PAGE 7: RECOMMENDATION EXAM

***7 YEARS LATER***

In the Mitsui mansion, you could see a boy sitting on a comfortable sofa; he had silver colored hair, sky blue eyes, he stood at a height of 1.75m and wore a chain on his neck. He was wearing a white short-sleeve shirt coupled with white jeans, he also had a grey colored bag and was using his phone; this was Kazuya Mitsui. He had grown into quite the handsome man in the past few years and his strength was nothing to scoff at (he's 15 years old)

3 years ago, his masters stopped teaching him as they were satisfied with his progress; he was able to run 80 laps round the compound, he had a perfect mastery of karate, taekwondo and Maui Thai, he could use a gun, sword and rod perfectly and the range of his quirk had increased to 75m edging closer to 100m. He also improved the use of his other ability 'ground magnet' as now he could coat his hand with ground to form a glove and soon he'll be able to create an orb as big as a city.

Anyway, today he was travelling to Musutafu since he'll be attending U.A, his father had already prepared an apartment for him there and he'll have to live by himself but it didn't bother him as he knew how to take care of himself. Soon, a car's siren could be heard outside. Kazuya stood up as he carried his bag and the boxes he had with him and headed out, when he got to the car, he noticed it was his older brother Akashi driving, Akashi smiled at him and said "seems I'll be taking you to the station" Kazuya nodded and began packing his things in the back and when he finished he sat in front with Akashi. Akashi smiled and informed him "oh you should know, the house has already been arranged and there's some food in the fridge, also you'll be receiving a monthly allowance of 100.000¥ into your bank account, here's your credit card" as he handed the card to Kazuya, who took it and asked "how much is inside right now?" "1.000.000¥ I know you'll be able to use it wisely" Akashi answered with a smile, Kazuya nodded and said "good luck bro" "huh what for?" Akashi asked clearly surprised, Kazuya continued "well soon dad will retire and you'll become the head of the family and all its industries so I'm wishing you luck in advance" Akashi laughed awkwardly as he said "yeah no kidding, well let's not think about that, oh I almost forgot, next week you gotta go to U.A for the recommendation exam" Kazuya nodded and went back to using his phone.

Kazuya had quite a good relationship with his siblings as when he had time he'll spend it with them, he respected them both and they respected him so there was no problem between them.

A while later, they arrived the train station and Kazuya boarded the train and they went their separate ways. By evening time, Kazuya arrived Musutafu and he followed the address given to him and soon arrived at a white colored duplex. He entered into the building and kept his luggage in the flatas he began exploring the apartment. The duplex had three rooms each had a toilet, a kitchen with three fridges, a flat with a dinning a table at a corner and the living quarters with a wide screen T.V taking most of its space, there were also gaming consoles and a garden in front the apartment (duplex). He decided to check the fridge and noticed all sorts of cooking ingredients and beverages, a small smile formed on his lips which was quite hard to notice as he thought about his dad 'he loves me way too much' he then took his luggage from the flat and went to one of the rooms and packed his stuff. When he was done, he headed to the toilet and took a shower before changing into something more comfortable as he cooked himself noodles and began watching an entertainment show on his wide screen TV.

A week passed in a flash and here he was sitting in the waiting room at U.A high with other students who came to write the exam. He had already completed the written part, so now it was time for the race, to his side was Setsuna who looked quite stressed, he put on a genuine smile and said to her "don't worry you'll get in" Setsuna who had also grown like Kazuya, was comforted by his smile and she said "yeah, I'm such a worry wart" Kazuya nodded and suggested "after exam, we should go to my apartment and relax" "oh yeah" Setsuna nodded at this and before they could continue their conversation, a mechanical voice announced "Kazuya Mitsui, Juzo Honenuki and Yami Ikutsuki please moved to the field"

Kazuya sighed as he stood up and asked of Setsuna "wish me luck" "No way" she said bluntly before continuing, "you don't need luck, you'll pass anyway" he laughed softly before he stepped into the field and met his competitors. He took his position and said "let's have a good match" they both nodded but both their minds were thinking of other things.

Yami: 'it's Kazuya Mitsui, the last son of the Mitsui family head. It seems the rumors were true, he's really going to U.A, how strong is he?'

Juzo: 'Kazuya Mitsui, such a well-mannered guy is my age, I should try my best'

BANG, the buzzer went off and each began using the quirk as they ran. Kazuya made himself levitate as he went full speed ahead and in a matter of seconds, he won the race. Juzo came a long time later and Yami followed behind.

Kazuya then headed to his opponents and said "thanks for the match" and he turned around and left, looking at his back they both thought 'monster'. Kazuya arrived outside and noticed Setsuna who asked "how was it?" "Pretty easy" Kazuya answered casually, Setsuna looked at him strangely as she thought 'easy for you to say' but before she could voice her opinion, her name was called. Kazuya smiled and said "good luck, Setsu-chan" Setsuna blushed from hearing this, she then smashed his leg and shouted "shut up!" then she headed to the field, Kazuya just looked at her leaving figure and wondered 'what was that for?'

He soon brushed it off as he took a seat next to a guy with orange hair and waited for Setsuna to come out. It didn't take long as she soon stepped out of the room. Kazuya went up to her and asked with his emotionless face "how was it?" She began fidgeting with her hands before she said "I took second place" Kazuya nodded as he shared his opinion "well it's kind of normal, your quirk was never meant for such things so it's even surprising you took 2nd place" Setsuna seem to agree as she smiled, then said "okay take me to your place, I wanna see what it looks like" Kazuya nodded as they both left and boarded a taxi to his house.

A while later they arrived a street and walked a little before arriving his apartment, they both entered and Setsuna exclaimed "WOW, so beautiful" Kazuya nodded and said "let me give you a tour" and he moved on to show her all the corners of the house, before he headed back to the living quarters and asked "wanna play?" to which Setsuna nodded, he began setting the devices and when he was done, they played a 'mortal combat' game.
