5 Ten minutes

She looked token aback at my reaction to her presence. I take off an earbud and look up at her. "What do you want?" I was pissed. One thing I hated most were liars. And I get it if it's something personal you don't want people to know. But if you lied like Lila, to trick and deceive people just to get your way, I'll hate you. And there's no changing that.

"Uhm this is my seat." Her voice sounded as if she always attempting to sound charming. I rolled my eyes and stood up from the seat, the chair scraping behind me. "Then I'll leave princess." I growled, grabbing my bag and walking away from her.

For the next 30 minutes I leaned on the board by Miss bustiers desk, ignoring the glares Lila sent me. I stopped my music as I listened to the conversations around me. I wanted to know what episode we were in. Or if it was the new season that I've been waiting for.

When Marinette came in based off the change in target of Lilas glare I guessed new season. It seemed like Marinette and Lila were aware of each others differences and chose to fight away from Adrien. Where he would see the polar opposite versions of the friends he knew.

But Marinette was still a cutie. I don't understand how Adrien hasn't asked her out yet. Wonder if there's gonna be a character that he'll date other than Kagami. If it was her it'd seem too easy... idk. With all the movies and shows I've watched I know their  journey through love won't just end there.

Adrien walked in as I was distracted by Marinette and I wouldn't have noticed if it weren't for the class going quiet for like five seconds. I look away from Marinettes red face and look towards the doorway. Surprisingly the blond boy is looking at me wide eyed.

I raise my eyebrows in recognition. "How'd you get- huh? Weren't you sneaking out last night?" He pointed a manicured finger at me. I raise an eyebrow, amused as he had just exposed himself as cat. I chuckled lightly before passing by him briefly. "Really? Then i didn't really sneak out, did I? " I passed him and head to the fountain outside of the room where I began refilling my bottle.

'I had this weird sense or ability. When I'm around people and they have very strong emotions to something, whether they're negative or positive I can feel it, sort of like a physical aura. And when I make eye contact, if I am focused on only the person I'm speaking to, I can sort of see. Like a movie in their eyes. And I can spot liars quickly. You can give me anything about someone, wether it's an email an address a license plate or even a username for a game. In about an hour I'll know everything about them. I'm a detective that way. Very observant. There's a huge possibility that even if I didn't know who the heroes were, I would find out.'

I had a conversation in my head as the water filled the bottle inch by inch. My eyes focused as the water rose and rose my train of thought leaving, and my mind going blank.

I don't even remember the water overfilling or the feeling of the cold water on my hands. When a butterfly flapped it's wings, the tiny sound of wind moving to keep it up right made me jump, spilling cold water all over my arms and part of my chest.

I huffed as I shook my arms getting rid of a lot of the water. I refilled my water bottle and began to close it aggressively. 'Stupid how the hell do you get scared by a fucking butterfly?' I cringed at my stupidity as the top still didn't twist to shut it correctly. 'Hey don't be rude! Some people are actually scared of bugs.' I rolled my eyes at myself and continued struggling. 'Ok logical side of Y/ns brain! Why don't you shut the hell up cause it's go ur fault that Y/n wasn't paying attention!'

The top clicked as the final twist shut it tight. I huffed and turned towards the classroom. At the sound of screams I turned on my heels walking away. "ITS ALL FUN AND GAMES UNTIL SOME ONE GETS HURT!" A gruff voice boomed from the classroom. I sucked my teeth as I threw my bottle to the floor walking back to the class. I peek into the room and there was a whole in the wall. "How much insurance does this school have?!"

I started feeling really hot and wondered if I had gotten sick from passing out a few days prior. I felt my forehead but it was fine, just sweaty. I then touched my stomach and it wasn't hot either. Then I felt the burn on my feet. I looked down and the schools tiled floor was literally red. I jumped and got on top of a desk.

"Get on the desks!" I yelled to the rest of the students there. They all listened some squealing and others silent. I watched as the once solid floor turned to lava. 'The hell?' A burning sensation on my wrists made me hiss. I looked at my wrists and five drama masks were there.

*Five of those*

By the sound of the other students I could tell they got some too. I look over to my right and Juleka wrist had mirrors. To my left Rose had perfumes on hers.

After about a minute the solid floor returned and I tried it out before stepping on it. I sighed and tried walking out of the room but my limbs couldn't move. I stayed in place and my body turned around facing my other classmates. "This is word chain, now let begin the game! Food!" I yelled. Rose stepped in front of me a worried look on her face. I could tell she wasn't here voluntarily either.

"Pizza!"

"Peanuts!"

"Popcorn!"

"Pepperoni!"

"Peppermints!"

"Pasta!"

"Play-dough!"

My eyes widened at her response. "But play-doughs not a food." I state and I felt the pressure leave my body as I could move again. In a flash Rose held into her wrist and yelped. "Ah! It hurts!" She fell to the floor and I kneeled down next to her. I got a peek at her wrist. It was down to four perfumes.

In sudden realization, I ran to the hole in the wall and jumped.
