Alec knew that whenever Mimi was truly angry she would either become deadly silent or his least favorite... smile like a sadistic serial killer.

He could feel his blood run cold whenever he saw that smile of hers.

It was rare from her usual teasing sly smirk, instead, it was replaced with malice that made him assume she just assassinated a whole gang.

After witnessing this smile of hers once, he steered to a church and prayed to never witness it again or have it directed towards him.

So much for praying.

Mimi was already pretty peeved that morning from the empty report on the incident involving her sister.

Because of that she barely got a wink of sleep that night and had to plan out her plans for the Hiro Corporation party.

Attending an early meeting with her staff at her company and reviewing their recent projects, Mimi was beyond tense.

Receiving her brother's pitiful look that she hated to the core, along with the group of arrogant girls taking a tie she actually considered nice...Mimi felt pretty pissed.

"Don't worry, big brother. I can handle this." Mimi smiles.

However, seeing that smile made Alec's body shutter. He didn't need to worry about her, he was primarily concerned for the group of girls that were about to encounter his little sister's wrath!

Patiently approaching the group of girls, Mimi relaxes her face placing on a gentle seductive smile.

"Look at this! It'll be perfect for Landon! You should buy it!" The girl who had stolen the tie from Mimi says proudly, flaunting it.

Emilia looks at the tie in her friend's hand and her eyes lit up.

It would look so splendid on him!

She couldn't wait for him to praise her once he saw it. It is possible he'd finally perceive her and consider her as a woman and not his childhood friend.

Lost in thought, both girls admire the tie before one of them feels a rough push on her back causing her to bump into Emilia.

Caught off guard, with her high heels Emilia stumbles backward.

Preparing to hit the hard floor she closes her eyes bracing herself, but the pain she expected never happened. Instead, she felt a pair of sturdy arms wrap around her soft curved body.

Blinking her eyes, Emilia's silver eyes stare up to identify a pair of pale green gems. Her eyes widen with surprise.

Clutching her carefully in his hold was a young boy who was possibly fifteen. His brown hair was pulled back but a few curls hung in front of his face developing a sexy messy look.

Dressed in a red coat and pale collared shirt slightly unbuttoned, Emilia could see his clear sharp collarbones.

His face was masculine but almost showed a feminine young looking softness to him.

Emilia's face immediately flushes at the close proximity of their faces. The young boy pulls Emilia's flushed body towards him. Smiling gently towards her, Emilia finds herself lost in his mint green eyes.

"Careful, don't want to ruin that pretty face of yours do you?" He says in a silky voice.

Emilia discovers herself blushing even more at the sound of his musical voice. Not able to think clearly she hadn't realized the young boy slip the red tie out of her hand and into his.

Hoisting her back up in an upright position, he bobs his head towards her before winking and heading towards the checkout.

Completely red and frozen in place, Emilia along with her friends watch the young boy walk away elegantly with shocked expressions.

What...What exactly happened?!

Alec, who had watched from the side worriedly was now in total shock.

Awe and horror etched on his face as he had witnessed his own little sister use her manly charms to steal the tie back.

From the minute she had supported the girl closely Alec felt as if he was witnessing something sinful.

She was obviously a girl herself yet she shamelessly used her disguise to flirt with the girl! She really was too much.

Seeing Mimi's satisfied smirk as she exits the store with a bag in hand Alec scoffs before catching up with her.

Just when Mimi had left the store had Emilia noticed the tie in her hand was missing.

Frantically searching for the red accessory, Emilia soon flashes back to what had previously just happened.

Her face soon flushes scarlet with anger.

He did that just to steal her tie! Shameless!

Fuming with rage, Emilia stomps out of the store to find the young boy. Noticing his red coat from the back, Emilia storms towards him with anger disregarding Alec right beside him.

"Hey, you! You stole my tie!" She barks.

Sighing, the boy turns around to be faced with a red-faced Emilia Yimo.

"Correction. It was initially my tie until your friend snatched it from me." The boy says with a sly grin. "I was just conveying back what was rightfully mine."

Hearing such ignorant words, Emilia Yimo's rage intensifies.

So what if her friend snatched it first?

Emilia couldn't tolerate him for resorting to such shameless underhanded tricks just to get it back!

"Do you know who I am? If you don't want to suffer such heavy consequences, I suggest you give me back that tie." Emilia tells him with an arrogant face.

Arching his eyebrow with amusement, he lets out a gentle low chuckle.

To the Emilia, his chuckle was seductive, almost mesmerizing.

To Alec, it was a sound coming from the gates of hell. She was definitely pissed off now!

Ugh...why couldn't this foolish girl just leave her alone and find another tie!

"Look, dollface," The boy chuckles with a dark gaze. "I don't really give a damn who you are or who your family is. I already bought the tie, so I now claim ownership over it. If you demand it back so desperately you'll have to pay double for what I paid for it."

Emilia listens to his words with utter disbelief.

Pay double for it?!

Never in her life had she met such a sly person! He truly had no manners!

Alec, who stood to the side held back a laugh at Mimi's money grabbing tactics. She genuinely didn't care how others perceived her.

"Shameless!" Emilia fumes her heart-shaped face completely red.

"I never claimed to be a decent man." He grins. "Later dollface."

Having enough of the raging young girl, Mimi walks away with Alec behind.

Emilia stares at his departing back with a shocked expression which in an instant rapidly changed to anger.

She felt humiliated!

Emilia was determined to seek justice for herself and find out the identity of the young boy.

She'll show him what happens when someone opposes her!
