Gathering begins

Winds blew lightly, carrying dust with it as thousands of cultivators gathered in the capital of Nyoru. People with all sorts of features, all sorts of built, all sorts of dresses and all sorts of vulgarities caused quite a din.

"Give way! This is a Bishop's entourage!"

"Move! You lowlife!"

"Huh? Whose mother is that? She's got some big buttocks."

"Is that Micky Ninaj?!"

"Oi, oi, watch where you're stepping, motherfucker!"

"Huh? I'll kill you in three breaths!"

"Shit! Where did that guy go? I'll get him this time!"

As Xiao heard all this mixed-up shouting, her eyes twitched.

"This is the gathering of Consulate?" She wondered just how different was it from a gathering of bandits?

Xiao continued to move through rooftops. There were several others like her on surrounding rooftops, not wanting to mix up with the rowdy herd due to different reasons.

"Well-well, hello there." A person suddenly called out as he appeared beside Xiao, sprinting and jumping through rooftops in sync.

Xiao glanced at him and found him to be a young man with shiny brown hair, white skin, slit-like eyes and a baggy black robe all over.

"You don't have a tag on you. Could it be that you're a new member?" This man enquired. "How about you join me and my friends?"

Suddenly 7 men appeared and surrounded Xiao from three sides, moving at her speed.

"…." Xiao remained silent.

"We are from the Triad faction. Our elders appreciate beauties and provide them great support. You will become successful and rich right away! You might even become a Bishop!" Someone said.

"Yes-yes, come join us pretty woman."

Saying such things, they all surrounded Xiao and pestered her. Their vile intentions were quite clear.

"Actually, there are a few empty tents nearby. Why don't we acquaint with each other there?" One of them suggested.

Shing! A long sword was unsheathed by Xiao.

"Cutting down the river stream!" She exclaimed and swung her sword swiftly in a circular motion around her. Everyone was alarmed and barely escaped by jumping away.

"Oye-oye! That was dangerous!" One of them shouted.

"Stupid woman, what are you doing!?"

"Infighting is prohibited. Doing so during a gathering is even more unforgivable!"

"Hmph, newbie we'll overlook your arrogance if you apologize and come with us."

"…." Xiao faltered. She was simply pissed off earlier but having been reminded that consulate members aren't allowed to fight each other, made her hesitate.

"Hmph! Don't talk to me about rules. You're all harassing me here." Xiao finally spoke.

"Ah? Infighting is prohibited, approaching each other is not. We're approaching you, not harassing!" Someone spouted.

"That's right hehe. As a matter of fact, many more things are allowed. Why don't you let us teach you a few things?"

"…." Xiao glanced at her opponents. With fighting prohibited, she did not want to risk it. She was yet to become an official member of the Consulate. These people were already part of some faction. Xiao was a lone woman here. She wondered what she can do to get out of this predicament.

"Oye, do we have a problem here?" Someone suddenly called out and two cloth-masked men landed on the rooftop, next to Xiao.

"It seems the Triad is up to their usual antics." One of the masked men said.

"Hehe, can't miss out on this. Hey lady, do you need some aid?" The other man asked.

"…I'd appreciate it." Xiao said, though apprehensive.

"Oye, masked fools; don't get in our way. We found her first!" One of the villainous men spoke.

"Hmph, don't put us at your level. How insolent can you be?" One of the masked men spoke.

"What do you want to do? You cannot draw your weapons here in the gathering. It's best if you get out of the way." Someone said.

"…." The two masked men fell silent and looked at Xiao.

"You're new?" One of them asked as he saw no tags on Xiao.

"Yes. I'm yet to obtain official recognition. My bishop was Han Mo." Xiao introduced herself.

The two men exchanged glances and chuckled.

"Then, you can let loose. Since you're not officially a member…you don't have to abide by the rules yet, right?" One of them said.

"!!" Xiao's eyes widened. Then she grinned, releasing her chi wantonly.

"O-oye!"

"Master realm!?"

"Shit!"

Boom! A thunderous voice echoed as a large beast king appeared out of nowhere and the roof cracked under its weight.

Mooooo!!! The beast king bellowed. It had been summoned by Xiao.

"Moochan! Get them!" Xiao commanded.

Mooo!! The beast king immediately made its move. Its tail lengthened and whipped the enemies around. Several horns shot out from its head, attacking the men.

"Gah!"

"Ahh! To arms!"

"Kill that beast!"

"Vixen, now you've done it!"

The men shouted and quickly began fighting the beast king. Xiao meanwhile snuck away with the two masked men. They traversed swiftly and soon reached a less crowded area.

"Haha, that was a great move! That beast king is your pet huh? Not many warriors use beasts for fighting." One of the men said.

"I'm Shorya, this is Hiram." The other man said while taking off his clothed mask.

"Nice to meet you. I'm Xiao from Carny." Xiao said smilingly. She glanced at the two.

Shorya was a lean man with brown skin, black hair and brown eyes. His face was ordinary. There was a trident hung on his back. Hiram was short and muscular with a bald head, thick nose and ugly appearance; but his eyes exuded self-confidence.

"We're followers of bishop Sher." Shorya said. "Why do you not have a tag? Do you not want to join your bishop's faction?"

"…My bishop died in battle quickly after recruiting me as his wingwoman. I don't know about tags and factions." Xiao replied.

"Oh? Sorry about his death. This is unfortunate." Hiram said.

"It's okay, warriors always put their lives on the line. One can't always escape death." Xiao said. The two men nodded.

"You're right. Well, this is also one of the reasons why Consulate members formed different factions and groups. Together, warriors can cover up for each other's' weaknesses." Shorya said. "These groups are then taken in by the elders and that creates factions. All the elders here have their own factions with multiple groups in them. These factions have different tags or emblems to represent themselves. Those men earlier were from Triads. That is a large faction involving three factions working together as allies!

"…" Xiao almost gasped. Just a faction alone sounded a powerful group. With three factions working together…

"No wonder they were so brazen." Xiao uttered.

"Yes. They go around targeting female members of even other factions. All three elders of theirs are perverted." Shorya said.

"But don't be worried, these are small issues. Your cultivation is at bishops' level. If you had revealed it from the start, they would have backed down or approached you in a nicer way." Hiram said.

"Well, we should be on our way now. Here…" Shorya produced a badge of sorts. It was in the shape of a shield, painted green with red leaves embossed on them.

"This is our group's tag. Use it during your stay here until your position is finalized and you join a proper faction. Half the troublesome people will not come to bother you as long as you represent yourself as member of a group. You can return it to us later or simply join us if you like." Shorya said smilingly.

"Thank you." Xiao took the tag and bowed. She had a good impression of these two men who came to her aid at the right time and even offered their tag despite her not being a member of their group.

"You're welcome. You can find our tent in the camps. All tents have their groups and factions' flags on them. We hold several tents in the northern section." Shorya said.

"Okay. Oh, where am I supposed to go register and stuff? Where is Consulate's main office?" Xiao enquired.

"Hmm, at the centre of the city; that's where you'll find the main office. It is a conspicuous looking building hehe. You'll easily recognize it."

Then, the two of them put on their masks and left. Xiao smiled and moved towards the center. She attached the tag on her left breast. Along the way, many people looked at her. She was too eye-catching due to her amazing assets. But due to the tag, few approached her. Xiao was able to dodge them and easily made her way to the center.

Looking at the group of traditional buildings, Xiao was quite impressed at how ordinary these buildings were. Cultivators should refrain from pomp and show. Consulate was a powerful organization of thousands of cultivators. Them keeping their buildings simple, represented their down-to-earth demeanour.

Xiao soon found the conspicuous building. It was in the shape of four giant arms with their palms connected and spread upwards, supporting a platform. There were four gates of entering the building; each at the base of the giant arms.

Xiao entered one and asked around. Soon she was led to a cabin where she was personally questioned by a female bishop named Nina who ascertained her identity and recorded Xiao's details.

"Alright, you are indeed who you say you are. The matter of your bishop Han Mo's death has also been investigated and cleared by Trinity." Nina said. "You can join Consulate after a special test. This is mandatory for many reasons. And it is also a chance to showcase your prowess and gain attention of the elders. You will then get offers from the interested elders. Join either of their factions and it'll be smooth sailing from there."

"I see. Which faction was Han Mo part of? It's not necessary to join the same?" Xiao enquired.

"Haha, of course not." Nina said. "You can join any faction of your liking, as long as they let you in. With your level 3 Master realm they'll all definitely want you. As for Han Mo…he belonged to Sword faction. They have the lowest number of members because they pick only talented swordsmen."

"I see. And when will my test be held?" Xiao asked.

"It will take some time. You will be notified through messenger strategy. Take the receiver." Nina said and summoned a small strategy from her spatial ring. It was the size of a basin and had several small vents, pipes and small crystals embedded here and there.

"The main office will issue instructions from time to time. You can listen to them through this receiver strategy." Nina explained.

"Understood. Thank you." Xiao thanked Nina and then left the main hall.

Xiao soon observed the whole city from atop a pagoda. There were numerous buildings housing the higher ups of the Consulate. Then there was a huge camp in one part of the city. It consisted of tens of thousands of tents of all shapes and sizes. Factions' lower-mid level members were residing there. In the city there were also inns, taverns, gambling dens, shops, blacksmiths, a large meadow, stable for horses and other herbivore mounts. There were several buildings Xiao could not recognize and there was a limit to her eyesight and observational technique too. She would need to roam around to explore the entire city.

"I should look up a place to reside. An inn would be suitable and help me evade the troublemakers." Xiao thought and moved towards a nearby inn.

Mooo! Suddenly there was a bellow from behind. Xiao turned to see a calf glaring at her.

"Mooyoo, you're back! You can even change your size?" Xiao asked.

"Mooo!" The mutated ox beast king bellowed and leapt at Xiao, slamming its head against her humongous breasts.

"Ahaha, why are you so upset? I knew you could handle those cultivators, so I went ahead without you." Xiao said, rubbing the calf's head.

"Alright Mooma, get inside my ring. I have to look up a place to reside in." Xiao said. Until now, she had not decided upon a name for the beast king and was simply calling it whatever came to her mind each time.

The beast king snorted before getting pulled into Xiao's ring. Xiao went ahead and turned a corner before blending into the crowd.

----------

Meanwhile at some distance, a few men were stumbling feebly into a derelict alley.

"Ugh, that beast was too powerful!"

"I think my ribs are broken…ohok!"

"That bitch! We must teach her a lesson!"

These men talked. They were the same who had messed with Xiao earlier. The beast king had apparently beaten the ghost out of them before escaping when the peace enforcers approached the site.

Whoosh! Suddenly a powerful gust of energy brushed past all these men. They froze in fear as a dark figure appeared on the other side of the alley.

"So here you are…how dare you embarrass the Triad faction?" This person asked as he walked towards them. He had a tall bulky body. He wore a loose black robe. His skin was also black and his head was full of bushy wild hair. His nose was flat and his jaws were thick. His eyes black and deep and his level 4 Master realm cultivation was oozing out.

"B-bishop Khaldun!" The men stammered.

"Bishop, a vixen tricked us! She even went against the rules and attacked us with full power!"

"Yes, and then she summoned a Master realm beast king!"

"She then escaped before we could catch her." These men spouted.

"Shut up, you gutless pigs!" Khaldun scowled and summoned a spiked club and swung it right away.

Boom! An explosion occurred, destroying the nearby buildings. There was a rule against infighting; but there was no rule against practicing one's combat technique. Consulate rules were apparently full of loopholes, intentional or not.

As the dust settled and revealed barely alive cultivators, Khaldun's gaze gleamed with deep anger.

"This vixen…must be punished." He uttered.

--------

"Oh, if it isn't Xiao!" Someone called out from across a road.

"Eh? Shorya, Hiram. It's you two." Xiao spoke and walked up to them.

"Friends often meet at crossroads hehe." Hiram spoke.

"Actually, the real saying is 'enemies often meet at crossroads." Shorya corrected in a hushed voice.

"Eh? Is that so? Hahah." Hiram scratched his bald head. Xiao smiled and shook her head.

"Did you find the main office?" Shorya asked Xiao.

"Oh yes, I did. I'm now looking for a dwelling." Xiao replied.

"Oh great. Well, why don't you be our guest? Our bishop will be happy to meet you." Shorya suggested.

"Oh, I wouldn't want to impose upon you all." Xiao shook her hands in refusal.

"Heck no. Bishop Sher is a hospitable person. Everyone likes this gentle nature. Our comrades are all good too. I'm sure you'll enjoy our company." Shorya insisted.

"Umm, I…like to cultivate in solitude. But thank you." Xiao refused.

"Oh, well okay. Let's help you look for a place then. We can give you a tour too. It's your first time here, right?" Hiram asked.

"Yes. And thank you." Xiao relented.

"Great! Let's go! There's this place with amazing cuisines! You'll love it. And that tavern in the west, they have a real talented singer there!" Hiram was excited.

Xiao smiled and conversed while walking with them. Before long, she became comfortable in their company. Together they roamed the city, looking up places. Xiao found a good inn. Although it was quite costly, she was a noble Mistress; and thus, could afford it.

After renting a room, Xiao continued on her tour with Shorya and Hiram. They visited a popular blacksmith and bought spare weapons and armours. Hiram knew all the places popular for good food. Xiao tasted exotic dishes that she hadn't seen before.

Soon they were relaxing in a tavern, sipping quality wine as the dusk descended and customers grew in numbers. Soon the tavern was full of people. They were rowdy and loud. Some held drinking competitions, some played with cards, some told tall tales. They were all actually waiting for the main event.

Clink-clink-clink…suddenly a distinct musical sound echoed despite the noise. A young lady emerged and walked towards the small stage.

"Ohh!! There she is!" Someone exclaimed.

"Dami! I love you!"

"I love you more, Dami! Marry me!"

Everyone exploded in praises and love confessions. Whistles blew and atmosphere got heated.

Whoom! A Master realm warrior revealed his cultivation base. He was the security guard of the tavern, responsible for Dami's safety too. The rowdy crowd immediately quietened down but still looked at Dami with passion.

This person Dami was a curvaceous beautiful young lady in her twenties. She had a slender waist but huge breasts and hips. Her face was flawlessly pretty with a small chin. Her skin was caramel white, her nose was short and her eyes beautifully sleek. Her straight hair were black with golden brown shades on them. They were slightly wavy at the ends. Her lips were pink and puffy. She wore light makeup that brought out the best of her. Her dress was an impossible clothing. A skin-tight garment of color matching her skintone, clinging perfectly to showcase her sexy curves and lumps. Her huge breasts were jigging softly, her asscrack was showing, even her nipples' shape could be seen. This made everyone's imagination run wild! Then there were lovely jewelleries on her in gold with studded gems and shiny diamonds. She looked like both a princess and a whore. There was a waistband with extended pieces on the left side of hers. Tiny bells hung on its ends, jingling softly with each move of her waist.

In terms of beauty, Dami could compare to Xiao in her previous young appearance. But now that Xiao was a mature woman with winesome milfy charm and humongous breasts, Dami fell a bit short and could not surpass Xiao. If not for Xiao wearing a dull baggy robe, all eyes would have moved away from Dami to Xiao. But then again, Dami seemed to have a lot of devoted admirers. Not one man in the tavern looked away from her even once.

Chink-chink-chink…bells rang softly as Dami took the stage and smiled gracefully. She closed her eyes and took a captivating sigh before beginning to sing.

"The sky has fallen

My dream asunder;

I am diving deep

Looking for you under

The last tree of hope

Like a vine I envelope.

Won't you look at me

With that kindred gaze

For that loving touch

I've waited so much.

I have loved you for

Nights countless.

In my dreams I yearn

For you limitless

Hold my hand,

Let me embrace

You in my bosom,

My loving grace.

The world may wither

My love still sprouts

Take me my love

Don't be so aloof

I'm yours

I need only you."

"….." The tavern fell silent. Many eyes turned moist. Hearts beat like drums and passion flew unbound.

"Oooh!!!" A uproar began.

"Amazing Dami!"

"Oh, so touching! My heart is crying!"

"Dami I'm here for you. I will love you till the end of sun and moon!"

"Get aside! She's mine!"

"Ah? You and your horse face!"

"Dami, check out my muscles!" The din got louder.

"…Let's get out of here." Xiao uttered. Shorya and Hiram nodded in agreement.

As they left, behind them things got dangerous in the tavern. Even the impressive Master realm security in-charge from before was unable to keep things under control.

"Kyahh!" Xiao heard Dami's panicked scream. She sighed and frowned.

"Hold on. I'll be right back." She said and turned back towards the tavern.

"Wait, Xiao! You can't involve in any fighting. This is against rules. You've already registered!" Shorya quickly reminded.

"Don't worry, it'll work out." Xiao smiled and scurried back. Shorya and Hiram exchanged worried glances before chasing after Xiao.

-----

"Step back, you rascals!" The security in-charge hollered. "Don't block the path!"

Dami had been surrounded by numerous men. They were already groping for her. A man squeezed her left breast while another slid his hand under her hips, grabbing her crotch. More and more hands landed on her alluring body.

"Ahh!!" Dami screamed. Her face flustered red. Her cultivation base got pressured down by countless men. Her jewellery broke and fell; her skin tight clothing was torn off from here and there. She was pushed against a table by some men with the intention of r@pe.

Bam! Bam! Boom! Suddenly all these men flew away as a pair of long legs kicked them away. Xiao had appeared!

Whooom!! Xiao's level 3 Master realm cultivation base exploded. Chi rippled out of her body wantonly, suppressing many of the hooligans, and intimidating others.

Whoom! Whoom! Two other Master realm warriors emerged and charged towards Xiao.

Swoosh! The Master realm guard stood beside Xiao. At the same time Shorya and Hiram also arrived, defending the damsel Dami.

At once, there was a standstill. Two Master realm warriors stood on each side.

"You rascals! Who dared touch our Dami?!"

"I'll kill you all!"

"Dami, I'll die for you!"

Suddenly supporters emerged and stood on Dami's side. Both sides had belligerent warriors standing ready to kill or die.

"E-everyone! Please don't fight!" Dami requested.

"No way! They touched you with their filthy hands. Only I should get to touch you."

"T-that's…" Dami was at a loss.

Before anything else, the fight broke out. Xiao went loose and wiped the floor with her opponent. From the beginning she used Wingfeet technique along with Valkyrie technique. Her strength and speed were phenomenal! The other person had a weapon-based technique but there was not enough space to freely move his weapon around.

Blood splattered everywhere; screams echoed and injured people fell. Others stomped upon them and continued to battle. Amidst this chaos, Shorya, Hiram and Dami escaped together; unnoticed by the battling maniacs.

Soon Xiao came out too, along with the security in-charge. They found Hiram and Shorya not far from the tavern. Dami was nowhere to be seen.

"Where is she?" Xiao asked.

"In my spatial ring." Shorya said. "Let's get away from here first."

Swish-swish! They turned into blurry figures as they traversed speedily through the rooftops. Then soon they landed in a derelict alley and Dami was let out.

"Thanks for the help back there." The guard said. "I'm Hyung. Who are you folks?"

"I'm Xiao, these are Shorya and Hiram. We're…new security guards of the tavern." Xiao said and smiled.

Hyung blinked and then chuckled. "I see; indeed you are, hehe."

Infighting was prohibited. Xiao started a fight which was still going on. Once it was investigated and if she were found out, she would claim to be the new security guard of the tavern and that would legalize her actions. Of course Hyung was going to help forge the guard documents for her and the two men.

Since Hyung wasn't told their real identities and faction affiliations, he did not press the matter either. Dami was safe, that's all what mattered.

"Thank you for saving me back there." Dami said gracefully. "Such a rouse doesn't usually happen, but things really got out of hand today."

"No worries. I'm glad I was able to help." Xiao said charmingly.

"Our tavern is the most famous because of Dami." Hyung said. "Fame comes at a price. Even with my Master realm cultivation base, I could not deter a mob. There were even two same realm opponents amidst them. You really helped us greatly." He bowed towards Xiao.

"Oh, it's okay. Things happen. I'm glad Dami is safe." Xiao said.

"Please take this token. You can come to the tavern anytime with this and will be attended cordially. You'll be our special guest." Hyung said smilingly.

"Thank you. We'll take our leave now." Xiao said. Hyung nodded and bowed, bidding her farewell.

Then as Xiao left, Hyung turned to Dami and found her staring dreamily at Xiao's receding figure.

"She's so amazing…!" Dami uttered and sighed.

----------

"Well, I guess this is where we call it a day." Shorya said to Xiao as they stopped near Xiao's inn.

"What a day though. I even got sober. All the wine earlier was useless." Hiram complained. "Hey, how about one more drink together eh? Night is merely beginning." He grinned.

Xiao smiled. Hiram was slightly silly but straight forward. Shorya was smart and eloquent even if he drank a lot. She liked these two.

"Alright, let's drink a little more. We can just purchase wine and drink at my room." Xiao suggested. It was better than enduring the chaotic environment of taverns.

"Sounds great!" Hiram grinned childishly. They then bought a bottle of wine and moved to Xiao's inn and were soon clinking wine cups together.

"Ahh such great wine. Consulate gatherings are always great." Hiram rejoiced as he drank mouthfuls of wine greedily.

"Indeed. Save for the unavoidable conflicts... Though I must say Xiao, you caused quite a ruckus today haha." Shorya chuckled. "Firstly, the conflict with Triad where your pet beast king rampaged around; then the scuffle in the tavern. The peace enforcers will have their hands full of investigations."

"Hehe, why thank you." Xiao grinned. "You two helped me greatly. I'm grateful for that."

"Oh no-no. You did all the fighting. With our mere Advanced realm cultivation, we couldn't help much." Hiram said before gulping down his cup and pouring more wine.

In this manner, they drank until the bottle was emptied. They all felt mellow and nice.

"We should…leave now." Shorya uttered slowly.

"Mmmm what's the hurry? One more round, hikk!" Hiram rambled and hiccupped.

"The wine is…finished, you fool." Shorya said with droopy eyes.

"Mmm there is still breastmilk. I know milky breasts when I see them hikk." Hiram spouted before putting his face on Xiao's breasts, letting his head sink in between the twin soft mountains.

"Y-you!" Shorya was astonished at this brazenness while Xiao was shocked as stared at the shining bald head between her bosom.

"Hehe, you're quite adorable, you two." Xiao spoke before caressing Hiram's head and looking at Shorya seductively. "I'll give you my breastmilk. You must also feed me that tasty penismilk." She grinned shamelessly.

"…" The two men looked at Xiao and grinned too before grabbing her and started to kiss her heatedly in turn while their hands explored her twin humongous breasts. Soon Xiao's erotic moans leaked out of the room.

Consulate arc has now begun. This is the second last arc of the book. We're getting closer towards the end :D
