Chapter 1Episode 1: Remember Me

"Miss he is here," Liam said bowing down before Mia Baska

Mia Baska is his boss. She rules the underworld. No one has ever seen her face but she is known worldwide as the dreaded Baska. Her only background detail found was that of her family. She is the last child and daughter of Louis Baska, owner of Baska's Industries Limited. She lived with her family for fifteen years as a rebel. She always hated her father because he mistreated her mother right in her presence. Due to his behavior, Mia lost her five siblings; Liam, William, Lucas, Sophia, and Isabella in a fire accident which was caused by her father to punish her mother.

Mia had enough of his behavior and left the house and no one heard of her until one day when she matched with a group of people which comprised of ladies and guys into the Baska's Industries headquarters after four years of disappearance. She wore a black balaclava which covered her face leaving only her brown eyes.

The security guards present were unable to stop her troop from going into the premises as they looked stronger than them. Mia raised her hand as she got to the entrance of the building. Her troop responded immediately by halting and she walked in with two men also putting on the balaclava. Everyone in the reception office stood up as they stare at them in awe. Mia looked not at them but her path. The receptionist a blonde-looking lady who seemed to be in her thirties smiled sheepishly as she stared into Mia's eyes. She looked away noticing that she might be annoying her.

The guy at the right of Mia spoke "Where is Baska?" he said

Everyone shrieked as his voice sounded cold and uncaring. The receptionist glanced at the three people in front of her and nodded "He is not around" she said

The guy at Mia's left spoke "You would not want us to go and search for him ourselves, would you?" he said with the same intensity just like the right man spoke

The receptionist directed her attention to the unmoving lady in front of her. "Ma'am believe me he is not in his office. He will be back soon" the receptionist said looking unsure

Mia placed her arms behind her back making it the only movement she has made ever since she stepped in. That gesture only made everyone in the room tense. The receptionist's eyes dilated as she began sweating profusely. The two men beside Mia paused and glanced at their boss and then to the receptionist "You are sure he is not in his office" the right guy said

"Yes, a hundred percent sure. He stepped out a while ago" the receptionist said wiping off the sweat flowing down her face

The two guys stared at Mia who now is staring at one of the corridors in the room. The receptionist's office had four corridors. Two at the sides of the receptionist's table and another two facing the receptionist's table. She stared at the one on the right side of the receptionist before she began moving towards it. Her troop trailed behind her but before she go into the corridor she halted and snapped her finger and a man came into the receptionist's office. She snapped her fingers again and pointed each of the corridors and the three men with her dispersed and stood before the corridors. She ensured they were all standing at the corridors with their weapons ready before stepping into the corridor.

The receptionist dialed a number on her telephone but it did not go through and it only made her sweat the more as she glanced at the men standing at each corridor except for the one Mia walked into each holding AK-47 firmly. After a few minutes, a ruffling sound was heard as things fell to the ground before a man ran out of the corridor Mia walked into leaping and bleeding. He ran to the exit but another man stood glaring at him and he stepped back panting.

Mia stepped back out of the corridor with her arm still behind her back. She walked calmly and briskly towards the man and he fell to the ground and folded his hands. "Please, please leave me alone. Who are you?" the man said

Mia squatted before him and glared at him. He moved back but Mia also moved forward. He intended to stand and run but one of the guys walked to him and held him firm as Mia stood and walked to them and everyone finally heard her voice.

"Don't you remember me, dad? Mia your daughter" she said with a commanding and manipulative tone

"Mia? Wha... what is all this about? And... and why did you... you shoot me?" Louis Baska said stammering

"Questions. He dared ask me questions" Mia said looking at her troops and slapped Louis Baska and he began crying

Mia snapped her fingers and a lady dressed in a black and white suit stepped in and gave Mia some documents which had a pen attached to them. Mia handed the papers to Louis and said "Sign them and your questions will be answered"

Louis Baska hesitated and smiled which showed his bleeding gums as a result of Mia's slap. "I won't," he said

Mia brought out a gun and directed it at his forehead. "I'll kill in just thirty seconds if that document is not signed within that time," she said and immediately the lady in a suit began counting

"One, two, three, four..."

A scream was heard which made the lady pause counting. "Mia stop this. Is this how you treat your father after four years?" Marie Baska, Mia's mother said

"Look at how old you look even though you are just in your forties. Tell him to sign it and I won't kill him"

After a lot of pleading from Marie and torture from Mia's troop, Louis Baska signed the papers and was kicked out of the premises.

“What papers are those?" Louis asked as he finally dared to ask again

“Property papers," Mia said and turned around

Louis Baska leaped as he walked away. “Stop" Mia yelled and Louis Baska halted and turned around

“Remember me," Mia said and walked back into the company's premises

Young Master's PoV: Woke Up As A Villain In A Game One Day

"Now you see?" she shouted in a tone that was somewhere between annoyance and disappointment. "You can’t outsmart Scrients! They’re the most intelligent beings across the two realms!" "You’re right," I muttered, averting my gaze with a solemn sigh. "I made a mistake. I was arrogant to think a mere human like me could fool them." —BOOM!! "...Wh-What was that?" "Hmm? I’m not sure. Maybe you should go and ask the most intelligent beings across the two realms. Oh wait! You can’t. I killed them all." --- My name is Samael Kaizer Theosbane. On the last day of high school, I got into a fight with a kid I used to bully. It was a stupid and pointless scuffle. And in the middle of it, I tripped and smacked my head on a rock. That’s when the memories came flooding in… Memories of a different life. Memories of another world. Suddenly, everything made a twisted kind of sense. I realized two things. First: I was inside a game I used to play in my past life. Second: I was a villain. A villain! Not the cool, mysterious, tragic kind either! No, I was the worst kind of cliché — a spoiled, insufferable, and arrogant young master. The sort you'd find in those poorly written fantasy stories. You know the type! The one everyone hates. The one the hero would beat into the ground to show everyone just how strong and righteous he is. Yeah. I was that guy! My fate was to be a stepping stone for the main characters, be manipulated by a Demon Prince, and die a dog's death. And the hero? The hero was the same kid I’d been bullying all this time. The one I just got into a fight with. He was supposed to be the savior of this damned world. A world teetering on the edge of destruction, beset by wars, calamities, and a grim future that only I knew. And waiting at the end of it all was the final antagonist. The unbeatable nightmare. …The Spirit King. But could I even make it to the end? Could I really survive in a game where defeat was the only certainty? A game that had now become my reality? “Ah, fuck it.” I had no idea if I could. But I sure as hell was going to try. Extorting extras, manipulating main characters, altering the story to my advantage, stealing the hero’s cheat items, killing villains long before they could become threats — nothing was beneath me. Would the main characters be affected by my actions? Excellent! Would the story change? Even better! All I cared about was me. My survival. My life. My choices. “I’ll live this life with no regrets.” ...But as I soon discovered, fate wasn't so easily changed. And the price of rewriting your destiny was steep. ========== Discord Server: https://discord.gg/VjFQtDUaTR
