Life was hard enough to begin with for Vincent. Countless wars, economic depressions, crippling student loans, and a job that doesn't pay enough. Add a phenomenon that allows people to start developing power over the elements and things just get more dangerous. Vincent will undergo non-stop challenges as he fights the system that is meant to keep his generation down.
