Dark Shadow protected Tokoyami from the barrage of incoming rocks at high speed.

Tokoyami didn't take any serious injuries but the difference in power became apparent.

Maybe in dark he can stand his ground but not in the day.

"The one to win between Mina and Yaoyorozu will have to face Izayoi in the semifinals" Hagakure pointed out

"Toru!" Jiro said while giving a little smack at her back

Iida was sitting beside them.

"Oh, sorry Iida I din't mean to-" Toru said 

"It's okay, I understand you didn't meant in a bad way" 

Iida looked at his knees, sitting in a straight posture.

"Midoriya! versus Todoroki!"

Todoroki started with a big ice attack from the get go to the end the match again in a flash.

BOOM!!

But the ice were shattered.

Midoriya used the flick of his fingers with the full power of his quirk to blast off the ice attack.

"I expected as much"

'He's determined to win even if it means to destroy himself'

"Woah! Midoriya smashed through that!!"

'He'd no way of knowing how strong todoroki's attack would be so he didn't stick with 5 percent that was full 100 percent blast.'

Todoroki in his contemplation attacked another wave of ice at Midoriya.

"And he smashed it again!!"

Two fingers of Midoriya were in mess, bones and muscles both were in bad condition.

'His quirk is powerful but a fighting him is a waste of time at this moment'

Midoriya and Todoroki clashed like this a few more times, attacking with ice wave, midoriya using his quirk to destroy the said ice wave along with his fingers.

He is down to 5 shots now.

Midoriya and Todoroki exchanged a few words down in the stadium. Which made Todoroki go more offensive.

But he received a punch to his gut. Non lethal since he controlled the output.

'Reckless behavior negative points. Your power wouldn't matter if you will end up in worse condition than your opponent after each fight'

But even then Midoriya was in much worse state. 

"Should I stop the match midnight? Seems like midoriya's going all out because he knows he can be healed no matter what. And he's not even feeling the pain because of the adrenaline rush. But with all those injuries a single healing session won't cut it….even if he wins. He'll be in no condition to fight in next match." Cementos suggested

Todoroki started using his left side with the pep talk from midoriya.

Cementos intervened but the sudden burst of heated air and midoriya's punch clashed like a big explosion shattering the arena.

When the dust and debris settled, Midoriya was out of bounds. Both arms shattered, from bones to muscles.

He was taken to recovery girl.

Todoroki was declared as the winner.
