Months passed by and so did years, Neito had been in this land for a long time, and the results of his years of efforts had borne fruit.

A new UA had been set up and it was going to hold it's first ever entrance exams this year

"Star, you got all that?"

Neito, in his adult form asked Star, the top hero of this land and the new principal of this UA branch.

Star who was honestly not in the mood for this scowled at Neito.

"Did I get all that? Who cares about all that?! I can learn how to be a principal as I go, but you!"

"You didn't tell me you were about to leave! I got to know about this from the blood sucker!"

"From that little shit! You owe me an explanation Neito!"

Neito cringed hearing Star go on about this issue.

'This was is why I didn't say a word, she is too caring for her own good.'

Star and Neito had built a solid relationship from these years of getting along, Star was kind of like the older sister he didn't have, but all the worrying honestly was quite hard to cope with.

He was a reincarnation, being fussed over all the time was truly not very easy to deal with, especially when he have plans of your own, the lack of freedom was bothering.

"Relax, you know I had to go around this time didn't you, I just forgot to tell you the time."

Star instantly knocked Neito on the head lightly, and scowled.

"You are lying, I knew you would do that, I set up a rule beforehand!"

Neito cursed, he forgot all about her habit of doing that due to the pressure of wrapping everything here.

"Of course you would, where is the basic trust between siblings!"

Star's eyes softened at the sibling part but she stuck to her point.

"But you did lie! Out with it, why didn't you tell me."

Now Neito could have used his own new order to conceal the truth, but he didn't feel the need to do so, shrugging his shoulders Neito laid back on his swivel chair.

"I didn't want to worry you, you do hero work, distractions mean death."

"... Thanks."

Star said after a pause, and then sighed, he told the truth, Neito was truly too caring for his own good sometimes.

The pair sat quietly for a while, both thinking the same thing about the other in their minds.

Then after a while, Star broke the silence.

"So when are you leaving?"

Neito wondered when the right time for that would be, he wasn't sure about this either.

"Maybe this evening, I was waiting for you to officially take over the principal post before booking it."

"Toga and Twice have already left, so I gotta leave today only, the time depends on you."

Breathing out, Star relaxed on her chair as well, then looked at Neito and asked.

"Why are you going back though? Is it really needed for you to attend UA japan?"

"You can fight me head on for an entire day, your usage of new order is second to none, and if you use all Might's quirk, I might even lose."

Folding her hands she asked in a speechless way

"What are you doing playing hero with a bunch of greenhorns."

Neito groaned, this wasn't as cut and dry as Star put it.

"I am the next generation of UA principle, and I just set up this new UA branch."

"I am supposed to lead as an example, you should know, true hero's aren't some distant people, humans connect with people who are relatable."

Smirking in a very Nezu like fashion, Neito smiled.

"And what's more relatable than the future heir lowering himself to common people level."

"Not only will my reputation increase, this UA branch will also have a boost in applications, after all, I will be giving the UA test the same time as them."

Star frowned, she didn't like when Neito went all Nezu like, he became too calculating and not enough all Might like, she liked the all Might feeling he gave off more than this cold hearted businessman look.

But after all, she had been with him for so long, she had accepted Neito as his own person, a unique mixture of many things, so didn't say anything to counter this non heroic talk.

Neito continued after seeing no response form her.

"I won't really be studying though, it's just a game from my part, even if I skip all the classes nobody can do anything, I own the place."

"Don't look at me like that, I won't be doing that if not necessary okay, just letting you know it's an option."

"And yes, I will make friends, you have told me that countless times, I have high spec, I do understand the need to build connections, be it social or emotional."

Star smiled wryly, she sometimes hoped Neito didn't have high spec, it would be so much easier for him to act his age that way.

"Do what you want, just be safe, Kay?"

Neito nodded with a smile, and was about to tell Star about her role once more, when one of his new order rule began to activate.

A rule set up by Neito to connect himself to a designated person's mind when certain conditions activate.

"Toga? What's up?"

Asked Neito, he could feel the obsessive energy through the link, that type of energy was something only Toga possessed.

"It's that thing which you said, that went woosh then wooop!"

Neito sweatdropped.

"You gotta speak human words."

The obsession over to the other side increased significantly after these words.

"Eeeeh! But I thought our hearts were connected! Forever and ever...!"

He could almost picture the bloody smile Toga had going on, but he was immune to it long ago.

"That's not how mind link works, and it's only valid until this new order rule is still set up."

"And speak up."

The obsession over the other side dropped significantly after that, Neito understood Toga wasn't playing around anymore.

"Neito kun, I just found that slime villain, and I found All Might as well."

Neito instantly narrowed his eyes, Toga as if sensing the mood continued quickly.

"Sorry I couldn't capture the slime villain, but it's for a good reason I swear, you won't believe what happened next."

"This quirkless boy ran to save his friend, although he couldn't save him at the end and was about to die as well, All Might came up saved the him."

Squealing as if she got big news, Toga whispered.

"All Might seemed pretty suspicious, so I tracked him, and you know what I heard?"

"He is hurt! And because of the child's bravery and his belief even after his friends death, All Might decided to pass on his quirk to him!"

"Can you believe that! All Might has a quirk that can be passed on!"

Toga out of nowhere, began giving murderous vibes.

"Want me to ice him for you? Do we want the quirk?"

Neito remained silent, then said lightly.

"No need, let him be, he'll be useful as a distraction."

"And no need to do anything, stay put right where you are."

Getting up from his chair, Neito picked up his coat and tightened his tie.

"I am coming to you."

"Sorry Star, I gotta go, teleportation it is, you can manage everything right?"

Star gave a small smile and nodded, she didn't hear any of this conversation because it happened in Neito's mind but she knew he did have a conversation.

So she assumed it must be important and let him go, anyway, they can always meet whenever they wanted, Neito's boosted New Order was no joke.

"Thanks for understanding Star, farewell."

And with that Neito vanished, leaving Star alone in the office, marvelling at how close to awakening new order Neito was to be able to do something this crazy.

Teleporting such long distances, it was something even she can't do yet, maybe him joining UA will be for the best, a story of a hero rising from the bottom might be a common one, but she was looking forward to it nonetheless.
