13 Aftermath

<General POV>

Musutafu police headquarters, a black police car stopped in front of the police headquarters, from the car came out a black-haired man known as detective tsukauchi and from the other side came out a skeletal man with blond hair known as toshinori yagi but some people know him by the name of All Might.

"so what do you wanted to show me" All might asked

"Just follow me inside," tsukauchi said

Both men went inside the building, tsukauchi then lead All Might to a room where only a few can go after they were inside in front of All Might is a black metal wall with a scanning machine at its extreme right side.

"What is this" All Might questioned

Tsukauchi didn't answer and went to the machine and showed a card at the scanner, soon a beep sound sounded and the metal wall started to lift up.

Behind the metal wall is a sturdy thick glass wall which shows the inside of a room, inside the room is muscular with both arms bent to an unrecognizable shape and both legs missing, the man tied to something with his mouth stuffed and he is currently sleeping.

"what...tsukauchi he is..."

"muscular"

"How did he ended up like this," All might asked

"yesterday night someone threw him here near the police station, he was unconscious and wrapped in metal chains"

"could that be a vigilante's work"

"from what state muscular is in, I don't think so"

"what do you mean"

Tsukauchi didn't answered and went to the side of the room and pressed a button, a mic came out of the wall in which tsukauchi spoke.

"muscular wake up"

After saying it a few times muscular's eyes shot open, he looked around himself in panic afraid of something or someone and after confirming that something or someone is not near him he looked directly into the eyes of All Might and tsukauchi and tears formed in his eyes.

"plssssse.....kiiiiiiii meeeeee" muscular said with his mouth stuffed

"what" All Might asked

"he's asking us to kill him" tsukauchi said

"But why"

"We tried to question him many times but he just said one thing, he even tried to kill himself by banging his head on the glass wall or biting his tongue, he is refusing to even eat we are injecting the nutrients into his body to keep him alive"

All Might looked at the crying muscular and looked at him with pity, muscular is indeed a murderer but for All Might's kind heart, not even a villain deserves this

"who could have broken him to this extent," All Might asked

"We don't know but one thing is for sure, it's not a hero or a vigilante" tsukauchi said

"do you think it could be him" All Might said

"Who knows, but what reason would he have to break muscular to this extent"

"muscular is an arrogant villain, and he has his pride as well, maybe muscular disrespected him" All Might said

"I reached the same conclusion but muscular have his quirk intact, it wasn't taken from him"

"Then could it be a new villain"

"maybe, we are trying to heal muscular's mental condition to get more information on the one who did this to him"

After that talk, All Might and tsukauchi left the room and went back to their patrols.

<Izaya POV>

After breaking muscular's mind I had nothing to do except for messing with AFO's plans, I controlled the info about the common people with quirks to reach AFO and due to that, I prevented many nomu's to be made but there are still many nomus AFO already have the reason is he gathers people from whole japan but I can only operate in musutafu.

I can move at high speed throughout the whole of Japan but AFO has many subordinates and that makes a huge difference but no matter.

The police now think that a new villain has mentally broken muscular and all that's left is my villain debut.

The crime rate in musutafu is declining and now only petty robbers are here, after killing Reiko and breaking muscular there were no major cases about villains, I also kept an eye on overhaul, eri had still not arrived at the yakuza base.

One day however I found out an interesting villain, he is called moonfish, a cannibal, and so I decided to kill him.

Killing him wasn't so hard, now for my next target is gigantomachia, that giant is sleeping somewhere in some forest which I don't know, currently, he is not rampaging so it's okay.

After killing moonfish there were no major incidents so I just trained my quirk, I also trained with Izuku, I want to observe one for all to find out how it can not be stolen by AFO.

If I were to find just that then I could use biokinesis to just modify my quirk so it won't be stolen.

I would like to observe Izuku when All Might will give him his quirk, maybe I could get a hint at that time because I have observed All Might and found out that his quirk is just like a normal quirk and so I couldn't get any info, I was thinking of dissecting All Might but I quickly dropped the idea of it.

I have mastered new abilities and created many different combos, there are only two abilities that I need to fully master and those are gravity control and mind control.

In my middle school, I'm now famous for being the strongest student the middle school ever had, I have told others that I could generate and create lightning from my telekinesis, and due to that many thought I have two quirks.

In this world having two quirks is extremely rare, one example is shoto todoroki, and those with two quirks are given special treatment by their schools.

As for my brain, I have a photographic memory and I also decided to join some martial arts dojo, in this quirk-filled world very few people try to learn martial arts, the only ones who learn it are those with less flashy quirks.

As for me, I went there to have some fighting experience, due to my atomic precision I could read every muscle movement of the martial arts teacher and use biokinesis to transform my muscles and due to my photographic memory, I learned everything at a much faster pace.

I was regarded as a genius in martial arts and some even called me a monster as for my quirk, I never revealed it to them.

After mastering many martial arts styles and training my quirk the time for the UA entrance exam is getting near.
