17 Rice is not a cereal, it’s a lifestyle.

"Eat slower, we got enough food, you know?" Naoyuki's mother stared at her kid, who was devouring the food like a starving homeless.

"Yes, but this is delicious, I just can't stop!" Naoyuki replied, as his sentence finished, the kid immediately poured more rice into his mouth, it all went so fast that he choked on food.

"Kof! kof kof!"

"Jeez, I told you already to go slowly." The woman didn't know whether to cry or laugh at the carelessness of her son, but courteously offered him a glass of water anyways.

"Didn't you eat enough at Midoriya-san's house or why are you so hungry?" The mother discreetly interrogated her child with a quotidian question.

"Nope, I even ate more than Izuku, perhaps by exercising my appetite increased." Naoyuki responded without taking his eyes off the food.

"Oh, I see, that's why." The mother nodded, like approving the excuse of her son.

There's something that Naoyuki doesn't know, but she always gives the food money to the neighbors that takes care of Naoyuki the day after, because she knows that she can't be always asking for favors.

Some neighbors accept the money, and some neighbors don't, but she slides the bills under their doors anyways, it's her motto to owe nothing to anybody. So, she would have been mad if she heard that her son wasn't feed properly, even if the person was Midoriya Inko, who is a really good friend of her.

She might not make a full drama, but she sure won't bring Naoyuki to that house again.

---------

As to Naoyuki and his lack of table manners, he finished his 10-kilometer marathon after almost 3 hours, it's justified how hungry he is.

But besides that, he is transforming anger into appetite, anger that comes from the reward of [The secret to become strong] task: 1 hero point.

Yes.

Remember that Award that said [???] in the system panel? Well, that was just one fuc**ng single hero point for training all day!

Naoyuki of course cursed the system for hours and still doing it, but the remote possibility that the task's real objective is to make him train for 3 years straight like Saitama did calm him a little bit.

Because that would mean that at certain point he would be as strong as Saitama… probably as bald as Saitama too.

In that case, the hero points given would be a mere decoration or kind of minimum recompense that a 'daily task' must have.

But system or not, becoming strong or not, since Naoyuki found his way to become rich, his priorities changed a little bit.

If he has money, he can hire powerful bodyguards, buy advantageous support items and even sponsor scientific research about quirk potentiation or quirk transplant.

Even in the case that he does nothing of training or tasks, he would still have from 5 to 10 quirks in ten years, and able to use two at the time. The advantage he has over the "native' people is enormous.

'Even so, it would be great if I get a quirk like Yaoyorozu Momo's, I could create so much gold ingots that Gild Tesoro would suck my balls' Naoyuki thought for a second.

"Do we have a computer at home?' After dinner, Naoyuki asked that question to his mother.

He had thought about it, and using Midoriya house's computer was not a solution in the long term. Specially if he wanted to develop a game.

"Yeah, we do, the old laptop that we use to watch series…" The woman answered. "Oh wait, you don't remember that… but yes, we do have a computer at home, what? Do you want to watch cartoons with it?"

"No, I was just asking."

"Oh, come on, you can't lie to your mom," She messed Naoyuki's hair with one hand, while the other hand was used to collect the dirty plates from the table. "You want to watch 'Small big hero' or 'Tanaka Sayan', don't you?"

She mentioned two cartoon names that Naoyuki had never heard before.

"No, I really don't want to watch cartoons." This time, he acted more insisting.

"Oh, what do you want to do then?" With hands on her waist, the mother overacted a little bit, in a good sense.

"I want to learn how to use a computer." Naoyuki gave her a partly true answer, learning to make a PowerPoint is learning to use a computer, but learning to code was learning to use a computer too. The interpretation is important.

"Okay, but go to bed at 9:00 pm, okay? You have kindergarten tomorrow." The mother finally agreed, assuming that the child wanted to use the computer to play browser games. "Do you need me to teach you?"

"No, it's okay, I want to learn by myself."

'You? Teaching me how to use a computer? Pfffffff.' The boy sniffed.

Naoyuki took a shower, and when he came back, as promised, his mother brought the laptop to his room, and advised him to be careful and not download anything weird to the computer, she created an additional user for Naoyuki and left him alone in his room.

And him, no wasting any second, started to navigate by the web learning the programming languages of this world: watching video tutorials, reading manuals, following guides written by other programmers. The process was slow, but because there were a lot of similarities between the coding language of his world, Naoyuki did not struggle.

He supposes to need around a month of time to become capable to recreate the game he wanted.

Finally, at his bed time, his mother came a took away the laptop back to her room, wishing him good nights.

And Naoyuki, laying on the bed, could savor again the sensation of those sweet days when he came back from school, and the first thing he even did was open up his computer and attempted to hack other people's codes.

While remembering those carefree days, he slowly felt sleep.

The just-risen sun shone softly on the city streets, after the late-night rain, every adhered drop of water and morning dew reflected the morning light as little spotlights. The jade leaves, which tenaciously resisting to gusts of purified air, danced with the avarice to cover the whole sky.

I saw a magpie like bird, standing on a palm tree, wagging its long tailpiece, screaming, pecking seeds, from time-to-time sings, lively and lovely, indicating that a new day begins.

[Quirk selected; your quirk today is…]

[F-Class! Glowing hair (Yellow)!]

[+1 hero point]

"Oh great, and F-class quirk again! Can't I turn the notifications off? It is getting annoying." Naoyuki murmured and changed his position on bed, but then he realized that he couldn't move his body not even an inch.

"!!!!!" The boy rapidly opened his eyes and scanned his surroundings with a glance.

Luckily for him, he was in his room and nothing seems odd.

No weird people, no malicious doctors or villain like beings, it was just his room.

'Yei! Not a kid-nap!' Naoyuki laughed at his own thoughts, sometimes he needs to stop imagining things.

'Wait, then why I can't move my body?' He slowly looked down, there was not rope that was tying him or anything. He was just unable to move, like if he was crushed by something invisible and huge.

In his try to recover the body control, he put more force to it:

"What a weird situa- Ah! Ahhh! My arms!"

"My legs! Oh sh**, oh sh**! My abdomen too! Aghhh!"

"What the hell is going on!" Naoyuki couldn't stop moan in silence.

"My gosh! Everything hurts so much! But why?"

"Oh sh**! Don't tell me that…"

Suddenly, he remembered something.

"Fuc**ng training task! I hate you!"
