[Battle Center D, After the exam]

Killua: You said your quirk is healing and enhancing abilities correct? Killua asked the girl with bluish hair.

Wendy: Yes, why are you hurt? She asked while scanning him for any visible injuries.

Killua: No, not me. There was a guy with a broken leg though.

Wendy: If you take me to him, I can heal him. Killua nodded and signal her to follow him in the alley where he left the other two boys. As they headed towards their direction, he saw in the distance multiple people running towards the examinees, helping them and healing them. He stopped and looked back at the girl, then pointed towards the multiple people of the healthy personnel, - an outstanding nu amount of personnel-.

Killua: They'll probably take care of his leg.

Wendy: Yes, I suppose they will. In the end, I wasn't able to help much. She said locking her gaze in the ground, which for some reason she found very mesmerizing at the moment.

Killua: Why? Didn't get enough points?

Wendy: What do points have to do with this? -she said rather confused while looking back at the sapphire jewels the boy had for eyes- And for your information, I got plenty of points to pass… probably… at least I think I did.

Killua raised his eyebrow at the girl who was standing beside him.

"So, she didn't know about the other pointing system," he thought.

Killua: You need to have a little more confidence in your abilities… -he paused for a little watching her posture, how she holds herself, and then continued- actually you need more confidence in general. - Wendy winced at his words. Mostly because of how easy he saw through her. Was it so obvious? - Anyway, I better get going. I guess I'll see you soon Wendy.

She looked back up at his retreating form, this was the first time a boy called her by her given name and not by her family name. While her mind was bombarded by her thoughts and her face turned into a tomato, Killua was wondering what they would eat for lunch, he was starving.

[UA Meeting Room]

King Vlad: This year's students are very promising.

Cementoos: Yes indeed. Especially those three. Cementoos said while looking at the files of three examinees.

Snipe: Katsuki Bakugo battle center A, Izuku Midoriya battle center B, and Killua Zoldyck battle center D.

Midnight: Midoriya and Zoldyck were also the only two students that took down the Zero pointer. My personal favorite is the Zoldyck boy, he is too chaotic. She said while licking her lips. -Somewhere not too far away Killua felt a chill run down his spine. "I'm getting Hisoka vibes," he thought as cold sweat run down his face. -

Snipe: Not as much as Bakugo, the damage his explosions cost is nothing to the Zoldyck's distraction level he displayed.

Recovery Girl: Taking into consideration the zero pointer's destruction though I'm guessing he too is rather distracting. Maybe even more so than Bakugo and don't get me started on Breaking bones.

Midnight: I wasn't referring to quirk damage… she muttered.

Present mic: I like Bakugo, though he is a little too hot-headed if you know what I mean. But if I have to be honest, I like Zoldyck's energy the most.

Eraser Head: You only say that because he responded to your silly shouts at the exam orientation.

Present mic: True…

All Might: If we're referring to personal favorites, I would choose young Midoriya. I am curious about young Zoldyck though. All might said while glancing at Aizawa, who just looked indifferent and looked back at the list with the top ten examinees.

Hound Dog: I'm going to need to talk with Bakugo regarding his 'explosiveness and Midoriya for his 'I like breaking my bones' if this continuous in his time studying here. As for Zoldyck, he is interesting; he seems to be quite the mystery.

Ectoplasm: The power he displayed though; does he have multiple quirks? Super strength, Electricity, and superspeed.

Nezu: The speed occurred from his electricity manipulation. He manipulated the electricity stored within his body, sending an electric signal to his muscles, and hence his reaction time and speed boosted to a point where it gives him superspeed. He said analyzing Killua's 'Quirk' "as for his strength I'm curious too…" he thought the last part while reading his file.

Midnight: That's some incredible quirk control.

All Might: Indeed.

Eraser Head: Midoriya can learn something from him, his quirk after using it only once rendered him useless, if this was an actual battle, he would be a liability.

Present Mic: Well, teaching them is our job, but this kid's quirk is a two-sided sword, he can take down villains but he too will be taken down by his quirk.

Eraser Head: Precisely. He might have the spirit of a hero but if he can't control his quirk then he's not suited to be a hero, it would be too dangerous not just for him but for his comrades as well.

All Might: You're against him joining the hero course. All Might said with a calm voice that sends shivers to some of his fellow teachers, it wasn't a question but a statement. Even, if Aizawa was right, it made Toshinori's (All Might) blood boil. Izuku had worked hard for this he deserved it.

Eraser Head: Yeah, for now at least. I am willing to give him a chance and see what happens, but I don't particularly like the idea of him joining the hero course.

Nezu: Only time will tell.

Power Loader: His yo-yo's, what could they be made off? Power Loader, said unconsciously out loud while rewatching Killua's performance on the tablet and stopping the video, zooming in one of the yo-yos.

Nezu: The choice of his weapon is rather surprising, thinking out of the box. No villain will except a yo-yo to be a weapon, quite misleading and cunning if I say so myself.

Present Mic: Is it just me, or did this kid seem to be bored throughout the exam? He said while he also rewatched Killua's first five minutes of the exam before he stopped destroying or rather playing with the robots and started to take a stroll around the exam site. On the other hand, Aizawa couldn't stop laughing inwards at his co-workers' cluelessness, he was enjoying himself, a lot.

Vlad King: He's a very interesting individual indeed.

Killua was skateboarding through the city heading for Aizawa's home. This morning he was excited about the exam, he thought he would finally get to see some action but he was dramatically disappointed. Not only they had to fight (More like destroying…) robots but they were also too damn easy. Five minutes after he destroyed every single robot in his view, he got bored and just walked around the city, trying to find something interesting to do and helping the heroes in the making in the process. Though he did manage to meet some interesting people and see some cool quirks (he started calling them by that name without even realizing) in action too.

Suddenly he stopped and sniffed the air like he was some kind of a dog, he followed the sweet scent of warm chocolate to a small bakery. When he entered, he was welcomed with a scent of sweetness. He looked around the small bakery taking into account all the sweets they had and as the massive sweet tooth he is, he started drooling.

???: Welcome to Iroh's Sweets. Said a melodic voice. He turned his gaze to the owner of the voice and saw a lady that resembled awfully a lot a cinnamon roll. She was chubby, had huge brown eyes, and an even bigger smile. Her hair was in a messy bun and she smelled like chocolate.

When Aizawa stepped into his house he was welcomed by a sweet scent. He walked into the living room and saw something he didn't expect to see in a million years. Killua was surrounded by multiple and different boxes of sweets.

Killua: Welcome back.

Aizawa: How much money did you spend on all of this??? He said with an awestruck look on his face.

Killua: You don't wanna know… at that Aizawa sweatdropped.

Aizawa: So, what did you thought about the exam? Aizawa asked as they sat down to eat lunch. He eyed the boxes with the sweets once more before turning back to Killua.

Killua: Too easy… I expected it to be harder, much harder.

Aizawa: Enlighten me.

Killua: The first time I took the hunters exam we had to run 80 km with no breaks, in an underground tunnel and then run through a swamp filled with deadly man-eating animals, to move in the Second Phase. In the second phase, we had to retrieve an egg from the web of a Spider Eagle, which hung from the walls of a mile-deep canyon. In the third phase, I had to work with a team to get out of a deadly tower, and I also had to fight someone to the death… actually I just killed him. In the fourth phase, each of us was given a card with a number that represented the badge number of our target, everyone had to get the badge of our target while protecting our own. The fifth phase was just matches but I got disqualified for killing an applicant who wasn't my opponent. Now those were fun times. He said with a smile on his face remembering the first hunter's exam.

Aizawa: Your world is crazy for making kids go through all that, what happened the second time?

Killua: Anyone can take the exam after the age of twelve. I and my best friend Gon were the youngest applicants since we were both twelve years old. -Killua then grinned and continued- The second time I took the test all 1489 applicants had to battle for two hours and bring to the examiner five badges, then once he left, I knocked out all the examinees and after one hour and a half, I gave all their badges to the examiner. Since I was the only one to proceed to the next phase I passed the exam without having to do anything else, obviously I was the only examinee that passed that year.

Aizawa: So, you expected something like the hunter's exam? Kid no offense but your world is messed up.

Killua: You just noticed? We had to hunt down monsters for living or psychopaths. Then there was this life-threatening video game in which I and Gon were stuck with a crazy old hag as our teacher. And when we got out of the game; we also had to deal with deadly creatures called chimera ants, who by the way ate humans, and that's just the sort version of my world. Obviously, I did not expect something like the hunter's exam. But I did hope for something more challenging.

Aizawa: If it was something challenging for you then everyone else would have either failed, suffered serious injuries, or in the worst-case scenario… die. Anyway, what was your general opinion?

Killua: It was unfair… the students with mental quirks or quirks that weren't distractive enough were meant to fail. Especially since you told them that they would only be judged based on the points they gathered by destroying the robots. Most of the people, at least in my battle center, were only focused on the robots and the points, few people helped the rest examinees, and then some examinees gave up because they didn't know how to defeat the robots with their quirk and sat out of the fight completely. Though Present Mic, did give them a clue about the secret system point, and it was kinda obvious considering this was a hero school exam. Still, though, a student with an illusionary quirk or a mind-controlling quirk wouldn't be able to do much, even with those powerful quirks they wouldn't be able to use them against the robots, as for helping others mind control would be able to help, but what if the injured person were heavily injured and couldn't move, or out of reach. In the end, I believe the best exam version you could have, would be something like the fourth phase of the hunter's exam, it would be fair for all types of quirks, and you would also be able to see how they think in an unknown situation.

Aizawa: You're not wrong, but as you said they were judged more than just villain points. Anyway, there's something that you need to know, All Might is a new teacher at our school. He too expects an explanation, especially as to why you suddenly have a quirk with so much control over it.

Killua: Great now there are three people that I have to share my past with.

Aizawa: The meeting is next week.

Killua: Not looking forward to it…

Killua for the rest of the week would either do physical and nen training or he would go around the city with his skateboard, of course, there were also days he would laze around and watch anime or play video games, but those were rare.

Without realization, the day of the meeting came, currently he was walking down the halls of UA with Aizawa leading him in the principal's office. Aizawa had already told him he passed both tests but he had no idea what he had scored, but honestly, he didn't really care for the score.

They came to a stop in front of a door, ginormous door, Aizawa opened the door and entered with Killua following him. Inside he saw the walking lie detector, the all smiling blonde, and… a dog? A bear? Maybe he was a mouse, He wasn't sure what the white creature was but he presumed he was the principal.

Creature: Hello Aizawa, young man. The white creature greeted them, he received a small nod from Aizawa and a muffled hello from Killua before he continued. My name is Nezu and I'm the principal of this establishment, you have already met All might and detective Tsukauchi. He stopped and looked at Killua for confirmation, once he received a small nod, he resumed his speech. I have heard a lot of things about you Killua, but needless to say, you remain a mystery one I would like to solve if you're going to attend UA.

Killua: Well, that's why I'm here in the first place, though truth be told I would rather be somewhere else.

Nezu: And why is that?

Killua: I don't like sharing my past, it was already hard to do so with Shota. Tsukauchi turned and look at Aizawa, he had found the kid and knew who he was and since the kid actually called him by his first name, they seemed to be close. He was supposed to call the authorities once he had found him but seeing him here all relaxed and calm, maybe Aizawa made the right decision keeping the kid out of the eye of the police. But still, the kid somehow successfully lied to him, he said he didn't have a quirk but from what he saw from the exam video, he obviously had one. He could have received it, like how All might could transfer his, but where there were more quirks out there with such an ability? Not to mention the kid had amazing control of his quirk to have just received it, it looked like he had had it for years now.

Nezu: I understand, but I'm afraid this is necessary.

Killua: That much I know… so what do you want to know?

Tsukauchi: For starters, your quirk, not only you successfully lied to me about it, but also the exams they took showed that you were quirkless.

Killua: I didn't lie and I can't lie to you, that's why you're here. I really don't have a quirk. Everyone -minus Aizawa- looked at him with disbelief, Killua sighed and look at Aizawa for confirmation, who just gave him a weak smile and a small nod, encouraging him to continue. This is going to sound crazy and it should be impossible, but I'm the living proof that it's possible… he paused for a second to gather his thoughts then continued. I'm from another world, that's why I don't have a quirk instead of that I have nen or aura. The look on their faces would be priceless if this wasn't serious, they looked astonished with disbelief written on all over their faces.

Tsukauchi: He's telling the truth. He said to the other two.

All Might: But such a thing should be impossible.

Killua: You live in a world with superpowers, impossible shouldn't really be a term here, regardless of what I said earlier. Nezu's expression settled to one of excitement, but just for a second before it turned back to neutral.

Nezu: How were you able to come here.

Killua: My little sister sends me here. He said in a whisper but everyone was able to hear it, he took a deep breath and continued. The world I come from is a lot crueler than yours, we have monsters and criminals far worse than your villains, and my family is one of the cruelest. They are all assassins and I was trained for as long as I remember to be their perfect heir, their perfect assassin. By the age of six, I had killed more people than I could count. But I got sick of killing, so when I was twelve, I run away. I took the hunter's exam, and I made my first friends, people that always have my back or would have I suppose. We had so many adventures and I change, I wasn't the cruel assassin I was raised to be, I was just a kid that was having fun. But I had to go back and save my little sister from our family, she had more power than anyone and she was in constant danger. So, I took her away and we became runaways, in the begging it was manageable and we had a little bit of fun. But that didn't last.

Our family came after us, I always made sure to be a step ahead of them, until I wasn't anymore. My older brother with some of our men came after us in a forest, escape was impossible and I was heavily injured, they wanted me to go back even if I was half dead so they could manipulate me and use me not just as their heir but also because I was the only one that could use my little sister's powers. But she had other plans, she used all her power and sacrificed herself to protect me and send me in your world for my safety, she died because of me. He gritted his teeth as he added the last part in a whisper. Tears of grief and anger threatened to escape his eyes. I'm not who I used to be, I have killed and I won't lie, I may do it again, but I'll only ever do it If I'm left with no other choice, to protect, I know how precious life is and I've changed. In the end, though it's your choice. He looked back up at them, they all had somber looks, pained, and even pity.

Nezu: You had a harsh childhood and were forced to grow up way too fast. You cannot change your past and at the time you didn't have a choice but to kill. It is only natural for you to slip back up to the old you as instincts take over you. But let me ask you, why do you want to become a hero? Surely it is not because of Aizawa.

Killua: Shota asked me the same thing and my answer is the same. I already have failed to protect my sister, and now all I want is to be strong enough to do what I've failed to do before. I want to protect people and I want her to be proud of me. Just like I said to Shota before, being a hero isn't about the power it's about the ability to protect.

Nezu: I won't lie to you; your past is hard and you're dangerous. You're a trained killer, an assassin, but not someone I cannot accept. You've been through enough and have the experience that not even some pros have, but most importantly I can see the determination in those eyes of yours. You have already passed both of the exams. 98% on the written exam and you have conquered first place in the physical exam with 87 villain points and 54 rescue points, giving you a final score of 141. So, I welcome you Killua Zoldyck to your hero academia.
