Kusagakure to be used by their shinobi to heal themselves.
She wasn't even treated like a person. They showed no consideration for her health and just focused on healing themselves. She envisioned a future in which she would die by over-drafting her vitality.
But the worst still happened to her, a drunk shinobi assaulted her and nobody came to help her, she could only lie there enduring the suffering. But her nightmares were still far from over. She found out that she was pregnant from that encounter.
At first, she was not willing to give birth to the child for two reasons.

And what if he or she inherits her abilities then won't their fate be the same as hers?
But in the end, Kana gave birth to her daughter Karin. And it was the happiest day of her life. Her little Karin was like a ray of sunshine illuminating her dark life.
But she still feared the future.
But all of that changed when 'He' arrived.
Itsuki Senju, the current patriarch of the Senju clan. He saved her from that hell hole and offered asylum to her and her daughter.
She couldn't help but develop feelings for him. He saved her at her lowest clearing up the darkness in her world.
When she heard about the destruction of Kusagakure, she didn't blame him because it was all her fault. He did it for her and her child and the injustice she suffered. She couldn't help but feel warm in her heart.
Kana developed feelings for Itsuki but she felt unworthy to be by his side.
She was tainted and filthy, she didn't want to take advantage of his kindness, She was already grateful to him for taking her out of that hell hole.
She was satisfied with watching over him from the side, that is what she told herself but she found it increasingly difficult to keep her feelings contained. It hurt ..... she felt like her chest was being constricted when she had to keep her feelings bottled up.
She was very surprised when Mikoto and Kushina the wives of Itsuki encouraged her to make a move. But Kana was too flabbergasted, and she felt she wasn't worth it.
She knew Kushina, as she was also from the Uzumaki village and both of them got along well, Mikoto also was a gentle woman thus making it easier for her to get along with her too.
Both of them have been supporting her for the past month, giving her confidence and alleviating her fears. What she fears most is being rejected by him and a rift being formed between them...

But now seeing the way Itsuki checked her out, Kana although embarrassed was happy inside.
It means he did desire her, which made her giddy.
Her cheeks were a little flushed as she thought about the instructions given by Kushina and Mikoto before coming here.
Kushina told her that Itsuki was working very hard and she could help him by relieving some of his 'burdens' ...

Itsuki gazed at Kana who was slowly caressing his thighs while holding her head down.
He knew she was embarrassed and he wasn't going to let her do everything.
He reached out to lift her chin up and he gazed at her flustered grey eyes.
Itsuki leaned forward to land a soft kiss on her forehead, then he slowly landed feather-light kisses all over her face and finally sealed her lips with an affectionate kiss.
Kana's head was a little muddy as she felt this kiss filled with affection, and she suddenly felt his hands move her hands to grasp a hard thing.
Kana's fingers instinctively wrapped around it, and only after a moment did she understand it was his member. But the realization made her mind blank.
'Big' That was what Kana thought.
Itsuki leaned back to let both of them catch their breaths as he gazed at Kana who had a flushed face biting her lips while her hand was still stroking his length through his clothes.
Itsuki couldn't help but get completely aroused by this sight as his length hardened even more.
