2 Battle Exam

(UA High, Grounds B)

Kinzoku changes into his hero suit (the same as described earlier) and walks and meets up with the class and All Might, who begins explaining the exercise "In summary, there will be two teams of two, one pair are villains and the others are Heores, you will be tested on how well you do in this, now then Kinzoku you will be partnering with Kirishima, Kinzoku smiles and him and Kirishima bump fists, "And you will be up against Mineta and

Ojiro" the two nod and get prepared.

(Grounds B, Arena)

Kirishima and Kinzoku approach the villain base before Kinzoku eats 2 of the metals in his pocket, before smiling at looking at Kiri, I'll back you up on this attack, you ready" Kirishima grins "Ready" Kinzoku nods "3...2...1" they bust open the door and Kinzoku immediately grabs the pair with his metal tendrils and makes sure to restrain their hands before launching them away and trapping them in a small metal dome, which Ojiro attempts to break but fails miserably and injures his hands in the process.

Kirishima then grabs the bomb and the two are declared victorious and congratulated by All Might and the others, Bakugo on the other hand still steamed up just sits in the corner with fire in his eyes, While All Might compliments Kinzoku's unique quirk and his unique way of handling the situation.

(Later that day)

Kinzoku sits in the classroom talking with them about how his quirk works and how it affects him with Momo in particular curious about it "So you eat the objects then manifest things based on them?" Kinzoku nods "Indeed but my quirk has one major downside" the class get curious "what's that?" Kinzoku smiles "It restricts my diet heavily as the metals take longer to get out of my stomach then food so if I over consume metals I won't have any nutrients to recover afterward for a while, in other words I have to limit how many I eat at a time, my limit so far is 25 chunks" which lasts about 3 to 5 days depending on what the metal is and it's properties" the class gasp and Tenya speaks up "Ah I get it, you have to manage your diet and your quirk I see, that must be difficult considering how physical these exams are sometimes" Kinzoku laughs "No actually they are the easiest as I train my quirk and my body for 2 hours a day even now so I'm ok with the physical stuff it's the writing I'm more worried about I can pass any thing that requires charisma or physical proof but anything that involves writing is just not for me... it's a weakness of mine" Kirishima speaks up "How did you know that Neito couldn't copy your quirk?" Kinzoku smiles "Because my body has adapted to my quirk and requires biological changes in order for someone else to use, in other words Neito wasn't able to copy it because his throat and stomach wouldn't be able to safely digest the metals and his teeth would shatter" Neito shivers slightly "Glad I didn't try then" Kinzoku smiles "But you did well non the less I hope you all pass the final exam if anyone wants advice or something don't hesitate to ask" Kinzoku then thinks to himself "That Katsuki kid needs to be sort himself out but he won't listen to anyone, that stubborn pride isn't gonna make him a hero but a villain".

(Outside UA)

Kinzoku walks home and thinks on All Mights compliment "I am unique but I care more for those around me then myself because compared to my life there's are more meaningful".

(Kinzoku's Home)

Kinzoku walks up to his door when he hears a noise from the living room and immediately gets in but sneaks to the door and hears his mother and dad scream about something he puts his ear to the door "Jaakuna, we've been over this already, he's not gonna just forget about what about you did" Kinzoku hears his mother crying but even he can tell just from the sound she's faking it "I know Hijiri but still he doesn't have to be so harsh on me, I just want to at least try to make amends" Kinzoku stops listening and drops his bag on the floor signalling his arrival and then opens the living room door, his father smiles "How was your day my boy" Kinzoku smiles "Great, we had a small battle exam and that was about it really" his mother smiles "That's great dear, your doing so well...will you give me another chance?" Kinzoku narrows his eyes at his mother "If you can prove that your truly sorry with your actions rather then your words, then yes I will" his mother smiles softly "Thank you honey" Kinzoku nods and grabs a few snacks to eat before heading into his training room for 2 hours.

(2 hours later)

Kinzoku breathes heavily as sweat pours down his face and the metal he was using as armour fades back into his skin, "Ok so now so count 35 chunks...Urgh" he holds his stomach "Urgh, looks like I pushed myself a little too hard, (sighs) oh well I should be ok for tomorrow if I limit my metal consumption" he walks out of the training room and into his own room, he crashes onto his bed and quickly falls asleep.

(Downstairs)

His mother and father look at their old photos and spot the one where they were holding a small Kinzoku in the air while in their old hero costumes, Jaakuna smiles "I still remember that, he's grown up so fast" Hijiri nods "Yeah, he sure has, I wonder what kind of hero he will be when he finishes his final exam" Jaakuna smiles "The strongest but the kindest, the wisest yet the most humble and the smartest but the most vulnerable" the two nod and continue looking at the pictures long into the night.

(End of chapter, apologies for the shortness I'm just being a bit more patient now and building the story up slowly)
