22 Cathleen

Neito's private jet finally landed after it's 7 hour long flight, the boy in question was currently yawning and cracking his back.

His sidekicks were also getting up, ready to set foot on the ground again, Twice was always awake, guarding Neito, and Toga was sipping on a packet of blood.

After Neito was done removing the laziness out of his body, he stood up and took a deep breath.

"Twice, don't cancel your clones, we need bodyguards, Toga, transform."

As if on command the Twice clones rushed up and got into a well formed line, it wasn't that they were trained well, it was that their teamwork was quite amazing.

They were the same person after all, and Toga excitedly raised her hand, and began morphing into a tall sharp eyed woman.

Taking a look at his personal bodyguard Jin standing on his left him, his army of Twice behind him and Toga, now Lady Nagant standing on his right, Neito smirked.

"Excellent, now we are ready to make an impression."

Neito started walking out with his company, and his body also began morphing using body shaper, he was transforming into his adult self.

It was a temporary change which felt like flexing his muscles continuously, his present form would usually be taken more seriously than his 10 year old state.

Even though that part is a known fact, him being the richest kid in the world and what not.

*Step*

Stepping out of his private jet, Neito came face to face with his reception, a lot of high level businessmen interested in collaborating with UA were here.

So were multiple high level people, but most important of all, it was Star who was here personally.

"You must be Neito Monoma, I am Cathleen, Cathleen Bate."

"Forgive me, I had to see the new owner of UA for myself, it is the school All Might studied from after all."

'Her personal introduction huh, not the hero one, so that's the kind of visit this is, did Nezu pull out All Might's favor for this.'

Thinking multiple scenarios in his high spec upgraded mind, Neito spoke instantly, as if he didn't think anything at all.

"You flatter me with your arrival Miss Cathleen, I am afraid I won't have much to show for myself."

"UA is thankful for All Might to choose us, not the other way around."

Star simply smiled and twisted her head.

"I was told to be your guide for today, If you have any requirements let me know, I'll let it be known."

Neito smiled back, thanked the people who came to receive him one by one, took note of any potential opportunities then walked on with Star.

He was talking and laughing with Star, but he was fully understanding his current situation.

'I am a hot cake, more like UA is the hot one but I digress, All Might's graduating school really does make for a hell of an advertisement.'

His importance was obvious the moment Star arrived for him, this was not only a show of importance, it was also guarantee of protection.

And for that reason Neito wasn't stupid enough to try and copy New Order immediately.

'She came here knowing who I am and what my quirk is, she 100% has orders set upon her quirk, but this was expected.'

There was no need to hurry about anything, he will be staying here for a long time, he will get new order one day, his high spec will be for not if he can't even achieve that.

"So, Neito, do you want my quirk?"

Almost staggering, Neito stopped himself from falling down, what kinda question is that?!

This was not how things were supposed to be.

'This is why I hate dealing with straightforward people like All Might and her, they throw all of your plans out of the window!'

Just when Neito was feeling sorry for All For One and his decades of failures in dealing with One For All users, Star spoke again.

"I'll be blunt, I was told to be careful of you and not let New Order be lost, but that's not how I wanna do it."

Giving him a large grin, Star said with confidence bubbling from within her.

"All Might called me himself, I am told you are being prepared to take on his mantel."

"And I want to know if you are worthy of that, if you are worthy of new order, this is why you are here isn't it."

Neito was just feeling sorry for himself and All For One again, it was so difficult facing off against these instinctive people.

There wasn't a thing you could do which they can't just dismantle by being unpredictable.

But Neito wasn't All For One, he had something which that man didn't, high spec.

"I see.. It's true, I am here for new order, Star, and I will not be leaving without it."

"New Order is too precious to be lost after one generation, it's a power worthy of a symbol."

Cathleen was narrowing her eyes, Neito didn't know what orders she had set up, if she had some orders to make her realise that he is lying.

So he only spoke the truth, well a half truth, but that's also 'truth'

"Miss Cathleen, you must know, I am not here to cause harm, I have been blessed with a power that can bring together every great pillar and combine their expertise into one."

"And I am trying to do my part in making sure my gifts don't go to waste, I want this world to not depend entirely on All Might's shoulders."

Taking a deep breath, Neito continued analysing her micro expressions and spoke with facts accordingly.

"All Might is a symbol, an unbeatable symbol, but he is just one man, I as the new generation would be a failure if I don't even attempt to help the man who brought the era of peace."

"That's all I want to do Miss Cathleen."

Star stopped mid walk and just looked at Neito, then she asked.

"And you are okay taking up the same burden you say All Might has to carry, are you really ready to do it?"

Not faltering under her stare, Neito said with confidence, the first complete truth he had said until now.

"Yes, I can do it."

"....I see."

Star whispered, she never told anyone but she had new order activated to spot any lies or half truths, and she was using it on Neito right now, Star was an experienced hero, she knew how half truths worked.

And Neito was only speaking in half truths until now, but that last one, that one came from heart.

And that one is what mattered to her the most, his actual intention, not what he is thinking, not what how his mind works, but his desire to be a hero.

'He is just like me, he was influenced by All Might as well.'

Cathleen knew Neito had a power that was super strong, he was just like her, but he was even deadlier.

He had potential to do too much damage, but he also had the potential to do just as much good, that is why she decided to confront him immediately.

She wanted to know if the new generation pillar is worth investing in, if he can stand up to the burden All Might is carrying today.

"Neito, ask me if you ever want anything, I'll do my best to help."

With that Cathleen gave her hand to Neito, for a supposed handshake, but Neito knew this was much more.

He wasn't a fool, he had long understood from her micro expressions that she had ability to spot both lie and half truths.

So he improvised, and now that she is giving him her hand, with all her orders likely active with a different job, that only meant one thing.

*Clasp*

"I will Ms Cathleen. I certainly will."

A/N

What would be of more interest.

- Neito's adventures in the foreign land.

Here there will be a lot of non canon material wrapped in a canon package, we don't have too much information about here after all.

- Skip the foreign arc, start UA timeline.

Conclude this arc within a few chapters and start the canon storyline of MHA, nothing will be strictly following canon obviously, where's the point in that, but the timeline is one which we know a lot about.
