It's Punishment Time! Part 2
Eve quickly got her things together, because after she kills those bastards and gets those four back to their homes she won't be coming back to this hotel room. She put on a new oversized black and hoodie she got, dark red leggings, and combat boots on before she jumped out the window and activated Lightning Body on both her legs.
"It's earlier than I wanted it to be, but fuck it, I want to punish some bastards!" She started bracing herself with the coming impact of the ground, due to her jumping out of the window on the fourth floor of the hotel, her being blown behind her from the wind because she didn't even bother tying her hair back into it's regular style.
The people that were on the ground heard Eve's yelling and looked up seeing a small girl falling to the ground with her legs covered in electricity. Many of them started to scream or point at the girl that they thought was falling to her death, that was until she was less than a foot above the ground and kicked both of her legs down.
When Eve did this she didn't just do a simple hop like she did the first time when she used Lightning Body to move around, no this time she used actual strength in that move. The next moment when her legs made contact with the ground she looked as if she became light itself and disappeared, the only thing showing she was even there was the arc of lightning that was heading west, and the massive hole that she created from the impact.
'Lightning can move at 270,000 miles per hour, that's 75 miles per second, I'll make it to Hirabari in three.' This was another part of her training, she was figuring out how fast lightning (aka she could) move at top speed.
By her estimates she can go up to Mach 364.5, which more than dwarfed All Might's speed of barely Mach 0.5. But there is one major draw back to this speed, she can only go this fast at her current rank for only five seconds at a time. Her body may have adapted because of Lightning Body and her other quirks, which allows her to surpass the 5-9 G's limit of humans, but everything has a limit (for now).
At the speed she was currently going she could make small kicks in the air to steer herself and keep away from any buildings or the ground. If she even grazed a building right now at her current speed it may destroy the entire thing, and any surrounding buildings.
'The nature of the human body says I should have died instantly from this sudden speed, but this is a world that was from an anime, and I'm literally a demigod the limits of humans shouldn't matter anymore for me.' In a world where quirks can make objects become instantly weightless when touched, or allow someone to seal objects in marbles, logic no longer holds as much weight as it once did.
Two seconds have now passed, and she is nearing Hirabari, it was then that two things caught her attention. The first was a quest window that she didn't have the time to read yet, and the second was a feeling of hopelessness and pleading that seemed to be coming from the direction she was heading in.
'What in the fuck is this?....' When the next second passed, and she saw the warehouse, she kicked her legs in front of herself to slow down her speed. That kick released a strong gust of air that was comparable to All Might punching with all his strength.
After she managed to slow down enough she hopped onto a building that was a couple of blocks away from the warehouse, it was then that she looked at the quest she just received after two weeks.

Prayers & Punishments
You have heard the prayers of 5 children who were kidnapped and are about to be experimented on. Answer their prayers and punish these men for their sins before they can harm the kids.
Objective: Kill/torture/punish the seven men in the warehouse and make sure that none of them see you as you take them out one by one.
Reward: 4 Gacha Tickets, 6 Rank Up Card, the kids will be safe, and they will always remember that you were the person to answer their prayers.
Failure: Those five will be experimented on, and you will be labeled to them as the person that abandoned them in their time of need.
Deadline: 1 hour]
As Eve looked at the quest she had just received, it was as if a blanket of bloodlust and rage covered the entirety of Nagoya for a couple of seconds, but somehow it didn't touch anywhere near the warehouse.
She felt bloodlust towards the bastards that had the gall to experiment on the one's that she cared for, but her rage was at herself for not noticing that a fifth child was also kidnapped with the other four. All in all if she wasn't going to make their deaths brutal before she sure as hell will now.
"I have one hour to kill these bastards who decided to make a reenactment of my past, I wonder how they'll react to their blood turning into razor sharp needles inside of them?....." She let out a sickening laugh while imaging their screams of pain.
To most people this would have been a creepy scene, but for Himiko who is here watching it, it was exciting. If she had a body right now she would be as red as a tomato and wearing a smile similar to the one Eve had at this moment while she was heading towards the warehouse from the rooftops. Truly these two psychos were made for each other.
After a couple more rooftops, Eve was directly across from the warehouse where her targets were. Without a single word she brought out some blood from Inventory and made it into a platform for her, once she was on the platform she made it move to the roof of the warehouse.
When she was directly above it stepped off the platform, while dismissing back to Inventory, and onto the rooftop of the warehouse. She quietly walked towards one of the skylights on the roof to look inside the warehouse.
It was there that she managed to see the five kids that were kidnapped they were all strapped to chairs facing the entrance of the warehouse close to her current location, and wearing odd handcuffs on their wrist (except for Toru's since they thought her quirk was just invisibility). She also noticed that the fifth child looked a lot like Tomura when he was still a kid.
'Did Tomura get de-aged in this version of MHA? Also, are those things quirk suppression handcuffs, or something? I thought they only existed in fanfics.'
Although she was curious she knew that the the one's that kidnapped them were all in the warehouse, so she stopped focusing on them for a bit and looked around for the kidnappers.
Four seemed to be playing a card game across the warehouse from where the kids were, one seemed to be messing with something on a laptop on top of some crates, and the other two were getting some chemicals and equipment out the back of the warehouse.
All seven were there and accounted for, luckily since they were all nowhere near her position, and were all focusing on something different none of them would notice her until it was too late. Eve raised her hand and pointed it towards the man that was on the laptop, and it was with these words from Eve and Himiko....
"Showtime" x2
...The attack began.
Eve took control of the blood inside the man, but unlike the times when she just used it to slow down the flow to knock someone out, this time she would only cause pain. She started with his throat where she made the blood inside his veins turn into needles that were made to tear apart the veins themselves and his throat.
The man tried to scream out in pain from the searing pain in his throat, but all it did was allow his own blood to be sucked into his lungs. None of the other men could hear his attempts of screams as he chocked on his blood, most people would have just left this man choke on their own blood then move on, but Eve wasn't down yet.
She then focused on the blood in his lower body, and made the blood turn into sharp needles too, just like the one's in his throat. But these were not focused on the entire lower body, instead it was centralized in the veins surrounding his genitals.
The blood from his new wounds slowly leaked onto the crate that he was on top of, and after several seconds, that felt like hours to him, he died from the combination of choking on his own blood and the extreme lose of blood.
'I think I'll call this move, A Dog's Death. I might change it later though if I come up with something better.' She thought to herself as she repeated the process on the two men that were unloading things at the back of the warehouse.
Then she finally did it to the four that were playing cards, all of these men died without ever knowing what killed them. Eve then broke through the skylight when she was sure that all the men were completely dead.

'Himi can you please use the gacha tickets for me while I take these mutts heads?' She said as she used the blood inside the fresh corpses to sever the heads from the necks.
[On it, Eve!] Himiko replied very happy with the pain she saw on the face of those men and the blood covering their corpses.
While Eve was gathering the heads from her kills, that she would later use the skulls for the beginnings of an actual skull throne, she didn't pay attention to the quirks she was receiving from her quest. If she did, she would have noticed the changes in her appearance, from her height all the way to her hair.

(Location: The Warehouse a couple seconds before the killing, POV Toru's Kinda)
Toru didn't know what was going on, last night she was just sleeping in her bed after a day of training her quirk like 'Ina' suggested, and the next thing she know she was grabbed and brought here along with four others. The strange men were saying something about making a weapon and are now getting things to start making whatever weapon they're talking about.
She was scared and confused, and so were the others that were taken with her. The kid with black hair and ashey skin to her left kept touching the straps that tied them to the chairs they were on, but whatever he was trying to do it wasn't working, most likely because of the handcuffs that were placed on them.
A green haired kid that was to her right seemed to have his hands crossed and praying to someone, or something. She couldn't properly see the other two that were also their, but Toru thinks they both have expressions of hopelessness. She understood the feeling well right now, because she didn't know if any heroes would be fast enough to save them, but she still had some embers of hope.
It was then that the five of them all heard something, it sounded like a soft thud against wood. But since they were all facing the entrance none of them could see what it was.
Then the thud came again, except this time there were two and it sounded farther away. A couple seconds later there were four more, followed by the sounds cards being thrown around and a table falling to the floor.
The five of them waited for anymore sounds, and then it came a sound similar to glass breaking and something tearing through flesh. Finally the heard the sound of light footsteps walking towards them. They had no clue who it was, but they thought it might've been one of the kidnappers and that thought scared them.
As the steps grew closer to them, so did their fear, until the footsteps stopped beside the pink haired girl on the far left of them. When they all looked at who it was, saying that they were shocked would be an extreme underestimate.
What they saw was a girl that seemed to be around their age, the girl had white practically silver hair, blood red eyes, deer ears, and finally antlers on the top of her head. The girl seemed to be calm, and even kind of happy to see the five of them.
"Hi, I'm Evangeline Kieran, but you can just call me, Eve! And, I'm here to save you all!" The girl said as she started to take of the restraints of the pink haired girl. All five of them were shocked that this girl was even here, but in their hearts they felt like this girl actually did just save them.
