Himiko: 'I don't know if I should be happy about this or confused about how this is even possible'

She thought while examining the gacha panel in front of her almost cautiously. But after looking at it for a couple of minutes she decided it would be best to accept the new cards that she had been dealt with.

Himiko: 'I guess it doesn't matter what I feel in this situation what I need to do is figure out how this thing works and plan what I should do later on, cause I refuse to follow Toga's plot for my new chance in life'

After finding her resolve to live her new life the way she wants to she started going through the system, by first going to the quirks tab to see if there was the original Toga's quirk on it.

[Quirks

Transform (D Rank): The user can shapeshift into anyone if the user consumes the desired person's blood before using the quirk. The time the transformation lasts depends solely on the amount of blood consumed from the desired person.]

Himiko: 'Okay, so Toga's quirk is still attached to this and wasn't taken from it after I took over. But what's with this rank, shouldn't it be higher or something?'

While questioning the quirk's rank, Himiko noticed that there was a small question mark next to the rank. This piqued her curiosity, so she decided to try out if she could 'click' it by thinking about it, unsurprisingly thinking about using the system allowed her to interact with it hands-free. But what popped up next only increased her curiosity.

[Quirk Ranking

The Ranks of a quirk range from D-SSS rank, D being the lowest rank for quirks that have a very low range of uses/quirks that have only been recently awakened in a child. SSS being the highest rank for quirks these quirks are at the peak of quirks such as One For All and All For One, the only way a quirk could reach this rank is by making it one that could be considered almost godly in both strength and versatility, the Quirk Gacha System can however increase a quirks rank through means outside of training.]

Himiko: 'Okay, so Transform is at rank D because it's still new, but what does this system have these question marks to explain how things work, and how can it increase a quirks rank?'

In her state of curiosity, she at least made sure to note the question mark by the words 'increase a quirks rank', but she chose to temporarily ignore it to figure out the answer to her former question.

Himiko: 'Hm, this system probably doesn't have an AI that would explain the question marks to help figure out what everything means without having to test it all out myself'

After finding the answer to one of her questions, she decided to pursue the answer to the other one by clicking the new question mark that had presented itself to her.

[Ranking Up

Normally the ranks of a quirk can only be increased through training, or in the case of using One for All passing it on, but with the system you can increase a quirk rank through two means. One of which would be to spend two Gacha Tickets, and the second means would be to use a Rank Up Card, which can be gained through completing missions. But be advised not all quirks have the potential increase of having their rank increased by any means.]

Himiko: 'So that's how I can increase the rank of any quirk I get, but like hell am I gonna spend any gacha tickets on increasing a quirk rank, I don't even know how many I'll be able to get in the future. But does the potential a quirk have to increase its rank based on the user or what type of quirk it is, I mean if you got a shitty one that just allowed you to grow your fingernails faster I could understand'

After figuring everything out that she could on the quirks tab, she decided to check if she had any missions currently in the mission tab.

Himiko: 'Huh, I'm surprised it didn't give me one to learn how the system works, so I guess it won't be that easy to get a mission with this system'

Finding no missions Himiko decided it would be best to get back to the gacha wheel and finally do what she had been hoping she wouldn't have to do again since her last life.

Himiko: 'I hope my luck with gacha games didn't transfer over into this world, or I am so fucking screwed before my new life even actually begins'

After much hesitation, she finally swallowed her nerves and chose the 3x gacha ticket option to use all three free tickets at once, the wheel started to spin all the minuscule options becoming a blur as she watched with bated breath. But what she got from it she didn't expect at all, after the wheel stopped and spun again three times.

I don't know if I will be this lucky in the future if all my luck was spent here and now on this roll or I guess spin would work better since it's a wheel. But seriously I'll be honest, I was practically shaking with joy when I saw Inventory on the list of quirks that I got because an isekai isn't complete without some sort of inventory skill.

You have no idea how OP this type of skill, or quirk in this case, truly is especially if time doesn't pass in the space that it takes up, and judging by its rank it most likely does exactly that. But I will have to test that out just to be sure, the other two quirks aren't exactly bad either. This is because after 'clicking on' Healthy Body I got to see its description.

[Healthy Body (D Rank*): Even with its low rank this quirk is still useful in two ways, by having this quirk the user will not fall ill by any regular means, only through the means of a quirk that specifically causes one fall ill will the user do such. The second use of this quirk is making sure that any strength the user gains, whether it be muscles or quirks experience, the user will not lose strength with time of not training.]

This means if I ever get lazy for a couple of years and don't train, I'll still be just as strong as I was when I was training. Also, I can only assume that the little star by the ranks of Healthy Body and Inventory means that they can't be increased no matter what I do, because Transform and Blood Manipulation don't have them and I know that Toga's original quirk can get stronger.
