6 My love story with All for One

But here is a problem.

Like Naoyuki said before, 'his healing quirk' could have been registered by the hospital already.

Naoyuki's original plan was to show a quirk that was neither good nor bad when the system gave him one, so he can deal with the unexpected problems with no need to show a second quirk.

He'll have a frugal life without attracting too much attention, and until he hasn't accumulated a significant number of quirks, he won't show his face as an extraordinary person with multiple singularities.

In this society, a person with two or more quirks without prior human intervention can generate a scandal, because that means that from the day this person is discovered, more and more people can start manifesting a second quirk, disturbing the current peace.

In BnHA world, not even Todoroki could be considered a two-quirk user. No matter if it's his ice or fire power, the opposite side worked as a temperature regulator for the using power, so they were strongly related as one only quirk.

'If I show a second quirk completely not related to my 'first quirk', I might end up putting myself in a complicated position.' Naoyuki thought as he kept pretending in front of the old man, smiling like a hypocrite bit** 'yeah, it's my first time, please be gentle'.

Back to the topic, this supposed inconvenient can come from different parties, the first one, is of course the government, but in this case, it'll be the Hero Public Safety Commission.'

This agency that we're going to name H.P.S.C. for readability purposes, is a law enforcement governmental organization responsible for managing the interactions between Heroes and society as a whole and for investigating the most dangerous cases of criminality.

People may be familiar with them because they are in charge of the official and provisional Hero Licenses.

But to make it easy, everything that involves quirks, they can put a foot on it… and in this society where 80% of people have a quirk, they can technically interfere with everything.

What they'll do if they notice the particularity of Naoyuki, is 'protect' and train him, so he can become a hero to serve the society. That doesn't sound bad at all, but it's basically freedom restriction like what they did with Hawks, when he was rescued by Endeavor from his villain dad.

The idea of becoming a hero isn't unpleasant at all for Naoyuki, because the show of BnHA made it look so great, but Naoyuki is the kind of people that even if he likes something, when people force him to do that, he'll end up hating it.

Of course, the HPSC is the least of his problems, the real conflict starts when the other party enters the game, and that's All for One, even if he lost big part of his influence when All Might became the Symbol of Peace, he might still have power over politics, who'll know if he has a subordinate infiltrated in the HPSC... or in any other place.

And no matter by what medium, if All for One gets to know the existence of Naoyuki, no one will be able to protect him, not even All Might. Remember that the All for One at this point of the story is not that 'weak' All for One in Kamino fight.

Right now, he's an omnipotent God that no one can defeat. Not to mention that he might still kept the original All for One, oh, and all the quirks he collected for more of a hundred years. And different to Naoyuki, he has no restriction of how many new quirks he can steal per day.

Although a lot of people might ask, why would somebody as important as All for One will want to kidnap Naoyuki so badly? Isn't he being a bit too conceited?

And Naoyuki will say: 'Isn't that obvious? What kind of quirk stealer won't be interested in a quirk spawner?'

'And, since I don't have a healing quirk yet, I'll need to hide all the quirks I have, until my strength allows me to survive a persecution from All for One… or until he's dead.'

"........."

That won't happen anytime soon.

'So… the plan of Leaving Japan is reactivated?' Naoyuki thought for some seconds.

---------

After a while, Naoyuki's mother finally came back, rescuing him from this hell called 'boomer wants to talk you about his youth'.

Mother and son continued eating together, and in this process, the woman asked Naoyuki some questions about what he does remember and what not.

Naoyuki was honest in this regard, to all the things he didn't know, he said "I don't remember". And for the things he does have an idea, he answered it without changing anything.

All this because the memory lost was bad by its self, he doesn't want his mother to think that he has memory disorder.

Also, while both were eating, Naoyuki covertly removed the sticker from his mother's hand.

---------

After a while, the mother left, promising Naoyuki that tomorrow she'll come again and take him home.

At first, the mother didn't want to leave her child alone in the hospital. But then the first nurse came back with a psychologist at her side, and she promised to take care of Naoyuki, since she had a night shift.

They both exchanged numbers, so they can keep in contact in case that something happens.

And about the psychologist, he just asked Naoyuki some questions and then left.

'Maybe it was to check my memory lost?' Naoyuki thought without much confidence, 'But psychologist isn't related to neurology, is it?'

---------

After watching the TV for a couple of hours, and make sure that tomorrow when he gets out of the hospital he won't be surprised at the people's appearance, outside the window was already dark.

Naoyuki turned off the TV, and changed his position in bed.

Everything was still so unreal.

He really reincarnated in Boku no Hero Academia, the anime that he watched in his boredom days, and decided to read the manga because he was sick of the spoilers.

If he had known that all this was going to happen, he would have bought those analysis books written by the mangaka himself, and probably have a quick overview of that spin-off manga that he didn't want to read because the critics were bad.

Naoyuki thought a lot of things lying on the bed, about his current body, about his new mother, about the system, about the world, but above all... his last life.

---------

Let's talk a bit about Naoyuki.

In his last life, Naoyuki had other name, but that's no longer important in this Nippon anime world. He was an average IT programmer in the industry, and his routine was a two-point one line house-work style. Social life was not part of his life, yes, what you heard.

And no affective relations either; No girlfriend, no boyfriend, theoretically sexually inactive, but technically active.

The only affection moments in his day were petting his cat, the cat's name was Güero, because his last owner decided to call him like this.

He was 28 years old, and the fact that he was starting to lose his hair meant that he was becoming a strong programmer. But he was still too young in the eyes of the real veterans, but really old in eyes of the new programmers of the company.

In his free time, he enjoyed to watch anime and read manga, like an average weeb. And fortunately, My Hero Academia was one of those that he read 'till the most recent chapter, so Naoyuki suppose that this was a good start.

But, why did Naoyuki died in first place? Well... it all started with a bat.

---------

He did all the preventions he could, wearing mask everywhere, disinfecting everything that enters his apartment, and tried to avoid all contact with people. Even his work was those that could easily done at home, it was supposed to be safe in many aspects.

But… he was an unlucky victim of irresponsible people in this world. And when nothing could be worse, he had the worse symptoms.

Before leaving the world, he suffered disfunction and failure in multiple organs for an entire month! Because surprise! The lungs aren't the only target of this virus, the brutal pain was over all the parts of his body.

The inflammation throughout all his body ended up causing destruction in different organs, and the blood pressure fell to dangerous levels. Not mentioning septic shock reactions that transformed his body in a battlefield, where the immune system attacked all the cells equally with the only intention to eradicate the virus... spoiler, it didn't happen.

But after all, this was respiratory disease, Naoyuki didn't know what was happening in his body, but it felt like he was breathing with one and half nose covered, the effort he had to make to try to breath was enormous even with all kind of devices around him. In his last days, the doctors had to place a tube into the throat so the machine can push oxygen directly into the lungs.

So, he was really mad at those COVIDiots that drew poster of #fakecrisis, like b*tch, I'm dead, how is this fake to you!

---------

But now, going to the emotional part, Naoyuki couldn't even see his family in the last moments of his life, due fear to infect them the virus.

In the last phone call they had, because Naoyuki didn't want them to see his ridiculous state, no one said a word, Naoyuki because he couldn't, and his family, because they didn't want to say good bye.

That's why Naoyuki couldn't face his mother in this world, because watching her reminds him his mother that was crying at the background of the phone call.

---------

It's bad for a parent to lose his son, right. but Naoyuki already did all the thought work in that month in bed, so he is not so worried about his father and mother after all.

Naoyuki was the smallest kid of the three children in the family, his sister and brother are respectable professionals, one is doctor, and the other is lawyer.

So, he is pretty sure that they'll take care of his parents. And even if they don't do so, in the testament Naoyuki wrote his parents as beneficiaries of all his in-life savings, the only condition was to take care of his cat…

Oh, my Güero! I think I miss you more than my parents…

With all those feelings, Naoyuki fell asleep.
