''Where have you been?'' Aunty Milan asks Candice who just walked in horridly, ''in a-a frien- friends place'' she stammers Derek walks down the staircase ''why the stammer?'' He asks with suspicion, ''in a friends house'' she repeats ''you sure know you are lying'' Derek says holding her chin, ''Derek? stop!'' Aunty Milan orders ''I am asking you one last time, where the hell were you?'' Derek says holding her tighter, ''you have no right to question me this way, what do you take me for, a kid, I swear to God Derek I'll call the cops on you! You are hurting me!'' Aunty Milan pulls Derek away from Candice ''you've started messing around, but I am gonna teach you a lesson, I don't give a damn if you call the cops'' Derek says loudly ''you're such an idiot, look what you've done to me!'' Candice shouts, ''did you just yell back at me? you little piece of shit !" Derek says trying to get aunty Milan off his way, ''yea Derek you are a bloody idiot, what are you protecting me from, huh! Since you're such a hero why didn't you rescue mom and dad!'' Candice asks ''shut your dirty mouth Candice!'' aunt milan screams, Derek pulls aunty Milan off his sight as he walks up to Candice, raising his hand to slap her, he stops clenching his fist, ''Never metion mom and dad again! Ever!!'' He runs up the stairs breathing heavily ''Derek you raised your hands on me? aunt Milan" Candice turns to her in tears as she continues, "for the first time Derek, intends to hit me, I ain't complaining of how he hurt my cheeks'' Candice says crying as she sat on the couch ''listen honey, he is going through a hard time'' aunty Milan says, her voice soft ''a hard time you say? it isn't easy for me either, do you see me letting it all out on anyone?'' Candice says walking out, leaving aunty Milan confused.

Derek walks up to the mirror, his eyes were bloodish red, he kept punching the chest drawer with his fist, he calms down rushing to the bathroom, pouring water rushing from the faucet sink on his head, he noticed blood dripping from his nose, he heard a knock on the door, ''Derek open up, I wanna speak to you!'' Aunty Milan says knocking aggressively , Derek was more concerned with the blood dripping from his nose, he used a face towel to cover his nose, he sat on the floor, sad, confused and depressed.

Derek knocks on Candice door, the next morning ''she left early'' aunt Milan says walking down the stairs, ''aunt Milan! I... I am sorry'', aunt Milan stops ''you disappointed me yesterday Derek, it was like I was dealing with a whole new person, I feel like all my efforts are being wasted'' she said not looking at him, ''no, no please don't speak like this, I am confused myself, please forgive me, please'' Derek said sincerely ''go make up with your sister before I can listen to you Derek'' she says this time looking at him ''I will'' Derek aggrees ''I'll be leaving for school'' he continues aunt Milan kept quiet as she walks into the kitchen.

Derek sat in the class, he could not concentrate, the board seems to be spinning, he could hear the heart beat of his classmates and even his teacher, the clock ticked louder than normal, he takes permission and walks out of class, Natasha follows him, he enters into the men's room, she was there before he arrived, he avoided her after shooting her a confused glance, Natasha cuts her wrist with a razor blade. Derek, eyes became reder, veins crawled up his face, ''what are you doing to me?!'' He screams, Jesse walks in, Natasha was not seen, ''dude, what's wrong with you?'' He held Dereks back, ''I don't know man'' Derek bent down, ''come on I'll take you to see the schools nurse'' Jesse says ''no don't!'' Derek groans, ''why? You are obviously not okay'' Jesse says worriedly, ''I said don't'' Derek screams ''okay fine I won't'' Jesse is a bit frightened, ''just let me be'' Derek acts fine, ''you are sure about that?'' Jesse asks, ''yea really'' Derek sighs, Jesse is about walking into one of the restroom enclosed doors when Derek bites his neck from behind, letting him scream, he leaves Jesse on the floor, afraid he rushes to the sink and washes of the blood on his face and mouth, Jesse looks pained, he held his neck weakly, Derek runs out and leaves school...
