11 Two anomalies

Nezu's office visit was certainly an experience for Monoma family, so much so that even after a week, they weren't able to forget it.

" Is this really okay? "

Shibasaki smiled wryly hearing his wife's words, they had gone over this multiple times but she still wasn't satisfied.

Nodding his head once again, Shibasaki spoke what he had said a hundred times before.

" It's fine, I really don't feel much malice from UA or it's staff, our dormitories seem fine too, it's Nezu who gives me the creeps, but he kept his end of the bargain didn't he. "

Hana sighed, she still wasn't able to get over the fact they will now live at UA, they had a VIP dorm assigned to them.

All this was courtesy of Neito being the sole heir of Nezu, and this was now official, it was all over the news.

With this he was now famous, the most famous kid in the world right now due to UA being a really big thing, but this too came with it's downsides.

" They asked Neito so many difficult questions yesterday! Don't they know he is four! How would he know what's the future of UA! "

Shrugging lightly Shibasaki didn't know what to say, some questions really were very weird.

But his son held on somehow, Shibasaki was proud of that achivement, he couldn't have done it better himself.

" It's fine, Neito held on good didn't he? He was amazing out there, you have to admit. "

Looking the other way, Hana now decided to ignore everything going on in her life, she was defeated, her baby boy was forced to take on more than he should.

She as a mother was not okay with that, and she was doubly not okay with him currently not being in her arms!

" Why are we still here! I want to go to Neito now! He might be alone and scared! "

Resisting the urge to tell his wife they were still here because she kept wasting time asking too many questions, Shibasaki shrugged and went to take the keys.

Neito was not with them he was back at UA accompanying Nezu, they came back to wrap up everything here, while he stayed there at his new residence.

While Neito's parents were returning to UA, Neito himself was currently looking at a report.

A report that mentioned every quirk registered till date, in the whole world, it was that detailed.

" You have some pretty good stuff here Nezu sensei. "

Neito's didn't ask where Nezu got this from, this was definitely not supposed to be something principal of UA should concern himself over.

But it wasn't Neito's place to ask him either, he was but a student under the almighty Nezu.

A name Nezu liked to call himself in private, something Neito was very aware of during the last week.

" I certainly do, any of these you fancy? I can get majority of them for you, just a few I will be unable to right now. "

Being told he will have access to the entire world's quirk repository made Neito's desire to possess these spike.

But Neito restrained his emotions almost immediately and looked at this from a different perspective, a more logical one.

" I want them all, but I simply can't have them all, my current limit is 2 quirks at a time with a time limit of 1 minute. "

Telling what was on his mind, Neito found Nezu nod and began typing something on his computer.

Not disturbing his new sensei, Neito took the time to look over some quirks he knew possessed a lot of potential.

' New order, one of the most busted quirks in existence, If I can only have one, this is what I will choose. '

But copying it from it's user seemed a bit difficult, so looking at his second option, Neito wondered if this was doable.

' Double, with the right mindset this quirk can do wonders, even world domination for fun is not impossible, it's that broken. '

While looking through these quirks, Neito was beginning to realise why All for One had a tendency to underestimate quirks unless they show their potential clearly.

Not only was it easier for people like Neito and All for One to do it like that, it was also because their instincts compelled them to go for the strongest quirks around.

' My third option, Transform, Himko Toga's quirk, I can think of some truly amazing things with this. '

And lastly, a bunch of quirks he wanted to have on hand but it wasn't so urgent.

' Overhaul, Decay, Creation, Super Regeneration, Gigantification, Erasure, Black and finally Dragon. '

These quirks were something Neito wanted for himself later down the line, while he knew in this world there might exist quirks that are better than these.

But he simply couldn't guess which they were, he could never have the instincts associated with a quirk he copied, it was in his best interest to aim for quirks he already knew were strong.

This made it pointless for him to copy something he didn't know the full capabilities of, he might as well go for good quirks right away, really, Neito was kind of starting to get All for One.

" Neito kun, if you are done just help me try some of these ideas, after we see the full capabilities of your quirk, we will begin to train. "

" But before all that, I need you follow along for a bit, are you ready? "

Stopping his pondering, Neito put the papers down and nodded lightly.

Coughing a bit to clear his throat, Nezu dropped a big one right on Neito.

" Do you think people there exists people who possess more than one quirk? "

Twitching his eyes Neito wondered if Nezu was about to drop the All for One and One for All news, after all besides All for One that was the only other quirk which gave users multiple quirks.

Sure, Nezu still didn't know One for All itself stockpiled every quirk it has ever encountered, but it still gave it's users two quirks anyway.

Their own original quirk and One for All, but Neito didn't think about it for long and simply nodded.

" I think it's possible, I just saw a quirk that can transfer anything, if that applies to quirks too, it should be possible to give someone multiple quirks. "

With a smile Nezu nodded with a gratified look to him, putting his hands on the table he told Neito.

" Very good, great observation, it is indeed possible, but tell me Nieto kun, can you guess what happens if one person holds multiple quirks? "

Neito shook his head, while he knew all about it, maybe even more than Nezu, he had no reliable way to tell him how he knew, he was but four.

Nodding with an understanding look to him, Neuzu told him what might happen, according to his hypothesis.

" While situations like these are too rare to have any solid answer, according to my theory, there are only two things that can happen. "

Putting one finger up, Nezu said.

" One, the user becomes insane, not able to handle multiple quirk and their colliding instincts. "

Putting another finger up, Nezu spoke again.

" Two, the user breaks down from the inside, do you understand Neito kun. "

Neito nodded, very impressed by Nezu's analytical skills, Nezu continued seeing this.

" But there are ways around it, if your quirk itself lets you have multiple quirks, your body counts that as one quirk, and there exists only two people in the history of quirks like this. "

Shifting his computer screen, showing a shadowed man with white hair and red eyes, Nezu said calmly.

" This man being the first, All for One, the most dangerous villian in existence. "

Then raising his finger slowly, Nezu pointed towards Neito.

" The second being you, Neito kun, only you two are capable of breaking the law of one quirk per person, without having any after effects on your own body. "

Meanwhile Neito was wondering about a completely different thing, was Nezu simply not telling him about One for All?

Or was it because he already knew, that right now it retains the negative side effects of multiple quirks, the entire reason only quirkless can hold it's power correctly?
