14 Life In The Dorms And Creating A Special Move

(Heights Alliance, Dormitory)

Kinzoku sighs as he wakes up slowly and gets changed before going about his routine, he checks his journal before grabbing a few chunks of steel and iron before eating them as he walks out.

(Main Room, Dormitory)

Kinzoku yawns and waves to everyone as they all sit and gather together for breakfast with Kinzoku eating a mix of Gyūdon and Onigiri before he and his classmates head down to their first class with Aizawa.

(UA High, Class 1A)

The class arrive and sit at their desks, Kinzoku immediately begins taking more notes in his journals and thinks about creating unique moves for certain situations "Hm, maybe a coil technique to trap villains and save civilians and allies at a faster rate. Then perhaps something to do with that dragon I can make maybes use it as a long range attack and a long range defence for my allies." He is brought out of his thoughts by Aizawa who appears in front of the class. "Welcome back 1A, from today you will face your most difficult challenge. The provisional license exams, it will be difficult as the exam itself has only a 50% pass rate so we are giving you time to develop some ultimate moves to better your chances" Midnight, Cementoss and Ectoplasm walk in and elaborate on what they mean by special moves before they send the class to the changing rooms to change into their suits for the next session.

(Changing Room)

Kinzoku thinks about his previous move ideas in his head while he gets changed only to be brought out of his thoughts by Izuku "Hey Kinzoku, you got any ideas for your moves". Kinzoku nods "Sure do, though they are only a concept I haven't had time to test them sadly, so this class does me a favour." Izuku nods and they head to the Gym Gamma to begin the session.

(Gym Gamma)

Kinzoku listens closely as Cementoss explains the name of the Gym and it's adaptable to every student before Tenya asks why they need to have ultimate moves which Aizawa replies too "There will be times you'll need an ace to win against a villain, ultimate moves can be a good way to gain an advantage" Ectoplasm adds "Like your Recipro Burst which can be considered an ultimate move based on how you've been using it" Tenya nods while Kinzoku thinks to himself "I have my moves just need to figure out how to best apply them" Ectoplasm creates a clone for each student to test their moves on while also fighting against them. Kinzoku fires a tendril of metal which wraps around the clone and resembles a heavily bent I-beam used in construction which wraps around the clone like a serpent and instantly restricting its movements. Ectoplasm smiles "Well done, Kinzoku this is an excellent starting move" Kinzoku nods "Yeah, unless they can teleport or transform" Ectoplasm nods and teleports out of the move before Kinzoku makes another move. He claps his hands together and interlaces his fingers before creating a decently sized structure of metal which extends from his back shocking some of his classmates as the structure forms itself vaguely into the face of a dragon which lets out a loud metallic roar before charging at Ectoplasm's clone and biting it but not enough to crush the clone rather hold it in place using its jaws. Ectoplasm and Aizawa look at Kinzoku in surprise who retracts the dragon and breaths a little heavier "A little thing I was on during the camp, made a lot bigger" he chuckles nervously before hearing costume upgrades and immediately running after Izuku who goes with Uraraka and Tenya to get some.

(Hallway, Development Studio)

Kinzoku discusses which upgrades they are looking for and makes a few suggestions to his classmates while thinking to himself. "I really should find a way to decrease the heat in my suit quickly to avoid giving myself hypothermia or god forbid passing out from the intense heat of the steam of my metal skin while using my quirk. He is shaken from his thoughts by an explosion from the studio which knocks him back a little due to his suit being metallic, he looks at where Izuku was only to see Mei Hatsume laying on Izuku. She quickly gets off him and Izuku gets back up before greeting them though forgets their names. They reintroduce themselves and Tenya yells at her because of the sports festival incident where she used him as an advertisement. Kinzoku sighs and follows Mei inside the studio as do the others where she forces them to try out more support gear which doesn't go to well as Izuku gets twisted around by a powered suit while Tenya gets launched into the ceiling however Izuku realises that he can use his legs instead of his arms to attack which makes Kinzoku laugh out loud "Wait, so your telling me you never thought to use your legs" Izuku nods sheepishly, Kinzoku chuckles and facepalms "Oh well at least you figured it out now". Mei asks Kinzoku which upgrade he needs and he tells her about his heating issues due to fact he can regulate his metal's temperature from his skin and beyond and wants a way to reduce it to avoid Hypothermia or passing out from the intense heat which would remove his oxygen. She gives him a steel respirator and Powerloader gives him a temperature regulating lining to add to his suit which will allow him to better control his temperature. He thanks them before taking them back to the Gym.

(Back at the Gym)

Kinzoku continues practicing his new moves as well as making one more new addition to his arsenal which is his suit transformation which he calls Metalmorph in honour of his favourite hero which makes everyone surprised even Aizawa and All Might with All Might commenting how it even resembles Metalmorph's own armour design. Kinzoku smiles thinking back to when he first saw Metal Morph in action when he was younger.

(Flashback, Kinzoku's Home 10 years ago)

Kinzoku looks at his screen in awe as he watches Metalmorph use his control over metal to save multiple people as well as perform his greatest feat of strength which made him famous. His use of his quirk to stop a building from collapsing in on itself by creating new supports underneath and around the building. Kinzoku marvels at the incredible mastery displayed and looks down at his own hand and activates his quirk turning his hand metal and controlling the metal chunk next to him. "I wanna be just like you Morph" he looks at the screen with a grin.
